The hotel is so near/accessible to the bus and trumps stages, with a nearby supermarket. The rooms was comfortable despite being small for two occupants, staff are so friendly starting from the reception, catering and room service. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend people i know to seek accommodation at the hotel while in Helsinki.

On the 4th day of my stay as i was making the bed I spotted a tiny moving insect oh my I was shocked to find that it was bedbug I shared with my colleague roommate who said we must report, by this time I had killed it with my fingers already thus I am glad I can report here. Kindly there is need for periodic fumigation.

Hotels have become very expensive in Finland.This was the best I could get.A little far out from city centre.On booking site they inform clients that reception only open till 23.00 hours.Later check in May be extra.This is nonsense and puts people off.Because there is no night porter or receptionist they should give reduction.Howevrr my flight did not arrive in Vantta until midnight so it was 01.30 hours when I arrived.To be fair my code for night door was emailed to me and my room key was in security box.Well done.No problem.I settled my account in morning and as I say to be fair there was no mention of late night fee.I would not have paid it.Mentioning this gives a very bad image and leaves a bad taste for tourists

No Reception closing at 23.00 hours and no night staff thereafter .

Beautiful surrounding area, it's peaceful and charming. There's tram stop just near by that gets you directly to the city centre. Breakfast was just ok - nothing fancy, just basic products. For vegans: oat milk available.

Poorly equipped gym, tight bathroom, it was easy to bump on something.

The rooms are tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location- easy to reach from airport and convenient public transport to city center.

Breakfast was nice, cozy restaurant, but not much of food variety. Also the coffee was not too great, but the same is true for almost all of Finland ;)

Even the location of hotel is a bit far from central Helsinki, the neighbourhood of Käpylä is really nice with old wooden houses and nature not far. The staff is helpful and friendly and the family room was spacious and tidy. Also really liked the breakfast, which was tasty and varied.

The hotel is a bit far from city center and the exterior of hotel and rooms were a bit old and worn out (even that was also part of the charm of the place).

Good location in idyllic Käpylä. Beds are comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We used the sauna and pool too and they were great.

The room was quite hot.

Everything - The guys running this place are great. We had to leave early morning to catch a flight before official breakfast time. We were greated with a huge haul of lovely breakfast stuff and sandwiches the night before for our journey. We had an amazing meal that evening - Punjab curry, one spicy and one creamy, my daughter had an amazing steak with chips (loads of them 👌) Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't stay longer.

Nice hotel. It was quiet and we could sleep well. Breakfast is good. Room is not very big but fresh and clean. We have a free parking place, which is really nice. And train station is near by the hotel, fast to go city centre. Nice sauna and swimming pool. We didn't have time to use it, but I go to take look, and I would want to use, if we stay in this hotel next time.

You can use sauna and swimming pool only in the morning.

The hotel is warm and comfortable the staff friendly and help with useful information. The restaurant in the hotel was also really nice. I hope to stay there again next time I visit Helsinki.

Nothing bad to say everything was good

I had stayed four nights. Great location (two markets very close, easy transport to centrum and the airport), clean rooms and sheets, excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, thank you all. There is a sauna and a swimming pool as well. Considering the price, it is a pretty good deal. Recommended +

The hotel shows it's age a bit, but they were renovating the lobby while I was there.
