Great hotel in a very safe area of Helsinki. The room is big and the bed is very comfy. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the breakfast...well, I travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels, but I can honestly say this was the best breakfast ever. There were so many delicious things to choose from, the pig in me got very disappointed for not being able to eat from all of them.

I hadn't checked the room facilities properly and didn't see that there was no fridge in the room. It would have been very helpful, considering the heat outside. But the hotel is not at fault, I am for not paying attention.

Walking distance to the Ice Hall venue for a festival. Supermarket down the stairs. Hard wood floor in the room, large shower. Wifi worked well (8th floor).

- Paid a 3-people room and, upon arriving, the 3rd bed (which is a couch) isn't made. There only are 2 towels in the bathroom, instead of 3. I'd have anticipated more communication there. - Public transport to Helsinki isn't very convenient due to road work but still doable. - Sauna opening hours should probably extend to all day (vs 6pm - 10pm) especially for a large festival next door. Those are overall minor details.

Breakfast was phenomenal and had lots of vegan options. Staff was incredibly helpful to a tourist from the US. I was on vacation with a family member when they had a medical emergency, so I switched to the Scandic based on its proximity to the hospital — very convenient and easy walk there and back. Rooms were super clean and the temperature was comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay.

My AirPlay couldn’t connect to the TV, but that could’ve been an issue with my phone. Would’ve loved another vegan option on the dinner menu, but the spaghetti and vegan meatballs was delicious.

Easy check-in, air condition worked well. Quiet room, good curtains. Comfortable bathroom. Rich breakfast. In overpriced Finnland, the cost of approximately 135 € per night seems adequate. A bus and tram stop is right in front of the hotel, another one also on the other side.

In my reservation, it said family room. But it was just a double bed. Anyway, I was alone. There was no coffee in the room, and the minibar was empty. When there is no card put in the slot, the air becomes bad because the windows cannot be opened.

The room was very nice, clean and very bright. It had big windows and view was exceptional. Room was bigger than expected. I really liked that bathroom had floor heading, that made it very cozy to take a shower or do other things in bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also versatile and very tasty. Even though we spend one night at that hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. It is a bit further from center of the city but if you attending to any event in Helsinki Ice Hall, than its very close to it.

Large breakfast offer - so many choices!!! Very, very good. Spacious room, coffe/tee options in the room. Room with panoramic view - even from the bathroom!

We were 2 adults, but the sofa bed was made ready to use - we did not need it and it took up space, so we had to make it back as sofa. But it is just a very minor inconvenience. Everything else was excellent.

Location, regarding the conference I was attending, was great, with several tram and buses available just in the hotel door. Breakfast was also nice and room was cozy and well equipped.

Cleaning of the bathroom was not great, even if it looked nice I found some hair in the shower the first day I arrived (so not mine) and the rubbish was not empty during my stay.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was very quiet during the night time. At first the location seemed poor, but very near the hotel are some good restaurants, market, Nordis and the Stadium. Breakfast was nice too. Easy to get to Linnanmäki or the city centre. All in all, a pleasant surprise. We will come again.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is close to everything yet not in the most busy area, and the trams/busses stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are the right size and cozy. The breakfast has many options, and though I didn't need it I noticed that there was a whole corner with special products for allergies and such that looked like it had much varity. The sauna was my personal favourite. It's a big plus to have a S-Market in the basement for late hotel snacking.

Loved the location,tram station,and bus station in front of hotel.Easy to navigate and easy to get center of Helsinki.Shop and restoran was at same building.Very very comfortable.Also wanna thank staff-when i put marking lable -Do not disturb-going to spent my day in bed-nobody disturbed me.😃

For me is the big issue,when windows cannot be opened.Also awful was the entrance to toilet room.Somebody’s intestine was exploded there and noone didnt bother to clean the mess.It was pretty disgusting.Cleaned it,survived.So little more attention.
