🇺🇦Hands down, the best hotel l've ever been to. So, here's what l loved about this place: 1. The spacious room was so beautifully designed and equipped with all the facilities: a dishwasher, a cooking stove, a fridge, and a washmachine; 2. The access to the hair dryier, iron, and other necessities; 3. Polite personnel that responded to all my inquiries via WhatsApp; 4. Many stores nearby: K-market, S-market, and Lidl; 5. The access to sauna and gym is FREE, as well as the bike rent♡; 6. A few bus stops are super close and those buses either take you to the center or to the airport; 7. Cleaners came every second day to change the towels and take out the trash. Overall, it was a true pleasure to stay in my room and cook there. Plus, the second floor is a cool spot to hang out too. Thank you🥰

1. The rennovation sounds near the hotel often woke me up. 2. You can't open the window on itself, you always need to use a special opener.

Always a pleasant stay and a very practical option with its kitchenette and washing machine. The view from the window is beautiful. Having a gym and a sauna available is also great.

This time it felt like a bit of a quality downgrade from what we are used to. We have stayed at Noli Sörnäinen a number of times. This time for the first time the room was not as clean as one would expect: coffee (or other brown...) splashes by the windowsill, dusty corners, fallen curtain hanging locks on the floor. The room is also starting to show some wear and tear: a hole in the sofa fabric, a very big tear in the curtains. We have two small children, and the baby cots had also issues: one had its zipper "door" broken and the other one lacked the plank under the mattress.

Stayed on the top floor (12th) and got a great view. Was surprised by the amenities (pool table) and that things actually worked. Well equipped kitchen with all the stuff you need for a longer stay. The roof top terrace for chilling out (and smoking a cigarette) was excellent and had an amazing view. Several grocery stores next door. Good connections (metro, buses, trams) both to the center and the airport.

Could not open the room windows to get fresh air, which is a huge minus in my book. Also, the surrounding area is ”home” to some pretty shady characters. Not necessarily unsafe, but rather unpleasant vibe.

A good view, nice bathroom, washing machine, kitchen utensils. Cosy and welcoming shared rooms in the building, nice sauna area. Good location. Initially I did not realise that there was no breakfast on site, I received coupons to be used at a nearby cafe. As the studio has a kitchen, it would make more sense to just make your own breakfast. Especially as there are 2 shops nearby. We would stay here again.

There was no salt or pepper in the studio kitchen, although we probably would have been able to get it from the communal kitchen. The location of bed in the room was not comfortable (in the middle of room) and the bed was a bit small for 2 people. It took us a while to realise how to use the stove. The fridge was set to max coldness, so our salad had frozen by the morning and had to be thrown away. We did not realise there would not be a TV in the room. It was not a problem for me, but my companion did not like that. We found out later, that it would have been possible to rent a TV.

Good location, very close to a various public transportation options for traveling around the city, very nice room, kitchen with all equipment in the room. Very nice view from the top floor. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly (only one was somehow rude). A lot of attention to self services, sustainability and sharing. I loved this place so much and would stay in this apartment again.

One evening was very noisy because of the celebration at an outdoor cafe on the street outside my room windows even at late evening.

the customer service is the best, I had a non amendable booking but given my mum was rushed into hospital on the day I arrived the team very quickly made arrangements to move my booking as a gesture of goodwill. this is my 4th time at the hotel, it’s a little different to a normal hotel with a mix of residential and hotel but the community within the hotel is a great. a tram stop is right outside the front door with a metro 50 meters away. the room was serviced mid way through the stay and I was updated about this via text message. I have been coming to Finland for 20 years and this is one of the best hotels I have used.

nothing the room has absolutely everything you need

Noli Sörnäs is a very well maintained and cosy place. Although it is not in the middle of downtown Helsinki, it is perfectly connected with the metro, several tram lines and buses. And there is a direct bus to the airport that stops in front of the door. The facilities in the room as well in public areas, such as the kitchen ans the sauna are really nice.

Out of the reach and responsibility of the hotel: The surroundings of the hotel are not very nice. As a single female traveller I would not feel at ease there.

Location pretty close to city centre. Near by are many public transport options. Room was clean and well furnished. In the kitchen was available all utensils(pans,forks, dishes etc) Host office was welcoming and helpful. Possible to leave your bags before or after checkin/out. There is available a gym and sauna both free of charge. Near by are two market shops and plenty of places to eat. In one of the pizzerias there is an 10% discount available if you show your room card.

In the few days we were there we saw plenty of intoxicated people in the district itself The sound isolation wasn’t the best from the window. In the morning you could hear sound from the street as if the window was open. Breakfast was for additional price in a near by cafe. It was very simple - sandwich + tea/coffee+ smoothie/yogurt. Cafe was more like a local joint. You could buy something similar for the same price or even less in the near by markets.

I’m Finnish living abroad and stay here every time I’m in town to visit family. Rooms are clean & have all you need (especially for a longer stay if you want to do laundry etc.), the facilities are great (sauna, gym…) and while Sörnäinen isn’t necessarily my favourite area in Helsinki (strong recommendation for the Katajanokka Noli Studio for a lovely area too), it is extremely well-connected with trams, metro and buses, and walking of course which is why I prefer it. I have zero complaints, only thing I would say is to be aware that you are not booking a hotel with hotel breakfasts, massages etc. here, its more of an independent living situation with some great added amenities. They do have super helpful staff, but dont expect to ring the front desk for room service here.

Highly recommend - stylish, practical and value for money! Great location, airport bus 600 drops you right outside the accommodation, tram and bus stops right outside and easy to use with HSL day passes. Beautiful lobby design and many cosy corners to work, read, relax and socialise! We had a late check-in and it was easy to follow all instructions and get the keys. Standard studio was spacious, light and loved the little touch of coffee packets to use in the morning! Hairdryers, iron, etc available on the floor and easily accessible with your room key. Kitchenette was well equipped with appliances and kitchenware! And it even had a washing machine and washing pods! Brilliant for our 3 nights stay and even more so if you are planning to stay longer! A very enjoyable stay and highly recommend!
