The place had all you need. Also possibility to access laundry room, larger kitchen and social space. Place is cheap, extra good value for the money. Parking area spacious, always found a parkplace and did not have trouble parking dedpite being inexperienced driver.

Place is not as clean as it could be. Matress worn off, discolored with hole on it's side, bathroom squeegee has collected dried up dirt, walls have smears etc. Things like bedsheets, floor, dishes were very clean though.

The staff were very helpful and collaborated with us from the start. The hotel was fully booked and many guests were traveling with their pets so it was lovely to see other dogs in the area when we walked our two dogs. Parking was full and we had not booked a garage in advance. The staff kindly helped us secure a slot after our arrival in the hotel garage, as there were very few streetside parking slots available for longer than 4 hours.

The room was spotless, tidy and well organized. Location is ideal, with transportation and mall within 10' walk. Communication was clear and on the spot. Highly recommended

Only one slight issue. The desk chair in the room broke and I landed on the floor 😅 Cannot really blame the hosts for the incident, as everything else in the room was in perfect working order and well maintained. 🙏

I liked that it was quiet, safe and close to public transport. It offered all the necessities of a small studio.

The smell of food coming from the hallway and getting also in the bathroom, curry or some other spices, and the fact that it offered just one set of towels for all staying, if needed extra 15 euros, with this price i just bought some new ones. Also no cleaning for one week, not being included in the price, if wanted had to pay extra.

We like the distance between the Leppavaara train station and our apartment, as tourists we had the opportunity to walk just about 10 minutes and we had the freedom to go all the way to Helsinki by grabbing a train or a bus. Also the area is surrounded by dozens of markets and pubs too. We also love that we didn't have to use any key or something so we didn't have the fear of losing a key or stuck outside our room or the building. The room was warm itself and cozy just like we imagine it would be for a 4 day trip.

The only complaint we can give is that the thin walls of the building between the rooms made us feel a bit awkward and shy, because we are sure that our neighbours could hear me and my friend when we were laughing or talking too loud most of the time, like we used to hear them on some occasions.

The hotel itself is very good and good value for money, and it was not the first time I stayed at a Forenom hotel, but for some reason for that particular stay I received the wrong code in the SMS and it took me a while to get the correct one. The customer service staff on the phone were helpful and quite patient with me, but after travelling for over 12 hours I wasn't happy at all about the over an hour delay with getting into my room. To be fair, such errors don't happen often, so I was perhaps simply unlucky. Forenom has actually two hotels next to each other in that location, so please make sure you arrive at the right one - I myself found the address instructions a bit confusing. Other than that, you get what you're promised for the relatively low rate - a comfortable room in a quiet location with all the basic facilities needed for a night's rest.

I'd suggest much clearer address instructions (might be a good idea to highlight the fact that there are two Forenom hostels just next to one another, at numbers 1 & 3 on the same street - I've never seen anything like it, for example, and headed straight to the wrong building) and perhaps double checking the door code that's being sent to the customer is the correct one.

Super quiet, I didn't hear any neighbors bothering and quality soundproof door also for room which I honestly haven't met personally any Tallinn hotel if even any other if I start think. I definitely come back when I come to Helsinki again. My husband also very liked. And we both sleep even more relax and better than our home really! Kiitos paljon!

The room was clean

The location is terrible, especially at night. Of course, you are trading on it with price. I am not sure, there is staff, we never met anyone, the hotel works with a keycode. The temperature in the hotel was too hot and we didn't find a switch to turn it down. My colleagues in other rooms said there were too much light coming from outside, my room was okay.

Forenom has good price/quality ratio. Rooms are new and clean, all you need is there.

Parking is very limited, gets full at around 6 pm. After that you're on your own to find a spot somewhere. Place is favoured by construction guys so, you have vans taking up a lot of space.

Clean. Good room. Good bed, fridge, table, etc. Clean bathroom, hairdryer. There is a washing machine and dryer on the floor.

The water barely ran out of the shower due to a cracked shower hose.
