The hotel is located in the beautiful, green and quiet Tapiola district. The location is especially convenient if one wants to visit Aalto University. The hotel provides comfort and silence. Breakfasts were good. The hotel also has a sauna and a small swimming pool. Nice service.

Rooms cleaning takes place every three days and this is OK, but emptying garbage bins and checking if, for example, there are no tissues in the bathroom or tea bags should be done every two days.

Very nice facilities with a large lobby and bar, and nice well appointed but simple rooms. Comfy beds and nice-size bathrooms. Very much enjoyed the individual balcony on a warm summer morning..! The hotel sauna and the small indoor pool are also great, with access to an outdoor space to cool down. Friendly service. A plentiful breakfast buffet.

Scrambled eggs were not up to standard (I wonder if they were made out of some powdered egg??).

Breakfast was very tasty, variety of food was very very good! We were offered to choose bath tub or shower. Calm and quiet room. Clean. Very friendly stuff. Possibility to turn off air- conditioner, as normally it is quite noisy. Ironing possibility in the room.

Was a little cold in the room.

The hotel is located right at the Espoo Tapiola commercial centre, with lots of shops and transports (metro, buses, taxis etc.) right there. Very clean and modern facilities. The room was medium-size, well appointed, with a spanking clean bathroom. The hotel sauna was great (took a morning sauna at 9am and it was bliss!). Great Nordic style breakfast with absolutely everything you can imagine. We also ate at the restaurant one evening with a group of eight persons. Service was very friendly but slightly slow, as the place was full to the last seat. A very good stay and a perfect location for this trip.

Several sports teams were staying at the hotel at the same time and the breakfast room got quite crowded... Nothing much to be done about it, except perhaps the staff could have suggested to other guests to come early for breakfast.. But that was a very minor issue.

The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a small lake, quite close to the metro station Tapiola with a big shopping centre. The room was spatious and air-conditioned with the possibility to regulate the temperature and the intensity. Internet connection worked well without any severe problems. Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was tasty and there was a variety of different meals. Cleaning of rooms is not done automatically every day (not sure if this is standard in Finnland, since I saw it in multiple hotels), which saves resources for e.g. washing the towels, and still it can be requested every day at the reception.

The window of the room was directly facing a public terrace, so basically anybody could look into the room and therefore the curtains had to be closed, also the window could not be opened. Although it was just one floor about the reception, according to the receptionist there was no convenient way to use the stairs to access the room and everytime I had to use the lift to go to the second floor, but then I had to go down the stairs after exiting the lift since the room was placed about half of the floor lower than the lift.

Delightful surprise and a superb experience. Tapiola is finally almost done, and you have all the services you could possibly ask for. Also, this hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation, and I liked the room and other facilities such as the restaurant and breakfast area. The location is perfect also if you're planning to visit Helsinki. Extra mention for the very welcoming and friendly staff throughout the stay. I will stay here again for sure.

I gave "just" 9/10. There are just a few things to improve. The room was clean but not exceptionally clean. Buffet breakfast was good, not exceptional, and coffee could be a lot better. Some machine for the special coffees or the new Nespresso Vertuo capsules would do the trick. The hotel restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening, but I do understand this, and it's a general problem in Finland when it's so expensive to keep the restaurants open on Sundays, which is very sad. I also had some issues with the WiFi, especially in my room.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed.

The reception desk had no personnel for at least 10 minutest to make a check-in. I had to ask several times from the cafe shop side if anybody could check me in, finally somebody came but was kind of bored and not welcoming.

The Staff was outstanding in their willingness to assist me in every way possible Location is perfect and room was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast included

The breakfast is excellent. We stay at the hotel as it is 5 minutes away from my son and his partner. My son came for breakfast at the hotel every morning with us.

Wonderful breakfast, clean room, very very nice staff, position in a very nice place in Tapiola, attached to a shopping mall, room with proper dimensions (sometimes in Finland there is not even a desk :))

Sauna was a bit warm, not really hot as it should be
