Everything was great. It was clean. The staff was helpful. The rooftop sauna was a great perk. No daily maid service which wasn’t important to us but might be to others.

The location was too far from most sights for us to walk so we had to use public transportation. It wasn’t a big deal but might be important to some travelers. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry to Tallinn which is why we booked it.

High Ceiling, Spacious Living Room Area, Nice Comfortable Bed in Loft, Nice Location (accessible to 2 Tram Station (9T and 8), Supermarkets) and Good Showers in Bathroom, Free Gym and Sauna, Hi-Tech Entry system. Very near to Ferry Terminal for ferries to/from Tallinn (Estonia). Tram 9T goes to Ferry Terminal, Kammpi, Central Railway Station, Senate Square, Ferry Terminal for ferries to Suomenlinna Island.

We stayed for 3N but were provided with only 2 Coffee Sachets (which they usually provide for 1N stay). And curtains can be opened/closed from living area only.

We really enjoyed staying at this new apart-hotel. It’s convenient for both short and long stays. The main sleeping area with a large bed is on the second level. On the first level, there’s a small sofa, a table with two chairs, and a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a refrigerator. The sauna upstairs is available every day with a convenient schedule. Everything is brand new and modern. Breakfast was tasty, although it didn’t include hot dishes, but the staff were extremely friendly. They even waited for us when our flight was slightly delayed and were always ready to help. Access to the floors is only possible with a key card, making it very secure. There are many restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed the Turkish restaurant. It’s also convenient to take a walk towards the Gulf of Finland. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel in Jätkäsaari, if you need to stay in the area this is the top! It has everything you need for a short or slightly longer stay and the area is very new and urban, good vibes. There is rooftop sauna (must try!), a small gym for a basic workout (however there is only one of everything, including a treadmill) so you can keep fit during your stay. The breakfast is limited but I found it perfectly sufficient. You can buy extra espressos in the bar. The building is new and nice and impressive, felt very comfortable and safe. I would come back again (and might do that next time I'm in Helsinki). Good aircon. Bed and bedding really comfortable and had a great sleep. You can use the app or ask for a physical key card as well. Wifi OK. Generally, recommended! :D

There wasn't anything I didn't really like except maybe a few things that hinder the experience, like automatic lights in the bathroom (if you go during the night... there is no way to turn it off so you get blinded). There is no proper coffee machine (at least not in my studio) just a French press, which was also a bit used and dirty. No tumblers in the bathroom but that's a really small thing.

Quiet area but still near supermarkets, restaurants and frequent trams into the centre. There's not very many options for gluten free and vegan but if you let them know beforehand they will prepare a couple of things. Nice comfy studios, well equipped.

The tram runs across the road, it isn't too noisy but you can hear it - it's a quiet area though. The rooms seem to shake when nearby guests slam their doors shut. Especially if you're upstairs where the bedroom is, the whole of the upstairs shakes. Although there's no need for guests to slam their doors, the rooms shouldn't be shaking either. Breakfast can get busy and not enough space to seat everyone.

The studio flat was surprisingly roomy and having a kitchen to cook your own meals was great. Hotel is located near one of the harbours so was really convenient as I was able to walk from the Tallinn-Helsinki ferry to the hotel. There is a tram stop few minutes walk away that takes you into the centre in about 20minutes and lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The sauna was also great to use. Only negative was that the rooftop bar was not open and would have been good to be able to sit up there in the evenings.

- Having more access hours for the sauna would have been good. - My room was quite cold in the evenings and you couldn't raise the temperature to above 23.5 degrees. I did ask for a heater at reception but they didn't have one available. Some rooms seem to get a lot of sun, I was unfortunately in one of the room not getting much of the sunshine & also in the room which didn't have a window that opened.

Loved the sauna! Amazing view! 9,5/10. 0,5 point done because a timer or a sand clock could really be useful in the sauna just to be aware how long you're sitting there.

There was the constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Was it sewerage or maybe mold? Also, too bad that after paying so much for the stay the breakfast was not included... Finally, it is rather annoying that every door and everything is unlocked with the app. Sometimes it takes so long to unlock the door... Also I don't see the point locking public spaces inside. Like sauna, gym... Only hotel guests can access them anyway, what's the point of locking them...

The accommodation was a 15 minute walk to the centre and a similar distance to the ferry port. The accommodation had a mezzanine bedroom, with a small kitchen & lounge area below that had a fridge, microwave and small hob enough kitchen equipment, plates and cutlery to meet our needs. Our sofa was converted into a single bed to accommodate our 3rd guest. Everything was spotlessly clean. We all found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable with good quality linen leading to everyone having a great night's sleep. It was great to have a balcony to sit out on to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was a simple continental style, and whilst not extensive it was of good quality. We used the rooftop sauna which had nice views over the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is wonderful! Beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable, far better than I expected the experience to be and it would have been an exceptional score. However, the fact that it was so great made the two issues stand out so starkly.

The "digital key" solution is absolute crap. It doesn't work half the time so you are standing outside, in the elevator, or in the hallway for minutes in end just waving your phone at the lock hoping it might read as you try to open and close the app and digital key in the sincere hope it might let you OUT OF THE ELEVATOR ANYWHERE. Also, the occupancy sensor in the bathroom that turns the light out on you constantly in the shower is a major problem. You cannot reactivate it from within the shower, you have to open the door. Seems like a safety issue.

We booked this apartment to attend a conference at the Cable factory during the summer of 2024. It was an ideal location. There were a few supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is also some outdoor park area near the water, great for outdoor exercising. There were also trams nearby for easy access to the center of Helsinki. The apartment has a high standard, comfortable bed, practical kitchenette and great views. The hotel offers a gym, sauna and cafe.

The hotel provided us 2 pillows that were quite thin. When we asked for extra pillows, they charged us 5 euros extra per pillow. The sauna was lovely, but it was only open for 2 hours each day, and only allowed men only or women only on separate days. They should offer at least a few hours with mixed genders so friends and couples can enjoy it together. And finally, the bathroom has an automatic motion sensor light. It was uncomfortable having a glaring light turn on for nighttime bathroom visits.
