We had a huge, long room with two king-size beds. Separate bathroom & toilet. Conveniently located on a tramline between the ferry port & the city centre. Tea/coffee facilities provided. Restaurant attached to hotel (Bistro Gimis) offers good meals with 10% discount of food for Radisson Rewards members.

Breakfast (not included) was 20€/person. We went out to a local bakery (Tintin Juurilla) - just a 5 min walk away. No fridge in the room! Although it was specified in the reservation. I asked for the Manager to explain why this was - no response! Rooms were a bit pricey (197€ our 2nd night).

We were really impressed with the hotel and the family room. The room was really spacious for 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. Bathroom was separated from the toilet which was a nice bonus for the family of four. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices, including savoury and sweets selection, fruits. Even though the hotel is big with a lot of people, we could always find a table. As for the location, it is 20min walking from the centre of Helsinki. The location was close to the ferry to Tallin, but it was still around 15min walking. The staff at the reception was fantastic, always happy to help and give advise. Check in and check out process was smooth and quick. Overall very happy and satisfied with the hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

I have been staying at this hotel for years whenever I want a staycation. Also always first place I lookup whenever friends or family are in Helsinki. Rooms are huge, beds comfy, breakfast one of the best I have had at any hotel. You can have omlettes made for you, enjoy various breads, cheeses.. it is really worth it. If you have never been to Helsinki this location is perfect. You can walk to some gorgeous places or take a tram and go to that one church you have seen everyone take pictures of (tram leaves like 3 min walk from hotel doors). If you want to squeeze in a quick trip to Tallinn this is also great.

This time I was unfortunately given a room with a leaking fridge but reception dealt with it very quickly and I had keys to my new room in less than 5 minutes.

It's a fantastic hotel overall. The room was spacious, clean and included all amenities needed for our stay. The location is just at the port but in a nice and quiet entourage. Super clean, with professional staff. We travelled with a dog and were welcomed with a bowl and towel for our pet which we found very nice and convenient. The parking was just in the basement with enough space for a SUV. Breakfasts were very good quality with a super rich choice that you can't often find in other European hotels.

There was only one clash. Apparently the messages written on Booking.com are not read or there is a technical issue with delivery as I had to ask for my invoice 5 times without luck. I finally called the hotel and got what I needed right away.

Great location, close to water, bars and restaurants. A large supermarket within walking distance was the cherry on top. The breakfast was amazing! The restaurant was very stylish and pretty and the dinner menu read beautifully but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to dine in. Staff were very friendly. Partial view of the water was great. Very clean and quiet. We were 4 couples travelling together and got our rooms next to each other and also had a large breakfast reserved for us each morning, so we could seat together, which was great.

The receptionists overcharged me, so I'm still waiting for my refund

Radisson hotels have their own charms.

There was one thing I really didn't like. The idea is great, that for children the hotel offers coupons so that they can order one drink at the bar/restaurant for free. Of course the idea behind is to entice parents to use the hotel resto/bar. Sokos uses the same trick and as the bartender really made awesome mixes from for kids there - my kids had the expectations for Radisson too. When in fact only coca/fanta/water was offered - feeling was rather the opposite for me and especially for kids. Recommendation: Don't offer these vouchers, then put free lemonade or something in the kids' rooms ;)

The hotel is easily accessible from the city center, either on foot or by tram. The reception staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The sheets and bedding were very clean. Air condition was perfect. There was a big screen TV in the room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, in which you can relax also you can use the spa on the lower floor. Breakfast was excellent. At the reception, they offer complimentary candy, fruits, and cold water. They store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. There is a large supermarket nearby where you can find everything you need. The surrounding area is beautiful, right by the harbor.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality. At check-out, the receptionist was incredibly kind and empathetic. She reassured me by saying I looked wonderful and even gave me a hug after hearing about the breakfast incident, which made me feel much better and left a warm final impression of the hotel.

The room was quite basic, with a courtyard view, and the constant screaming of seagulls made it difficult to fully relax. On the morning of June 14th, the receptionist in the breakfast area was overly strict and nearly did not allow me in, commenting that my designer kimono looked like a nightgown. This was especially unpleasant since other guests were wearing jogging clothes, while I had full makeup on and looked polished. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay at Radisson Blu Seaside. The hotel is very modern with a spacious reception and very beautiful views of the sea, We initially had a problem with our room (what it seemed to be a smell of sewage), but the front-desk staff immediately assigned a new room of a superior category, which we really loved for how spacious and beautifully furnished it was. The breakfast was very varied and of a 4* hotel standard. My partner was very impressed with the fact that hotel guests get acces to a state-of-the art gym. The price is unbeatable for Helsinki standards - amazing value for money!

Although the hotel is positioned right on the seaside, it is quite far from the city center - around 20-25 minutes walk. We didn't mind this, as the city is very walkable but it is something to keep in mind!

It met expectations- room was sizeable, clean and served good breakfast options. Had all basic amenities. Although the breakfast place was always super crowded but it was well served and topped up.

Queue at reception was always long (for check in or even to ask few questions). Reception never picked up call after calling 4 times one day. And i had requested several times for a 1.5 hour late check out and yet they couldn’t confirm me that until the last hour - as a result of frustration i checked out on time. Btw i had checked in after midnight so basically paid 800 euro for 2.5 days. Parking was pretty expensive and not free
