The hotel is easily accessible from the city center, either on foot or by tram. The reception staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The sheets and bedding were very clean. Air condition was perfect. There was a big screen TV in the room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, in which you can relax also you can use the spa on the lower floor. Breakfast was excellent. At the reception, they offer complimentary candy, fruits, and cold water. They store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. There is a large supermarket nearby where you can find everything you need. The surrounding area is beautiful, right by the harbor.

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay at Radisson Blu Seaside. The hotel is very modern with a spacious reception and very beautiful views of the sea, We initially had a problem with our room (what it seemed to be a smell of sewage), but the front-desk staff immediately assigned a new room of a superior category, which we really loved for how spacious and beautifully furnished it was. The breakfast was very varied and of a 4* hotel standard. My partner was very impressed with the fact that hotel guests get acces to a state-of-the art gym. The price is unbeatable for Helsinki standards - amazing value for money!

Although the hotel is positioned right on the seaside, it is quite far from the city center - around 20-25 minutes walk. We didn't mind this, as the city is very walkable but it is something to keep in mind!

It met expectations- room was sizeable, clean and served good breakfast options. Had all basic amenities. Although the breakfast place was always super crowded but it was well served and topped up.

Queue at reception was always long (for check in or even to ask few questions). Reception never picked up call after calling 4 times one day. And i had requested several times for a 1.5 hour late check out and yet they couldn’t confirm me that until the last hour - as a result of frustration i checked out on time. Btw i had checked in after midnight so basically paid 800 euro for 2.5 days. Parking was pretty expensive and not free

We had a superior room on the 6th floor. It was well-appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with an extremely varied choice that would suit the majority of travellers. There are always taxis outside the hotel and tram stops nearby. We chose this hotel because we wanted to travel to Tallinn for a day and the hotel was the nearest to the ferry terminal (apart from one).

The bar was never open! Furthermore, it is difficult to hump suitcases up the entrance stairs to the lobby. It is acknowledged that there is a luggage lift, but this just complicates the issue.

Very kind, smiling staff at reception, early check-in opportunity for Radisson Club members. Quiet, soundproofed room, clean, all amenities described were available. Comfortable beds. Floors accessible with room cards, increased sense of security. Breakfast was amazing, staff in restaurant very efficient and polite. Fittness facility was also outstanding based on my son's experience. All in all we consider this is a very good hotel, with very kind staff, nice environment and very good value for the price.

For us it was not a problem but can imagine that for people with walking problems could be. It is a big hotel, so it could happen that you need to walk a long way to your room, couple stairs (4-5) could be on the way. This is just a heads-up for those who want to avoid this, to mention when making the reservation.

Huge family room, comfortable extra large beds, separate bathroom and toilet. The hotel was quite busy during our stay but we never heard a sound from outside of our room even though we were close to lifts. Extensive breakfast options and friendly staff. Fresh and clean decor, felt like a much fancier hotel than what we paid for. 5 min taxi / 10 min tram to Tallink ferry terminal, 20 min walk into city. Great experience, would definitely stay again when next in Helsinki.

No separate shower in the room, so there’s a large step up into the rolltop bath in order to take a shower. Bit annoying but not the end of the world, just something to be aware of if travelling with mobility issues perhaps ask for a room with separate shower.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and we had a good comfortable stay. The room was a little small but manageable if you don’t have too many bags. On request we got the sea facing room and the views were great. Shower area may feel a little cramped. As an asian i was relieved they had bidet in the toilets. Breakfast was good too, but i would have prefer the menu to change on alternate days as i noticed with my stay in radison blu helsinki and stockholm they serve the same breakfast everyday. Walking distance to a supermarket nearby, tram station is just across. Overall good place to stay away from the busy areas.

The hotel is very well situated on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. It offers a fabulous breakfast and the choice of food is fantastic. I liked the warm bread for breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me very nicely. I also enjoyed the sauna every night. It was really perfect!

I came to the hotel for Christmas. There were only two guests in the restaurant. After dinner I wanted to see the beautiful decorations and the Christmas tree but the waitress said: "Miss, there's the exit!" I know how I got in... It was my first night in Finland and I had never seen a restaurant that served dinner by candlelight only. I told her I just wanted to see their beautiful decorations and beautiful Christmas tree, but she acted like it bothered her. A big minus of the hotel is that the room was heated only at night, during the day it was cold, the radiators were switched on centrally only at night. The bathroom in my room 345 did not run hot water, only mild and cold. It could not be set to more than 38 degrees.

The location of the hotel is 20 min walking from the center of the Helsinki, where all the main attractions are located it is also about 20 min walking distance to the ferry West Terminal 2. The hotel itself is large, but our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the separate secured area before check in and go to explore the city. We also bought breakfast with our stay, which had a very large selection of everything, from cereal and eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, to vegetables and fruits, juices, coffee, tea, water, pastries and bread, fish and cheese. I might have missed something else, because I just couldn't try it all in two days. It was impressive. We also had complimentary access to the gym and sauna. We would definitely come back to the same location and the same hotel on our next visit to Helsinki. Enjoy your stay! 🤗
