I spent 3 days in Helsinki and 2 days in Tallinn during my 5-day trip. First and foremost, let me assure you that transportation is not a concern. Tramway numbers 7 and 9 pass right in front of the hotel. If anyone is considering a trip to Tallinn, there can't be a better hotel. It's only 300 meters from Terminal 2. Make sure to take the Tallink brand ferry; other brands depart from different locations. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of high-quality food. You couldn't ask for more in a breakfast. The room is comfortable, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spacious and nice. I noticed there's a pool on the 16th floor, but I didn't have a chance to use it. For those who love it, it offers an excellent view and is warm : ) The hotel is about 1 km from the city center, but don't think of it as distant. You simply walk down a straight road from the center to reach the hotel. Heading south, every road leads to this hotel. It's a perfect hotel for travelers. On the first day, I bought a day ticket for 11 euros. I took tram number 7 from in front of the hotel to the center, then switched to numbers 2 and 3 in sequence. Don't bother with hop-on-hop-off; these two trams cover all of Helsinki. If you book a room on the upper floors of the hotel, you'll have a view of the entire city. I recommend the sea-facing rooms on the 11th floor and above. I stayed on the 11th floor. There's a bar on the 16th floor called Roof. It's a classy and beautiful venue. There's a DJ performance in the evening, I believe on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The price-to-value ratio is excellent.

Very modern clean hotel. They had really cool decor and music playing in reception, their 16th floor bar is amazing! Wait until it gets dark to really appreciate it and the view. We were there on both Friday and Saturday nights and it was packed on both. Cocktails were fab and staff were amazing! Their own hotel restaurant is top notch…we ate there two nights in a row it was so nice! Again, the staff were super friendly and incredibly nice.

On our 3rd day we left the hotel at 6.30am and returned at 7pm and our room wasn’t cleaned yet. The hotel was fully booked so understand they had a lot to do but I personally thought that was too late. I called reception and they sent an additional person to help out the cleaner and it was done in super quick time, which was appreciated. I did notice a few areas hadn’t been dusted in a while, along the bottom of the windows and on top of the bedside unit light. Other than that the rooms were spotless.

The recipients Elia and Petteri exercised a high level of professionalism, very helpful and calm in all situations especially, helping out with correcting our bookings seeing how confused we were. Thanks to Elia and Petteri, really appreciate 🙏🏾

Great breakfast, very comfortable room, lovely views, the hotel is slighly outside the centre of Helsinki but with plenty of trams just meters away from the hotel, this is no problem at all. Plenty of eating options in the neighborhood of the hotel as well. The rooftop pool and sauna are a definite plus!

Having to commit to a one hour slot for breakfast in the morning is slightly unusual and requires a bit of thinking ahead

Staff was very friendly and eager to help if you needed something. Location of the hotel was great with very nice view from our room and also from the roof top. Breakfast was full including options for every taste. Swimming pool and sauna was something else! The view from the swimming pool was truly amazing!

Everything was great but for us who love the heat, room was a bit colder than we would like it. We never told the staff about it because we found it unnecessary but we're sure that they'd give us a heater or something so as we have a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was incredible. Many choices and very tasty! Also, when we asked for a room change, the receptionist was so kind and agrees to change our room with no extra charge! Everyone was very polite and kind, always willing to help with a big smile on their faces. The view was stunning! And the view from Skyroom bar on the 16th floor was breathtaking

The room and the hotel overall was very clean and the smell around the hallways was very pleasant. But the cleanliness in the sauna and pool area needs some improvement. There were many tin cans and paper cups all around. In the sauna room, there were many wet towels thrown here and there. Also, given the fact that the hotel hosts travelers all around the world with different cultures and habits, it’s shouldn’t be mandatory for them to remove you their clothes in order to use the sauna. Some feel uncomfortable and don’t use the sauna, but it’s a shame, because they spent those extra money in order to use this facility. The hotel should encourage the use of swimwear, despite the fact that the saunas are separated by gender.

The room was lovely and modern, and the view from my window was absolutely amazing. Sitting in the window area and watching the eider ducks and terns flying and catching fish was a real highlight—such a peaceful and special experience.

As someone with a disability and a history of multiple surgeries due to breast cancer, I did find the pool area could be improved with a small private changing space and at least one enclosed shower. Open communal spaces can be quite difficult for individuals like myself who value privacy for both physical and emotional reasons. Adding these features would truly enhance comfort, dignity, and accessibility for many guests. Additionally, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance that no dinner is served on Sundays, so I could have made other arrangements before returning to my room. Thank you for a mostly lovely stay, and I hope these suggestions are helpful for future improvements.

The view was amazing! Highly recommended! The room decoration was very pleasant. There were also sauna facilities available which is a must for a Finnish hotel. Whenever we needed help the hotel staff was ready to help, one staff member even started speaking Turkish upon hearing we came from Turkey! The breakfast was very fulfilling and all kinds of food items were served. We also found it very convenient to have an ice dispenser in the hallway. It saved us! As a last thing we have to mention that the toilet was very nice and spacious.

We really had a good stay but some things could've been improved. We would've appreciated having slippers in our room. The breakfast, while fulfilling, could've been different on different days. The food items were exactly the same on both days we stayed at the hotel. Also there's was no brewed tea which we would've liked. We tried the sauna facilities but we were wondering if the pool could've been warmer. 27 degrees in cold weather felt relatively chilling.

The exceptional and genuine friendliness of the employees, the immaculate cleanliness of the entire venue, and the impressive variety of the breakfast buffet truly stand out. Zooming in on the room level, I was really impressed with the high-quality trim level of soaps in the bathroom, the Rituals dispensers. Additionally, the casting application on the TV is a fantastic add-on!

Honestly, I had to think really hard to identify any potential service concerns. If I had to mention something, it would be that the area around the reception desks is a bit too narrow to form a queue at all three desks, which can make it unclear and a bit messy who is next in line to be helped, especially during busy times at reception. I think the cause can be found in the desks positioned quite close to the relaxation couches in that area. But honestly, this is just nit-picking.

The prices for the bar were extremely high, and the beverages were very expensive without any prior notice of pricing. Additionally, the payment receipt was sent without coordination. When we booked the room,it was clearly mentioned in the additional details that our room included a mini-bar. However, after using the mini-bar, we received a payment receipt two days later, which was higher than the cost of booking the hotel itself. This is ethically unacceptable because I had already paid extra for this mini-bar option (which was stated to be free in the details) compared to other rooms.
