The breakfast is very nice, has a lot of variety and quality is very good. The floor of the bathroom is heated, which makes it very confortable. The hotel is located in downtown Helsinki, next to many restaurants. The employees were very nice and available for everything that we needed.

You have to request for cleaning or else they don’t do it, which is unusual. I also personally felt that the room was a bit cold, and the temperature can’t be regulated. This is probably mandatory for them, but the bathroom (due to the heated floor) ended up being warmer than the room.

The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. You can reach all attractions in a short time. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff there are incredibly professional too. I was surprised at how great the breakfast is. There was even gluten-free and regular korvapuusti and karjalanpiirakkaa and many, many other Finnish specialties. Also many types of eggs, quark, vegetables, fruit... Very, very great. If you want to have a Finnish breakfast, book this hotel. There was even an extra section with gluten-free products. My room was very quiet and clean. The facilities were better than in the photos. I felt very comfortable here and would recommend Hotel Albert.

There was a sauna, but it had very poor opening hours for women. If you want to see something of the city and don't come until the late afternoon, it's already too late. In the evening the sauna was open to men. So unfortunately I couldn't go to the sauna and was a bit disappointed.

The room was clean, warm, large enough and with all what you need. The breakfast was also very good and varied and served in a nicely decorated room. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the city being close to the center and very well served by the public transport. There are also several restaurants at walking distance, both luxury and cheap ones, for all tastes. We also appreciated the sauna.

We would have appreciated to have an electric socket on both sides of the double bed, not only on the right side. Also, we would have appreciated to have a switch for the main light on both sides of the bed, not only on the left. But it is of course minor failures.

Nice and comfortable hotel. All city’s attractions are walking distance. The hotel itself offers comfortable and quiet rooms that are equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Bed was very comfortable. Very tasty breakfast!

Although breakfast was very declicious, too bad it was offered only until 9:30 during week days which made it quite crowded if you want to eat breakfast at 9.

Absoutely Loved everything else, including amazing breakfast that catered for all dietary needs. Staff really nice and helpful, really clean and lovely environment. Brilliant sauna. Would definitely stay again, but make sure we had a bigger room.

Disappointed with the small size of our Queen room. Felt a little cramped and not enough room to move about comfortably. No bedside cabinet or shelf at one side of the bed, so couldn't put things down without getting out of bed. Only one chair in the room and couldn't get past when someone sitting down. Only one lamp at bedside and no desk or table to sit at. Despite all of this, the bed was really comfortable and a good size.

Was in town for a couple of days for the dream theater concert over in Espoo visiting from Scotland. This hotel was the best value I could find in Downtown Helsinki. Great transport links and free breakfast too. Bed comfortable. No complaints.

Room was a bit hot for my tastes on Initial entry for me as I'm used to an old badly insulated flat in Scotland set to 19 degrees c but after adjusting the thermostat it was fine lol.

Good location, close to the city, docks and public transport. Good restaurants nearby. Amazing breakfast and very pleasant stuff. The sauna was also nice and very often not that busy when we went. The only issue was that beds were not too comfortable, which for a couple of days stay was fine but might not be great for a longer duration.

Great location and comfortable bedroom . It is only about ten-minute walk to the city centre and a fifteen-minute walk to the central station. The bed was really comfortable and the temperature of the bedroom could be modified to one's own preferences. And you get a mini fridge to keep beverages and/or food.

The shower was a bit old and small but nevertheless clean

Location was great. We could get the car to their parking for an affordable price, so it's great being in Helsinki center. Breakfast was good and with enough options. Staff was very friendly and offered good flexibility for the check-in time. Really good experience!

Very delicious breakfast options. Kind staff. The amenities were also very nice but unfortunately with one day to stay I didn't take advantage of everything. However, the overnight was generally comfortable outside the heavy comforters. Maybe could've done with thinner blankets.

Thinner blankets. A bathtub instead of a shower, heated floors ideally, and maybe offering a transgender sauna or an option that would make it more accommodating for us to use a public sauna. Perhaps a separating wall?
