The hotel is nicer and cozier on the inside than it looks from the outside. Nice service, cozy lobby area, the room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was delicious. Very close to everything, nice neighborhood.

There was a bit of confusion with parking, because the Booking page says that you can't reserve a parking space in their garage, but in fact, when talking to the reception desk, it turned out that if you call the hotel on the day of arrival, you can reserve one, but unfortunately this information is not shared on Booking. Unfortunately, we were not allocated a space in their garage, we had to park in a public parking lot 100m away from hotel.

Location, staff and cleanliness.

•This hotel apparently accepts pets and because of that, room and corridos smells really bad. • Wifi wasn’t the best. Very low signal and not always available. Dropping most of the time. • Elevator is a little dodgy. Multiple times saw 3 people snug inside such small elevator with body parts exposed to exterior wall as elevator moves up and down because there is no actual elevator door. (Clothing, fingers, hair, baggage straps, anything can get caught in there) and end up hurting someone badly.

Excellent stay in a comfortable and very clean hotel. The hospitality of this hotel was great! The breakfast was amazing. Actually, the breakfast was that of a 5star hotel. It had a great variety of food for every taste with some local delicacies. The rooms were comfortable and very clean with everything necessary inside. The personnel was always polite and helpful. The hotel was very close to the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay there. I will prefer again this hotel in case I visit again the beautiful Helsinki.

The breakfast is very nice, has a lot of variety and quality is very good. The floor of the bathroom is heated, which makes it very confortable. The hotel is located in downtown Helsinki, next to many restaurants. The employees were very nice and available for everything that we needed.

You have to request for cleaning or else they don’t do it, which is unusual. I also personally felt that the room was a bit cold, and the temperature can’t be regulated. This is probably mandatory for them, but the bathroom (due to the heated floor) ended up being warmer than the room.

The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. You can reach all attractions in a short time. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff there are incredibly professional too. I was surprised at how great the breakfast is. There was even gluten-free and regular korvapuusti and karjalanpiirakkaa and many, many other Finnish specialties. Also many types of eggs, quark, vegetables, fruit... Very, very great. If you want to have a Finnish breakfast, book this hotel. There was even an extra section with gluten-free products. My room was very quiet and clean. The facilities were better than in the photos. I felt very comfortable here and would recommend Hotel Albert.

There was a sauna, but it had very poor opening hours for women. If you want to see something of the city and don't come until the late afternoon, it's already too late. In the evening the sauna was open to men. So unfortunately I couldn't go to the sauna and was a bit disappointed.

The room was clean, warm, large enough and with all what you need. The breakfast was also very good and varied and served in a nicely decorated room. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the city being close to the center and very well served by the public transport. There are also several restaurants at walking distance, both luxury and cheap ones, for all tastes. We also appreciated the sauna.

We would have appreciated to have an electric socket on both sides of the double bed, not only on the right side. Also, we would have appreciated to have a switch for the main light on both sides of the bed, not only on the left. But it is of course minor failures.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is in the design district and within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was amazing. Many vegan options and organic food. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was bigger than expected. The Georgian restaurant down the street - which I highly recommend people try. The room was quiet, no noise

The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best. The food was absolutely fantastic though.

Very good hotel. 10 to 15 minutes walk from the central market. Excellent breakfast, even for people with a gluten intolerance. A wide choice of everything. The rooms are comfortable with cooker for tea/coffee and fridge. On arrival the reception was very helpful. Providing information about public transportation, restaurants, etc. If I ever would visit Helsinki again I would book a room again.

Very comfortable

Location is a little bit away from the most important sights. If walking is not a problem, you will be fine. I was disappointed with the staff's attention to the guests. If you are in a big group, they treat you differently. During breakfast and checkout, I was treated very poorly compared with the big groups present. For this reason, I do not recommend it.

Nice and comfortable hotel. All city’s attractions are walking distance. The hotel itself offers comfortable and quiet rooms that are equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Bed was very comfortable. Very tasty breakfast!

Although breakfast was very declicious, too bad it was offered only until 9:30 during week days which made it quite crowded if you want to eat breakfast at 9.
