Chose accommodation because of its proximity to West Harbor, easy walk or tram ride from Länsisatama to the accommodation. It's a no-host hotel, so don't expect a warm welcome from anyone at a front desk. Fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking something from the grocery store - several are located within 500 m. Very appreciative of laundry facilities as well. Tram right in front of hotel meant an easy connection to the railway station the following morning.

Nothing, really. The hardwood floors were being replaced in one part of the hallway, which isn't really a negative. All in all, a great stay for a single night in Helsinki.

We didn't book a parking space beforehand. However, when we arrived I called the customer service number and they told me they had parking space available in the underground parking lot. They sent detailed instructions how to get from the parking garage to our hotel rooms. Communication with them was good. Hotel rooms were as described. There was some renovation going on. However, as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon then the builders were not there. Actually, we didn't see nor hear anybody. Everything was quiet, clean and nice. We'd definitely stay there again.

Location was great. Property was near ferry station, tram, grocery store etc. It was possible to make free coffee and cocoa in the machine (very helpful after a whole day in the winter). In addition to the coffee machine, the shared kitchen also had simple equipment, microwave ovens (3) and basic seasoning. In the apartment was fridge, hairdryer, TV etc. Self check-in and check-out, fast wi-fi. Pass code was for every door including the entrance doors. Pass code was send by private message, not through booking. Definitely worth for the price.

Air condition was little louder the whole time and we couldn’t turn it off. We couldn’t turn up a heating system.

Staff support was awesome in making sure i got the right and needed information at all times despite not having an actual reception. Location was very convenient for my needs e.g. 5 minutes from Metro station and also Tram stop just in front. Fridge on the room was very handy. Spacious bathroom and room. Shades on windows not really needed since in winter it's always pitch dark during sleeping hours (-:

air condition is a bit noise intrusive, got a bit to get used to it and it's a must have given the -7º outside temperature. My personal taste of bed linen is sheets and blanket instead of comforters but again, it's a better of getting used to it. I might have missed in the full set of services that we could actually use the guest kitchen...my bad but it was not a problem at all since i mostly ate out or quick/easy meals at my room.

large bathrooms are great; desk with plugs very helpful; large windows with lots of light! smooth check-in with the passcode; great location near the river & a 5 min walk from subway station.

beds/mattresses were not very comfortable; I was 1 person and didn't like that it was 2 single beds together, rather than 1 large bed...I kept falling into the crack between them... shower gets very messy very quickly because the doors don't close; also - the bathroom is very large which is nice, and the shower could have been bigger; strange (toxic) smells from the nail polish shop at the ground floor when one enters.

Good localization. The center can be reached on foot (20-30 minutes) or by tram. The hotel and rooms are clean. Fridge in the room. Comfortable dining room - shared by guests. Lots of common space. Large and comfortable bathroom. Our room had a great view from the window over the bay and Helsinki. Very pleasant area, good for walking. The service is friendly and helpful. Kitchen is available and is equipped decently.

The hotel has its own specificity - there is no reception, an automatic type of hotel. Check-in and check-out times need to be taken seriously - the door locks unlock exactly at 15:00. The entrance to the hotel is minimally marked, you have to be observant. The service is on site and can help in most situations. However, if you have more advanced questions, you must contact the manager. It is possible via WhatsApp, however, the waiting time for a response was several hours. When there are more guests, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen can suddenly run out. There are no free parking spaces in the area and the hotel parking is paid.

The hotline should be available on WhatsApp or through the intercom at the hotel gate. I had to make an international call just to find out that I couldn’t store my baggage two hours before check-in.

Very clean, beautiful views, close to ferry. Big and comfortable bathroom. Nice living room with teas, coffees, all the plates and cups

No place to keep the luggage after cheking out. No beens in coffee machine, so I paid 3 euros for hot water :). Narrow beds, even for us, who weigh 50-60 kg :)

Self check in was smooth and convenient, there is a lidl nearby and if you plan to go to Tallinn, the port is 10 minutes walking distance. The free coffee machine makes surprisingly good coffee. There is a community washing facility as well as a living room and a kitchen. However, I searched everywhere and could not find the kitchen.

The shower. Not having a wall/curtain there makes zero sense, by the time the whole family has a shower you can swim in the bathroom.

There was a sauna in the bathroom, and a balcony with a view, which was amazing. Suitable for 3 persons staying. Very comfy and clean. The location is not so close to the Centrum, but it is close to the train that takes you to Centrum in 10 minutes for 2 something euros.

There could have been an electric kettle in the room for tea and coffee.
