The location of my studio room was remote and quiet, which supported my needs. I loved the view from the balcony and the mini resting chair. I was also impressed by all the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen area, really well equipped. Thank you.

Breakfast was generally very good - I was put off by some not so fresh fruit, but other than that it was good. Nice variety of food and drink for different tastes. The free wifi wasn't so great, I had a lot of Internet connection problems which impacted my productivity and reason for staying at the hotel so this makes me hesitant to stay here again. It would be great to have a (paid?) option of a more secure and stronger connection, using a cable or other access.

Hotel Matts is at a good location right next to Iso Omena. The hotel was nice, modern, and clean, though our room was a bit dusty on some surfaces. Big plus was the bench under the tv. Bed was ok but not the best. Staff were nice and helpful overall. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast - would eat there again even if not spending the night. Gym availability a big plus. Best thing was the total lack of sound from other rooms or outside, so really good sound proofing. 9/10 stars overall, great price to quality ratio, will visit again if in the area!

An excellent location, Espoo is a satellite city to Helsinki: there is a subway entrance in the hotel building. From the subway station there is a passage to a large shopping center with a multitude of stores located a few dozen meters away. Next to the swimming pool (now under renovation) and fitness center. Distance from Espoo to the center of Helsinki - about 30 minutes by metro (but this is not a problem). The other end of the metro is Stenvik, with beautiful areas for relaxing by the water. Hotel very clean. We chose the option with kitchen and two bedrooms - full comfort. Staff laconic but helpful. There was no problem ordering a taxi for 4:30 in the morning.

Breakfasts were not to our liking. In our opinion, the quality of the products was average. Since we had a kitchen, we used the breakfast only once, on Sunday. It was unfortunately very crowded and bustling.

Fantastic location, the entrance to metro is literally next to the reception. Massive shopping centre associated with the building. The room or more like apartment is better than I expected. If you want to live like the average Finn lives you book the 3 bedroom apartment with its own sauna. The whole unit is fitted like a normal home with fully functional kitchen, traditional sauna, washer and dryer. I could easily live in this unit with my family. Fantastic buffet breakfast as well. Easy access, secure and large luggage storage.

I wish I knew breakfast was included! It was not mentioned at check in and we didn't realise until the last morning.

Good hotel with big variety of rooms to choose from, decent prices, very good location - close to metro station and to a big shopping mall.

We came with a group of 28 people. We arrived before the check-in time and the good thing was that hotel had all rooms except one ready for early check-in. The problem was that our room was the one which was not ready and hotel did not try to accelerate the room preparation. Usually that's not a problem, but in this case we were travelling for the 2nd day without any sleep and having to with 5 more hours for a chance to lay down was very frustrating.

I found the location of the hotel really good, as it is next to the metro station and the shopping center. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean overall. I think it is a very good hotel.

The only detail I didn't like so much, was the fact that I found some dirt and a lot of dust under the bed. You could improve in the cleaning under the beds. Besides that everything was really good.

Excellent location, near the metro and shopping center. The room is very quiet, clean, there is a kettle, an iron. The bed is comfortable. Very cozy restaurant in the hotel, excellent breakfast. I was especially touched by the attitude towards pets. We were traveling with a dog. After check-in, the staff brought a bowl for water, a towel for the dog, and a bag of snacks for the dog as a gift. It was very pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent, extensive range of options to cater for all tastes. Location was brilliant as we were visiting friends a short walk from hotel.

Confused over instructions regarding what to do with rubbish in room on checking out. Took it to reception who told us it could have been left in the room for cleaners to deal with. Perhaps a little more explanation might have helped, but not a major problem.

Large TV. Large spaces. Corridors wide with understated elegant and simple design features. Hidden light fittings and nice carpet underfoot. Large lobby and meeting areas bright with natural lighting light coloured walls, upholstery and floors. Food and drink available (sandwiches and snacks) all night with on duty overnight staff. Cooled fresh water still and sparkling available free on tap 24hrs in glass containers. Sauna and bar rooftop. Vegan, and vegetarian choices extensive buffet breakfast. This is not an exhaustive list. The station is next door. Theres a public pool the otger side and all within walking distance of the sea. I had a great time and great value for money.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. A king size bed with firm mattresses. Plenty storage space if needed. Bathroom with wet floor and good shower, included also a washing mashine and dryer. Open space living area with a fully functional kitchen, and a large balcony with foldable glazing, so can be used even when it's raining. Easy access from the parking garage. Big shopping centre next to the hotel with two large supermarkets and a Lidl. Underground station next to the hotel taking ca 20 mins to Helsinki city centre. Beach within walking distance, but you can also rent a city bike. The nearest ones can be found outside the underground station.

Everything was great, but maybe better selection of pillows? They were both rather large and bulky.
