Tourist Inn Hostel in Helsinki was a fantastic place to stay. The room was modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable, providing everything I needed for a great visit. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless, which really added to the comfort. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and convenient to use. The location is another big plus—close enough to the city centre to get around easily, yet in a peaceful spot. Overall, this hostel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’d highly recommend Tourist Inn Hostel to anyone visiting Helsinki, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Budget option in Helsinki. There is no staff, you are doing self check-in and check-out. The rooms are small (at least for 4 people), but have a fridge and a kettle. There is a small kitchen - you cannot properly cook, but there is a microwave, a rice maker and a coffee machine. There is a washing machine on site. The area is not in the center, but it is 7 min walk from a metro station. There is also a supermarket in the same building block

The most important....A few minutes from Hakaniemi metro, tram and bus station. Tram 7 takes you to Senate Square in less than 20 minutes. Easy to check in. The place was quiet, clean and well organized. Communication in time. The bed was comfortable and l had everything I needed. I felt secure. There are also city offices at the building. The guy who received (l forgot his name🤦🏻‍♀️he wears glasses) me also guided me to the uber pick up point which is at the parking side. I really appreciated it. €25 euros vía uber to the airport if you are kind of late to take the metro as l was. The metro is around 50 minutes to The airport from the location. I liked the view. I am glad I stayed here. A happy solo travel recommendations🤩

Location good and 1m away from harbour .. come out buidling and go right through tower block/estate and short cut to road which snakes along the waterfront down to main square/city Room was clean and had all I needed .. though could do with blinds being able to shut .. Facilities were as expected and good/clean/functional and all in all would recommend and no issues

This place is pretty ok if you just need to stay a night in Helsinki. Nothing fancy, but everything is clean and close to the city center. Low price is the reason to stay there.

This hostel is located at the 9th floor of a bigger building, so you need a code to enter the front door. Hostel forgot to send me the code, so I was not able to enter. Luckily a guy from the contact number picked the phone. Please make sure that you have received the codes, otherwise it may happen that you spend the night on the street. Ps. There is no administrator in the hostel, he answers your call from the distance.

Excellent location of the city and the easy to get the transportation from anywhere to anywhere and can get shopping anything around the Inn Hotel. Beautiful scenery of canals, trams, trains, buses and Boat rides, parks at the lakeside with the Hills view and many more to spend valuable happy times with the friends and family members 👍👌❤️✈️

Once we found our bearings the location was perfect. It is slightly outside the city centre and located above a main road in an aray of building blocks, however if you like to walk like we do it's great! You will not get better value in Helsinki. The showers/toilets even though shared, were kept spotless. There are some kitchen facilities, as well as a washing machine and ironing board,which was an absolute must as we had pretty much run out of clean clothes! It's nice and quiet, and in the location that it's set is an amazing Indian restaurant on the ground floor! There is also a supermarket across the little square as well as a pub.

The only grumble I would have is that the room for 4 is just too small for 2 adults, 1 teenager who is over 6 foot and a 10 year old. There were 2 single beds and a sofa bed,so once that's in play there is not much room at all.

The location is nice and quiet. Quick ride to central Helsinki Washing machine , microwave and lots of bathrooms. A good value

My bed was not in a frame so it was wobbly all night. It needs to be secured. The light is on a motion detector in the bathroom to save electricity and turns off while in the toilet. So if it can be put on a two minute timer so you don't have to move your hands while on the toilet.

Spotlessly clean, light and airy, close to supermarket, etc. Comfortable room with a small fridge that came in useful. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets, a washing machine, and a small kitchen area.

The motion sensor lights in the showers/toilets were on a very short timer, meaning I frequently got plunged into darkness. A very minor point, though. Overall the hotel was excellent.

Self check-in was quite convenient. I entered a warm, cozy room with all the necessary comforts. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, the perfect firmness for me. The public spaces were quiet, rooms were well insulated. The bathroom was modern and kept very clean. I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

I walked from the bus stop and took a while to find the entrance of the building... There was construction going on in the intersection and I followed google maps which was not a good idea. It was also snowing/raining so made things extra difficult. Tip: If walking from the bus stop from the airport, once you arrive to the intersection, there is a large covered walkway that goes across the road. Take that walkway and you arrive directly in front of the building. The entrance is next to the indian restaurant and the sign is quite small (I wish I had known this before!)
