Nice rooms with decent views, the breakfast is nice and varied, plus the hotel is in a great location. Appreciated the wood design of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a nice plus. Would likely stay again.

If you wish for cleaning, you need to request so separately each morning or evening before. We had a couple cleanings missed during our stay, despite informing the front desk on three occasions. Showers are without a sliding door and with a small threshold, so bath mats will typically end up soaking wet every day. Additionally despite having a larger room, storage space like drawers or cabinets were very limited due to the layout of the room, which meant living out of suitcases that were somewhat in the way throughout the stay. Overall the hotel was good though.

The room was spacious, thoughtfully furnished and well equipped. The tasty breakfast was a highlight for us and being offered special coffees and teas by the staff made for an elevated experience. The wellness room/gym and sauna were freely accessible to hotel guests, which was nice. The rooftop bar was great for drinks and nibbles, but on a hot summer day it would have been a better experience with some sunshade.

The housekeeping did not match the rest of the experience. After our room had been tidied up, we had to go to the reception to ask someone to come back to empty our bins and refill the coffee. The bed wasn't made either, only the duvets were once folded over.

Gorgeous rooftop gardens/social area; easy walking distance to the tour boat wharf and marketplace; right next door to 'the Eye"; delightful breakfast buffet; impressive lobby area; very friendly reception people;

room was very small, and I had expected larger windows (for the "harbor view" I had imagined). Although having the big screen TV was great, the couch (being sideways) was only good for one person, the other person needs to sit on the chair. If I could have, I would have re-arranged the bed to face the TV, and place the couch on the window side.

Lovely, sparkingly clean and new hotel. The roof top terrace is magnificent! Extra mention to the lovely reception staff. We had two rooms booked but as they were under different names, the rooms had been allocated randomly and therefore were far away from each other. However, the lovely trainee and the duty manager somehow managed to re-arrange it all, despite of hotel being fully booked, and give us our rooms right next to each other. So very thankful, made the family logistics much easier and we had a wonderful stay, thank you.

We felt the breakfast was slightly style of substance. Definitely a lot of choice but the hot food wasn't great. It was also quite chaotic but this was probably due to the fact the hotel was fully booked.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, right next to the Market Square for food stalls, the sauna pools and the cruises to Tallinn (Viking) and the smaller nearby Finish islands. The modern stylish and Finish interior is beautiful with the perpetual sound of nature echoing throughout the building. The breakfast was superb and on for a long time 730am to 11am. The rooftop are provided an amazing views of the city and there is also a bar but I really loved the hammocks and wooden seats scattered throughout the wild flowers. The rooms are lovely with high ceilings and the nespresso coffee machine was a hit!

There was some mess due to construction work and the lovely floor was stained as a result on the 3rd floor loft area and lifts. The design of the showers was a bit strange and meant water splashes on the doors and under the sink irrespective of how you had the shower head. Both of these items did not in anyway distract from my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff and location and the rooms are second to none.

This hotel is beautiful- in the lobby soaring ceilings, natural light, natural materials, a deck with comfortable seating and a roof top garden and deck with incredible views. Also liked the cafe and availability of a roof top bar. The breakfast was great- salmon, cheese, eggs, a variety of hot and cold items, etc. We had 2 sea view twin rooms which were cozy, light filled with floor to ceiling windows. The view was awesome. You will see marine traffic such as ferries, tourist boats and luxury cruise ships docking right next to the hotel. The location is ideal- walk just about everywhere or a tram stop is a block and a half away. Staff was friendly and professional and rooms were ready prior to check in tone which was good. The rooms are very quiet and we all got a restful night’s sleep.

Only item of improvement is perhaps instructions for the AC/fan as the room felt warm.

Very new and modern hotel that gives a luxurious feel. Excellent breakfast and rooms are very quiet. The rooftop bar and garden are very beautiful and it is great that food is served there as well, be it with limited choices.

The rooms are maybe a bit small but that is ok. What is unfortunate is the limited opening hours of catering facilities. The rooftop bar closes early and the café in the lobby is mostly closed. The restaurant was closed as well during my stay, although it was the midst of summer and such things weigh more on a rating for such modern luxurious hotels to me.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Great shower and nice big towels! I have only one really small gripe, which was probably just a mistake. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted my room cleaned every day or less. I was there from Tuesday (arrived very late) to Friday so I said to just do Thursday. But they didn’t. So my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay. I wasn’t so bothered except that I wanted the tea / coffee / cups refreshed and the bins emptied. The receptionist did get me some extra provisions when I got back on Thursday night but having worked all week it was a little irritating. Other than that, though, it was perfect! Loads of choice for breakfast too.

Breakfast and cleanness of the room. The rooms are also pragmatically but nicely furnished and the overall staff organisation in the hotel works quite well.

I regret that hotel did not inform me that the see view was not available for my reservation so I received a room with a view on a parking space. Another small weakness of the hotel is the fact that no windows can be opened in any room. This is very strange feeling for someone used to sleep with open windows. As in case of see view, hotel did not provide this information on my booking despite my explicite question.

Check in was very good - even let us go to our room early. Breakfast was very good also- plenty of variety. The wellness and sauna area was particularly well appointed. Nice idea with the bed facing out the window over the harbour. The location will be even better when all the road works around the hotel are complete.

A bit bewildered by the layout of the room. A large TV on the wall which could not be seen from the bed and the couch at the back of the bed was at right angles to the TV. However we didn't go to watch TV!
