It’s a beautiful apartment extremely well located and with many perks. Bob W really does a great job

The service was poor. There is a code necessary to enter the building and no email was ever sent to me providing it. Happily someone was online and picked up the phone when I called asking. Also, the receptionist at the concierge was never present and we had issues picking up our luggage we had dropped there, as she didn’t want to work her hours and leave earlier.

The value for money is very good. Not everything was perfect, but there are many details and amenities that make the stay very pleasant: the size of the room, the quality of the furniture, attention to detail, the kitchen facilities, the large smart TV, overall cleanliness, the quality of the towels and bed linens, and various gadgets that you don’t usually find in similar accommodations. There is a supermarket and a liquor store on the ground floor, as well as restaurants, and the neighborhood is very beautiful, quiet, and centrally located. What I especially appreciated was that the staff was very responsive and helpful: we were given a free breakfast as compensation for an initial issue with the room (we did not ask for compensation, it was offered on their own initiative), and we also received a comfortable extra bed for the last 3 days of our stay, at our request, without being charged extra for our daughter, who joined us in a room originally reserved for just two people. Our experience was great and made our stay in Helsinki even more enjoyable!

Not a major issue, but the fact that some guests may use the kitchen intensively can sometimes affect the smell in the rooms. However, we kept the windows open for a while, used some air freshener, and in the end everything was fine. The AC unit cannot be individually controlled or turned off, but again, this was not a problem for us.

We loved staying here! The vibe was very cozy, well decorated, everything worked and made sense, etc. The location was great and felt very safe. Very close to public transit and a really nice area to walk around. Having both a full kitchen as well as access to a very good 27/7 grocery store was a real life-saver. Everything was easy: checking in and out, finding the room, etc. The on-site gym was very pleasant and worked well for us. It had plenty for me to do my workout, plus there's access to a bigger gym down the street with more options of machines and free weights. I definitely recommend it and will stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki!

It was a great cozy room for a family of 4. Beds were comfy and toilets were huge. Space was also very clean and the code-access was easy to use. Check in was also smooth for us, we did everything online and when we reached the hotel in the wee hours of the morning, we had no issues accessing the room!

The lighting in the room may not be so good for video calls but if that’s not a concern then the room is nice and vibey. There is also one particular light in the toilet which is motion activated so if you use the shower or the toilet in general for longer, it might be alittle annoying for it to switch on and off.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and a wonderful way to start the day. Delicious Columbian coffee and food: empanadas, arepas, salad with avocado, yoghurt with granola, and a baked omelet. The staff at the restaurant was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The neighborhood was charming, full of wonderful apartment buildings from the 1910's in Art Nouveau style, and it was so close to downtown, by foot or tram ride. Also there was a 24 hour grocery in the building, so you could always get something to eat.

There was no one to talk to if you ran out of toilet paper, or needed advice on getting a taxi ride to the airport. We had to walk to a neighboring hotel to find a taxi.

Great location and the apartment was very spacious. Perfect size for our family especially as the bedrooms were interconnecting.

The sauna was disappointing as it didn’t retain the heat very well at all. Perhaps it was a bad design fault but it was unfortunate given we were in the sauna capital! The only other niggle was that all communication with staff was on what’s app and there was no reception or point where you could just have a face to face conversation with someone. We had an issue with a mid stay clean that was due to the booking not going through correctly but having no persons available to speak to directly meant things took longer to resolve and also not helped by the fact that there are no staff on site available to do anything after 5pm was a bit frustrating.

Great place to stay, very close to the centre of the city (about 7 mins walk to Senate Square, 5 min walk to ferry to Suomenlinna, 4 min walk to Viking Ferry terminal), and with a tram stop right outside the building. Apartment was small but perfectly formed with a very comfortable bed, table and chairs to eat at, dishwasher, washing machine and a great shower. Although we didn't meet any of the staff, we were able to get answers immediately on WhatsApp with BobW. They also gave us a very neat tote bag! Really great chill out space on the 4th floor with balcony.

Very hot in the apartment while we were there and the temperature could not be lowered below 21 degrees.

Clean, spatious, and quiet room. The kitchen facility was working properly and reasonably. The air conditioning was good, the shower was excellent and the pressure was very good. The wifi worked perfectly.

That we weren't able to change the room temperature on the AC device mounted on the wall. The small, glass separator between the kitchen and bed was unnecessary and has taken space away. The sofa in front of the TV is unnecessary too as it is too close to the TV to be used. A simply bed-bench would suffice and leave more space. But these are all small issues.

It's been a very positive experience, getting to the location was easy, the online check-in was smooth and straightforward, it just worked, they really did it right. And the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Everything is within walking distance, if you don't want to walk there are trams right outside the door that goes to the city center. In the same building as the room, on street level there's a 24hr supermarket, restaurants, café, massage/spa and a liquor shop Very convenient. We will without a doubt use Bob W again if we come to some of their other locations, or back to Helsinki. Highly recommend.

Only small thing (but not enough to take the reading down in any way). In the mornings we some times got woken up, because of the cart used by the cleaning personal, it was a bit noisy going over the floor, sounded like bump bump bump, back and forth. But overall a very positive experience.

Nice room with decent space. Clean modern bathroom. Washer dryer was great. Kitchen fully functional. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the harbor, and trolley stop and scooters right outside the door. Decent supermarket in the building, a better one a block away, and walking distance to the great food court at the harbor. Decent restaurants in the building. Also walking distance to the ferry terminal, in case that's relevant.

Some noise from the street in the morning, though the windows were well soundproofed. Also a bit of noise from the ventilation. Front desk is off-site, but you can call them and people in the building (restaurant staff, cleaning staff, ...) are helpful.
