It’s a beautiful apartment extremely well located and with many perks. Bob W really does a great job

The service was poor. There is a code necessary to enter the building and no email was ever sent to me providing it. Happily someone was online and picked up the phone when I called asking. Also, the receptionist at the concierge was never present and we had issues picking up our luggage we had dropped there, as she didn’t want to work her hours and leave earlier.

We loved staying here! The vibe was very cozy, well decorated, everything worked and made sense, etc. The location was great and felt very safe. Very close to public transit and a really nice area to walk around. Having both a full kitchen as well as access to a very good 27/7 grocery store was a real life-saver. Everything was easy: checking in and out, finding the room, etc. The on-site gym was very pleasant and worked well for us. It had plenty for me to do my workout, plus there's access to a bigger gym down the street with more options of machines and free weights. I definitely recommend it and will stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki!

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and a wonderful way to start the day. Delicious Columbian coffee and food: empanadas, arepas, salad with avocado, yoghurt with granola, and a baked omelet. The staff at the restaurant was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The neighborhood was charming, full of wonderful apartment buildings from the 1910's in Art Nouveau style, and it was so close to downtown, by foot or tram ride. Also there was a 24 hour grocery in the building, so you could always get something to eat.

There was no one to talk to if you ran out of toilet paper, or needed advice on getting a taxi ride to the airport. We had to walk to a neighboring hotel to find a taxi.

Great place to stay, very close to the centre of the city (about 7 mins walk to Senate Square, 5 min walk to ferry to Suomenlinna, 4 min walk to Viking Ferry terminal), and with a tram stop right outside the building. Apartment was small but perfectly formed with a very comfortable bed, table and chairs to eat at, dishwasher, washing machine and a great shower. Although we didn't meet any of the staff, we were able to get answers immediately on WhatsApp with BobW. They also gave us a very neat tote bag! Really great chill out space on the 4th floor with balcony.

Very hot in the apartment while we were there and the temperature could not be lowered below 21 degrees.

It's been a very positive experience, getting to the location was easy, the online check-in was smooth and straightforward, it just worked, they really did it right. And the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Everything is within walking distance, if you don't want to walk there are trams right outside the door that goes to the city center. In the same building as the room, on street level there's a 24hr supermarket, restaurants, café, massage/spa and a liquor shop Very convenient. We will without a doubt use Bob W again if we come to some of their other locations, or back to Helsinki. Highly recommend.

Only small thing (but not enough to take the reading down in any way). In the mornings we some times got woken up, because of the cart used by the cleaning personal, it was a bit noisy going over the floor, sounded like bump bump bump, back and forth. But overall a very positive experience.

Nice room with decent space. Clean modern bathroom. Washer dryer was great. Kitchen fully functional. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the harbor, and trolley stop and scooters right outside the door. Decent supermarket in the building, a better one a block away, and walking distance to the great food court at the harbor. Decent restaurants in the building. Also walking distance to the ferry terminal, in case that's relevant.

Some noise from the street in the morning, though the windows were well soundproofed. Also a bit of noise from the ventilation. Front desk is off-site, but you can call them and people in the building (restaurant staff, cleaning staff, ...) are helpful.

We loved how quiet it was there. You couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The room was clean and comfortable. Local filter coffee was supplied with a cafetiere which was a very nice touch. There was milk left for us in the massive fridge too. Great location for us. Tram that took you to the town center stopped right outside the property. 10 minute walk to local market and roughly 30 minute walk to the central train station. We like the fact that there were no keys and access was by code. Bob's Inner circle was super easy to use and full of information.

We would have liked to have been able to open the windows. They were all locked shut. We would have liked to have taken the aircon lower than 21c but that was also not possible.

Excellent location in a very nicely maintained building with easy access to a large market (right in the building), the tram (right outside the front door) and the ferry from Tallinn (just a couple blocks away). The kitchenette in our 4-person family room was a big plus. The room was nicely decorated and overall the property had a fun, cool vibe. Bob W customer service was very responsive on WhatsApp for any questions and, overall, I appreciate how proactively communicative they were to make our stay a pleasant one. On the website (which they make easy to bookmark on your iphone), it was simple and fast to change our reservation for an early check-in and late check-out. I appreciate the modern use of technology to make stays effortless.

We found a protein bar wrapper on the table next to our bed and when my husband wiped up some water on the bathroom floor, the towel came back up dirty (ugh). I shared this feedback directly with Bob W. Overall the room felt clean but these two factors were unsettling. I wonder if having everything so hands-off from a human management perspective means the quality is a bit tricky to oversee? Despite these two events, I would happily stay at Bob W again because the rest of the elements regarding our stay were fantastic and these felt like anomolies.

Location and concept was perfection. I stayed in Helsinki Glory and it was beyond beautiful! Online customer service was new yet on point (they do have a staff at certain time in the hotel), they would answer your question even in the late evening, and send you a text every night during your stay to make sure you’re having a great one. The room came with sauna and for my family who were visiting Helsinki, it was so convenient that we could enjoy it anytime we wanted without hustling to book or go to spa. Loved it loved it loved it!

Nothing, but if you wanna feel extra comfortable, bring your own slippers:)

Modern, clean,great sized apartment and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size. Great to have a washer/dryer while travelling! Good location with a tram stop right outside. Supermarket downstairs was great, so handy. Pizzeria also downstairs was delicious. Easy, clear instructions for self check in and good communication during stay if needed.

Only dislike was the glass ‘cage’ around the bed. Made it awkward and cramped to get in and out of and no space for a bedside table.
