There was an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very small shop where you could buy drinks and snacks. The bus stop was a bit of a walk, but getting to central Helsinki wasn’t too inconvenient. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied.

There were a few steps leading up to the elevator, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be better if there were a ramp or no steps at all—this was a downside. I also didn’t know how to use the sauna.

Clean room, comfortable beds, bathroom clean with everything needed including hands washing and shower gel. There is a small kitchen corner with a fridge, microwave a kettle, so you could have meals on the room. The hotel has a sauna which has a great view to the landscape nearby. Breakfast has multiple options and it starts at 4:15, so if you have an early flight, you can grab a quick bite, which is great. Staff was professional and very helpful.

In the room there is ventilation grid on the wall and that is blowing cold air permanently regardless if air conditioning is switched on or off. This can be felt when you are laid on the bed. That is terrible because basically I could not sleep first night there because of the cold. I consider that feature and of the room to be completely unnecessary because if one needs fresh air, the windows can be opened any time. The good news is that after I complained and asked for a solution a very capable and friendly handyman came and applied a workaround so that I could sleep well. For that I am grateful, thank you again for the help.

The location is close distance to the airport and provides shuttle service. It was in walking distance to public transportation. A restaurant is at the site and provided a free buffet style breakfast. Dinner and alcoholic beverages are available at cost. Pinja at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to navigate travel via public transportation via an app. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, eating utensils, plates, and electric pot for tea. The bathroom was small but worked for this solo traveler. The dark curtains/drapes were perfect since the sun sets late and rises early.

Reaching the hotel using public transport was a bit of a pain, since it isn't near a train station. Going up a small flight of steps with suitcases to reach the lifts (there is a stairlift for wheelchairs, but still... an airport hotel that doesn't account for suitcases is odd.) The pillows weren't to my taste. There was no lock on the bathroom door in the family room, plus no minibar/fridge. The bin was full of used diapers, but the staff emptied it immediately after we called reception.

The room was incredibly hot on arrival (1am) - nearly 25 degrees celcius, too hot to sleep in. It was small-ish room and with three people we struggled to cool it down even after resetting the air con. Finland has had some very hot weather so it might have been an idea to cool the room off before our arrival. Also, breakfast was meant to be served until 10.30. However by 10am most of the serving dishes were empty and staff had sat down for their breakfast. The kitchen was closed. This was frustrating because we had a long way ahead and needed to fill up - we had specifically chosen a room with breakfast included and I didn’t feel we got our money’s worth.

The reception staff were amazing especially when they called the airport shuttle driver back just as we were seeing it leave from the front door. They were also kind enough to safekeep an item for us. Food was delicious and had varied options. The kitchen staff were very friendly and quick to refill. Tables were immediately cleaned for the next guest. WCs were constantly clean. Room had cozy lights and bed was comfortable. The fridge was a plus.

It didn't offer slippers to keep the feet warm from the cold floor.

The room was spacious, cozy and sound proof. The hotel is about 9 minutes drive from the airport, and comes with free parking for 5 days. The breakfast was just good, nothing exceptional. All the staff were friendly and respectful. I and my partner really enjoyed the sauna.

The room was only cleaned once during our 5night’s stay, even our requests for new/fresh beddings were ignored. The shower room was quite tiny; couldn’t comfortably fit my partner and I the same time.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport (15-minute shuttle ride) makes it a practical choice for travelers. Shuttle service availability is helpful, but it’s important to pre-book as flight crews also stay here. The location is close to a mall, making it easy to grab food or essentials. The staff was responsive and helpful, providing converters when the USB port in the room didn’t work.

The USB port in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient, though mitigated by the staff’s assistance. Bunk beds attached to the wall felt slightly intimidating (big kids) , though they were functional.

Excellent on line check in service, including booking shuttle, which was very prompt and only approx 12 minutes journey. Hotel breakfast was superb, vast range and great quality, Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Shuttle service was very prompt, only downside was no system for checking that people getting the shuttle had booked. Our shuttle was 6.00 am and people got on that hadn't booked, leaving people who had booked behind. Perhaps providing a token to those who had booked to hand over to the driver could solve this. Otherwise the shuttle service was excellent, only approx 12 minutes journey.
