The location is close distance to the airport and provides shuttle service. It was in walking distance to public transportation. A restaurant is at the site and provided a free buffet style breakfast. Dinner and alcoholic beverages are available at cost. Pinja at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to navigate travel via public transportation via an app. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, eating utensils, plates, and electric pot for tea. The bathroom was small but worked for this solo traveler. The dark curtains/drapes were perfect since the sun sets late and rises early.

The reception staff were amazing especially when they called the airport shuttle driver back just as we were seeing it leave from the front door. They were also kind enough to safekeep an item for us. Food was delicious and had varied options. The kitchen staff were very friendly and quick to refill. Tables were immediately cleaned for the next guest. WCs were constantly clean. Room had cozy lights and bed was comfortable. The fridge was a plus.

It didn't offer slippers to keep the feet warm from the cold floor.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport (15-minute shuttle ride) makes it a practical choice for travelers. Shuttle service availability is helpful, but it’s important to pre-book as flight crews also stay here. The location is close to a mall, making it easy to grab food or essentials. The staff was responsive and helpful, providing converters when the USB port in the room didn’t work.

The USB port in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient, though mitigated by the staff’s assistance. Bunk beds attached to the wall felt slightly intimidating (big kids) , though they were functional.

Excellent on line check in service, including booking shuttle, which was very prompt and only approx 12 minutes journey. Hotel breakfast was superb, vast range and great quality, Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Shuttle service was very prompt, only downside was no system for checking that people getting the shuttle had booked. Our shuttle was 6.00 am and people got on that hadn't booked, leaving people who had booked behind. Perhaps providing a token to those who had booked to hand over to the driver could solve this. Otherwise the shuttle service was excellent, only approx 12 minutes journey.

The Hotel is close to the Airport and they have a shuttle bus (free of charge) available that takes passagengers from bus platform 42 each 30 minutes. The schedule is not around the clock though - check availability with Hotel in advance but should cover normal operating hours from the airport. If you need a shuttle back from the Hotel to the Airport you need to book it one day in advance at the front desk. So, no need of a Taxi - very convenient. Hotel is modern, clean and comfy. Has of course a small sauna seperated by gender - with opening hours until 10pm. The Hotel Restaurant is really good, as usually they are mediocre at its best and usually overpriced. This one was surprisingly good and reasonable in price. Just alcohol like beer, is overpriced with 8-9€ for a pint. The rooms are small, but comfy and welll organized. As this is an airport hotel it is of course different from a regular place.

The bathroom in the room is really small, so that big / tall people might have some issues, Pillows are too soft and only one per bed. The Sauna does not offer towels, so that you need to bring your own upstairs. There is also no locker room for your stuff, so that you need to leave your clothes / belonglings unattended. Certainly, only hotel guest can enter the Sauna via key, but it is not appropriate to have no lockers. The windows in the room cannot be opened. The AC doesn't work properly - maybe no so necessary in a cold country like Finland but if you can't opend the window and the AC does not its job, then the room gets really stuffy. No Gym available.

The staff assistance was superb. I used the online text chat prior to booking to answer a few questions, and then upon arrival they were super helpful! My 7 year old son loved the elevator with glass windows to see everything as we went up and down. He also really loved making his own waffles at breakfast!

The fact that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only runs at certain times was frustrating. We arrived on Sunday night (technically it was Monday morning 01:00) and the shuttle service wasn't running so had to take a taxi.

be aware if you have a flight later in the day they DO NOT offer transfer. only until 9am. after that you have to take a taxi at your own expense. this was a really negative thing for us. the taxi was around 16€ to the airport, not that much. but if you are a airport hotel and offers transfer then you do it all the way, not halfway 😏😠 we would not choose this hotel again because of the halfway transfer.

The room was spacious, updated, with a fridge and kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. A.C worked great. We had dinner at hotels restaurant and the food was amazing. Our waiter was fantastic. The hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you to airport and trip is only 5 minutes. There’s a mall within a 15 min walk. Also if you’re taking the bus to get to hotel, it’s about a 7 minute walk from bus stop to hotel. We were coming from Helsinki city center.

Especially liked that you could get breakfast very early. Most places with "breakfast included" open so late you often don't get it especially if you have early morning starts. Not so here. Available very early from just after 3am, and a very good breakfast too. Reception staff were very friendly.

The hourly rate for an early check in is pretty steep - if you are there 3-4 hours early it is almost the same price as your room for the entire stay.

I appreciated the comfortable bed & spacious room on the 7th floor. Also enjoyed the view from the elevators & found them always available when I needed them. Staff at the front desk were helpful & the shuttle bus service excellent. Also liked the separate saunas for males & females that were available every evening for about five hours.

A very small matter - the coffee maker in the room was useful but would have liked real milk ( fresh or UHT ) instead of powdered packets.
