What I liked? Location! Facilities! Findlay staff! Cleanliness, especially in public area! Breakfast - rich choices! Indoor/outdoor pool area! The restaurant KARHUNPESÄ...WOW...Atmosphere, decoration, arranging , cleanliness, luxury looking and extremely clean WC( public area), welcoming, complete the order (food and drinks) and especially the service (paying attention to small details. There at restaurant...Karhunpesä working professional staff. Breakfast waitress too! Around the hotel there are a lot of activities! Sweetable for families with kids, but not really for couples (my opinion). I was there just for one night: me, wife 5 & 3 years old kids. We couldn't see/try everything, but the place is really, really nice! When we have chance,we would come back again! All above is opinion from a person with a lot of experience, worked at 5* hotel as executive level staff. Well done people! Well done management! I would like to be able (but I'm not) to add more pictures, people who are looking for vacation places, that are worthy, to get much better idea about this wonderful place! p.s. One night only, staying there, is NOT enough to use and enjoy all the activities!

I don't know...do I have to mention...I know what I booked, I knew what will be, but still I miss balcony/terrace to the hotel room. Another.. small thing: at the reception.... smile a bit more, please! I know... maybe it wasn't your day, but you are the first person I see, when I arrived at new place for me. Otherwise - quick service, adequate answers to my questions (and I had a lot). Anyway - thank you!

We are glad to say that choosing this hotel was a great decision for hosting relatives visiting from Seattle. We truly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The place offers plenty of wonderful amenities and is surrounded by beautiful nature to explore. Unfortunately, our time was very limited since we arrived after midnight and had to leave shortly after breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely superb — a wide variety of options, including a traditional Finnish breakfast, all presented with great quality and class. It was definitely a highlight of our stay.

We were hoping to try the sauna, but unfortunately, it was scheduled for cleaning that day and opened late, so we didn’t get the chance to experience it. Nevertheless, the overall experience was lovely, and we hope to come back for a longer visit to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and I really like the layout, design and spaciousness of the property. My room was well decorated and equipped.

I booked my room several months early and the only rooms available were the more expensive deluxe rooms. Then a few weeks before my actual trip, I checked again and saw that not only had the deluxe rooms decreased in price, but that there were normal rooms available for much less. My room was on the first floor and its window was facing an outdoor seating area with music. Sometimes I could hear the music or people talking. It wasn't loud, but noticeable nonetheless. My room's bathroom was very nice but I think it can be improved. The bathtub is quite high, It would be nice to install a handrail so that people climbing in and out of it would be less likely to slip.

Very nice hotel with lots of in- and outdoor activities for families and adults. The breakfast was very good and the Karhunpesä restaurant excellent. We also went to the swimming hall, but that was quite basic, enough for families with small kids though. There is also a movie theatre and we took advantage of their popcorn selection and watched a movie in the room. We also went to Superpark, but it is more for bigger kids and it was not well mainted and was a bit dirty. We slept very well and appreciated that you could open the windows for fresh air

The room was a bit dirty so for the price we were a bit dissappointed

1. The room was spacious, clean, cozy. The bed was very comfortable. 2. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees, in a beautiful and tranquil area. However, it is well connected: 5 min to the centre of Hyvinkää, 45 min to Helsinki by car. In the facilities they have a newly renovated swimming pool, big gym, huge playing area for the kids, cinema, escape room, beauty salon, restaurant. There is a ski slope nearby, hiking/skiing/bicycle trails and a rope park with a zip line.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly and professional. He upgraded my room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast area is very spacious, leaving a lot or room to enjoy a peaceful start of the day. The walk from the train station is easy and pleasant. I could not use the pool or other hotel facilities, which I plan to use a next time.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious! The large windows/views just added to the dining experience. The pool was a hit with the family too

I was initially booked into a room with an internal view. The room was uninviting, dark, too hot and very chrostopobic. I could not stay in this room and had to request a move

Clean and wonderful hotel with everything available. It was my first time, and I will definitely return. The breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, and the place was child-friendly in every detail. The only downside was some noise at night, possibly because our room was near the corridor door.

The ladies showers were out of order so swimming was only available on alternate days for men and women. This was sooo disappointing and we were not informed of this before our journey because we may of cancelled

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent!

We selected a room overlooking the Super Park. But didn't realise it meant it overlooked an inside children's play area. I think the description could have been more helpful.
