Checkin staff were very polite and welcoming and the checkin was easy. The room was apparently recently renovated and was clean and neat. The spa side was clean and spacious, with the water temperature at tropical levels and very pleasant to swim in. Pretty good saunas as well. The big waterslide was fun to try even for an adult. The surrounding area was pretty, especially the view to the nearby lake.

The room walls were so paper thin we could hear people in the adjacent rooms talking, especially the very loud ones. Kids running rampart and screaming in the hallway all day, so not exactly the romantic getaway location we expected. Relatively expensive hotel room didn't even have a basic breakfast included. Our devices connected to the WiFi, but couldn't actually transfer any data over it.

It was a pleasant stay with my family. Loved that hotel provided kids robes and working hours were also great, nothing closing too early. With a two night stay we could enjoy 4 visits to the waterpools, which was the greatest time for our 4 year old! Also, going down the slide with parent+child was lovely too! Also loved the lighting options, with dimmabale lights (no harsh lighting before bed)

1) Every day we had to make an appointment at the reception for a specific breakfast time. It was completely inconvenient and definitely restricted our stay at the hotel. When I'm on vacation, I don't want to follow any schedules. I prefer to sleep as much as my body wants. And at any time when I'm ready, go to breakfast, and not set the alarm for a specific time. 2) On the second day, we went to the SPA, but were surprised to find that the hotel maids had run out of baby bathrobes. Our 9-year-old daughter was very upset to learn that she would have to wear a bathrobe for an adult (it was a huge size for her). 3) A very complicated confusing maze from the entrance of the locker room to the exit to the pools.

Room a bit outdated looking, likewise with the spa's pool area Mattress was dirty Echoey corridors, were woken up by staff talking across the corridor at around 8am Not the most ideal for a relaxing couple stay, probably more suitable for families.

Very nice spa and delicious breakfast, so many foods to choose from. Good location and good restaurants options inside the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Also room was pet friendly and hotel gave our dog a gift bag, which was super sweet. We had a great time enjoying spa with our family. Our son really liked kids pool and all the pool safety gear.

The room at first felt little bit cool, there was no option to change room temperature. You can hear the neighbours passing by the room, but it wasn't too much disturbing. The most unnecessary thing was a one key that needed to be used to lock the shelf and the fridge that was inside. So everytime we used the fridge, we needed to unlock/lock both of those with the same key. Wasting time and patience 😀 Also the slippers wasn't included in the room, so we needed to go barefoot to the spa. But that's fine I guess.

Sauna in the room. Free bikes. A compliment to a kid (cocktail). Big and free parking.

Late Check-in (16:00). It is too late. The windows in the room cannot be opened. Only AIR conditioning. Rather simple breakfast.

Breakfast - excellent. Room - should have been bigger for three people. Pool - too crouded this time but it was fine!

Too much people in the SPA area, the women washing room and toilets should have been cleaner.

Spa is good, nice pool with waves. Kids love the spa. Unfortunately the waves were only 5minutes.

The hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned, could use some updating and modernization

We we're here for the second time and liked it again very much. We got upgraded to the more modern rooms which are really comfy and nice. We love the spa area and kids were super happy there. The hotel had also renovated much of the spa so all looked very clean and new. Nice surprise was a welcome gift to our dog with all kinds of little things for him to enjoy.

It would be nice if the spa was open a bit longer in the evening, just one extra hour would be nice. Now they close the pools at 8.30 and sauna area at 9.
