Very Good Location, few minutes from train station, close to the main street with good restaurants. Room with good space, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with underfloor heating and with all devices included (hairdryer, etc)

Room heater increases the temperature only 2° Celsius and it was suppose to be in 22° C to increase to 24° C, but it was in 20° C, so it was cold inside and increasing the heater it took so long to change the room temperature.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Location for our activities (IVV Olympiad) was very good.

The weather? Actually, other than a brief period of wind and rain, it was nice.

Good location. Very good breakfast, although coffee is quite bad. Sauna ok, gym small (3 people is a crowd).

Room service is terrible, changed towels and did nothing else, so you come back to a dirty room. That is way below expectations. Coffee is bad. Gym too small. Twin beds make up a double, which is not comfortable. Also, it gets very cold from large windows, heating doesn't help much.

beds could be a little softer and they should clean the floors under the bed too. There were limited rooms available so we pushed the beds together. We found coins and plenty of dust too.

Great location in the heart of the city. In the hotel, everything was neat, tidy and clean. Very good breakfast, lots of variety to choose from.

Parking in the hotel garage is ok if you have a small car - otherwise practise pocket parking with minimum space before. It is really needed. Secondly, we thought that we booked a double room, but ended up with twin - that's ok, but maybe a check at the check in from hotel side would be nice gesture... About breakfast then - it's good, but probably due to heavy traffic at about 9am (one Sunday), the coffee cups for example were dirty. This is just unacceptable in the hotel like this. And when checking out, try remember if you have car at their garage - easier to pay at check out, otherwise you need to dl an app to pay the parking, or pay extra cost to already expensive parking.

Our family room was big and spacious with room for bags and a tiled area for snowy boots. Excellent breakfast options - all well replenished in a nice restaurant. Location perfect on the end of the main street and opposite the train station. Reception desk were very helpful with the questions we had about how to use the buses.

Room temperature controls did not work so the room was hotter than we would have liked (also no option to open any windows for any fresh air - understandable given the very cold conditions outside). The sofa bed was really too small for our two children (ages 13 and 11) meaning they didn't sleep that well. Really would only be suitable for younger smaller children.

Location very convenient from airport

No food to buy when I arrived at 2am. I was very hungry and thirsty. I wasn't even informed that I can drink water from the tap. I expected to have access to even a sandwich.

Shower too spartan,towels too thin.Also when you take out the key card from the socket the lights are turned off straight away and you find yourself trying to find a way out in darkness.

It was perfect as a business hotel. The breakfast was good and the restaurant very handy

The wasn't cleaned very well during my stay- after 5 nights there was alot of dust. There was no kettle for warm water or tea.

Perfect location, clean room, breakfast was included in the room price.

I wish the room had a kettle and tea/coffee. I also wish the hotel bar and restaurant were open on sundays.
