The staff were great. The breakfast was amazing, the dinner options were maybe a bit too fancy form me that’s not a criticism though. I liked that they turned the room over every day some hotels don’t do this anymore.

The sound proofing between the rooms could maybe be better. The person in the adjoining room was on the phone talking very loudly late at night. I did mention to the receptionist nothing seemed to change though.

Everything was exceptionally great! The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in a bit early since the room happened to be available already, the facilities were great, the room was comfortable, and (most importantly for me), quiet at night despite being right next to a huge event (which I was attending). My extra requests were accommodated too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The only thing that troubled me a bit was that the clothing iron in the room was leaking water from its edges! I managed to make do, but it did seem to be broken. A very small inconvenience in an otherwise amazing stay, and if I had stayed longer, I'm sure I could have gotten a replacement if I had time to ask for one.

Was staying in this hotel for the second time. It is always super pleasant. So far, it is unique hotel I know that is designed to the nature and traditions of the finnish north. Breakfast is one of the best I tried so far. Besides the traditional european breakfast, it has also a lot of berries, deer pate, sausages, ometelle is made on the spot. Sauna is big and spatious and open until 22. Room is not big but nicely designed. Hotel also has a parking.

A fantastic hotel. I chose this hotel as the rooms looked a little more interesting than other nearby hotels - and the price was comparable to other places. We weren't disappointed - we had two rooms that were both fantastic. We travelled the length of Finland in our one week trip and had some great breakfasts but this was the best! Having read reviews about the car park (spaces being very small) I was expecting some difficulty in parking - we had no problem at all, the car park was fairly compact but there was space available and it was easy to park our estate car. The reason for the 10/10 review was that on top of excellent rooms and a brilliant breakfast, the staff were truly superb! Nothing was too much trouble. Shortly after we had checked out we asked if we could use the reception area and possibly buy a coffee whilst we planned the next stage of our road trip - 'yes, of course', was the response and the coffee was on the house! Lovely place and lovely people.

Nothing at all - we look forward to returning and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was a culinary dream, absolutely amazing and diverse selection of everything you could imagine plus delicious local specialties. The breakfast staff was kind and accommodating. I did not get my luggage for 4 days, and reception helped me track down the delivery service from Vantaa to Tampere. Kiitos! Also was nice to get access cards to a local gym within walking distance.

Paid parking garage was a bit tight, but no big deal and quite common in Europe. Considering the hotel is a more towards the edge of town (vs. city center), and lacks a pool, on-site gym, & free parking, I thought the nightly rates were a bit high. However, the superior breakfast somewhat compensates...

One of the highlights of Lapland Hotels is the breakfast. A lot of ingredients really from Lapland and huge variety of different choices. Also the friendliness of staff is remarkable. I recommend the sauna with a nice view over the roofs at Tampere.

I don't have anything to complain. Maybe the way to parking space is a little complicated and the opening of gate tricky (especially during a heavy rain.

This hotel has a great location next to a nice park and very close to the city centre, train station, Moomin museum, Tampere-talo, Nokia Arena etc. Buses and tram very close. The breakfast is worth mentioning, everything is carefully prepared with local ingredients. The staff is very friendly, service at breakfast was excellent and they are also very attentive towards children of all ages. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice toiletries. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The glass bathroom door does not offer much privacy.

All staff very friendly and helpful, very good to help us by speaking English as we don't speak Finnish. Very extensive selection at breakfast. Waterfall shower very good. Location good, very short walk to Tulli tram stop and the main station. Very close to the Moomin Museum!

Neither of us slept well as the room was too warm, we also think that the bed had a memory foam topper which are renowned for being too warm. On the fourth night we had managed to get the temperature down in the room to let us sleep. Room service hadn't made a very good job of dusting the room but had serviced the towels etc. each day so that was good.

Room was ok with nice design and excellent shower products. The view was nothing too stunning but it didn't bother me too much. It was very quiet.

There was no room service or minibar in the room. Always a let down when you are coming to a nice hotel and expect a little more service and comfort

Overall nice stay, stylish interiors. Very good breakfast.

From the outside the building is quite underwhelming. Entering through the patking space does not give a good impression. The car charging did not work, and the hotel could do nothing about it...
