Really nice location, quiet, with a bus connection to the city centre every 20 minutes or so. No shops close by, but there is a nice pizza place next door which I went to on the first evening. The room was clean and felt spacious due to the high ceiling. Small but nice kitchen facilities in the room. Lovely roof terrace and a nice communal space on the same floor with tea and coffee.

Reception was hard to find at first due to bad signage. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - I personally did not think it was worth the price and would probably opt out next time, especially with the kitchen facilities in the room. No manual for the washing mashine or microwave! I nearly wasted lots of time as I only realized at the last minute that you need to open the water valve otherwise the washing machine would not get any water in! Also, I was using a washing pod, but if you wanted to use washing powder, good luck, as the cupboard door hinge was blocking the powder drawer...

Clean, beautiful old buildning, easy to park under the hotel and go to rooms from parking place. Nice area. Good distillery and pizzeria in the neighbour. Breakfast was ok. We enjoyd our one night stay.

There is washing maschine, but no iron. There is kitchen but now baking paper for oven. There is nice Presso to make coffee but no coffee powder. There is no micro wave. I know you should by things by yourself, but for one night stay would be nice to find something there allready for our needs.

I stayed here during Midsummers in June. I liked the room. It was spacious and clean. I liked the breakfast as well. The location is a bit far from the city centre but there is a bus stop in front of the UNITY Tampere Trikootehdas from which a bus goes to and from the centre (takes about 10-15 minutes). The nearest R-Kioski (convenience store) is a 20 minute walk. That being said, I really liked that the location is quite close to Pyynikki Observation Tower and Coffee shop (both of which I highly recommend for beautiful views of Tampere and its nature and for authentic Finnish Munkki - Finnish version of donuts). You will see a different, interesting and natural side of Tampere if you stay here. There is a gym and sauna here as well but I did not use it. I liked staying here.

We only stayed one night, to break our journey, so were disappointed that there was no food served on the evening of our arrival. We were happy to self cater but had to drive into the town centre to find a supermarket. However there was a pretty good selection for breakfast the next morning. We were welcomed by a delightful receptionist who helped find us a supermarket that would be open. The bathroom was large with a washing machine behind a cupboard door. The bed was comfortable with good lighting and convenient power points.

Kitchen equipment was basic with no tea or coffee provided. Finding our way into the complex was a little confusing, as there was no prominent signage for the way in or to the underground carpark, and there was no direct access from the car park to our building. Not a big problem for us but might be concerning if you travel with a lot of luggage. However there is time restricted parking in the central courtyard. I thought the cost of the secure parking high as there is very little street parking available.

the room was very stylish. everything is new and beautiful. good location. near the beach. You can walk to the Särkkaniemi . Also Flow park is very near. a lot of nature and forest around. breakfast was good and tasty. There was an opportunity to cook food in the room. There were all the utensils for this. but only dishes. Hotels often leave a bag of tea/coffee. Here you had to buy everything yourself.This is not a disadvantage. Just information for the future

some dishes were poorly washed.The windows were also quite dirty. It was especially noticeable in the morning when the sun was shining. it didn't look very nice

We especially liked the location, there’s beautiful nature all around but you can also get to the centre by bus very easily. We also liked the aestethics of the hotel and the room, as well as that the property has different types of services.

It would be a nice addition to have a small shop or something like that where you could buy basic snacks and/or groceries so you wouldn’t have to go to the centre for that if you feel like having a snack later at night for example.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, plenty of linens, and the sauna and gym are both really nice. Staff super friendly. Easy to get into central Tampere on the 10 bus (it's about a 10 minute ride).

Honestly the stay was great. The breakfast (in my opinion) was only okay. There is a decent variety, but it didn't wow me. Not a reason not to stay, but the only thing that wasn't exceeding expectations for me.

Absolutely loved my stay! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The flat? Immaculate and got cleaned weekly. Plus, they surprised me with a free upgrade to a Deluxe Studio! Gym access? Yup, included in the price. The flat was not just clean but also cozy and modern. Now, here's the scoop: co-working space? It costs, but my go-to is the free rooftop – even better in my opinion (: In a nutshell, got way more than expected for what I paid. Thanks to everyone involved making it so perfect (:

Maybe the location. There's only one bus to the city every 20 minutes or so, and it's roughly a 20-minute walk. But, there's nothing, in my opinion, that's hard to critique about this since it's still not too far, and for the distance the accommodation cant be held responsible for in my eyes.

Being in the nature reserve and close to the lake. And also being able to walk into city centre easily (or take the bus if necessary). We walked through the reserve everyday, using slightly different routes. I think if you are an outdoorsy person and you have the time, it is better staying at Unity than in the centre. Also if you like peace and quiet and a more homely vibe. Great to have a 24 hour gym and access to sauna.

Great location for outdoor sports with a very good gym, sauna and cooking facilities. Staff is friendly and flats well maintained. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Parking - some free street parking by the side of the road but otherwise costs extra. Parking garage payment needs to be done upon entry - beware to not accidentally get fined thinking you’ll pay on your way out.
