Spacious and clean room, very quiet despite the central location next to the railway station and road. We asked for a room with a bath tub and received it. The bath tub was easy to fill and comfortable to lay in. We got all the information we needed during check-in, including offer on sauna reservation which we didn't take up on this time. There was also a gym, didn't check out that one either. The mini bar had some drinks and chips available for extra cost. Breakfast selection was amazing, besides the usual (croissants, porridge, bacon, scrambled eggs, etc) there was for example spinach/carrot crepes, vegan overnight oats and a whole gluten free section.

The corridors could use some decorating but that's pretty much the only thing that comes to mind.

Sauna was good - could book for an hour as part of nightly stay. Good restaurant with lots of options for lunch and dinner. Breakfast - many varied items - excellent. Good location just through the underpass from the main shopping street.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but the cafe gave me a cup of hot water with a bit of milk for my own tea bag in the room.

Localization, so close to the place of our interest. We were so happy and grateful that we could check in much earlier as we arrived straight from the road and was tired, so having possibility of going to the room was amazing. Room was comfortable and spacious, bathroom also very very nice

Breakfast very good, nice personel. Room good. Very good bed. Big TV. Good location when traveling with train. We have been here about 6 times before, so we knew what to expect.

TV has no internet pay services like Netflix or even Arena, we used cromecast which works fine when you figured how it works. Connect your device, or smt like that.

Great location and lots of nearby attractions and sights. Staff were welcoming and always friendly. Breakfast had a good range and was nice. Being able to book a private sauna slot was an added bonus. Room was a good size and comfortable.

The property was close to the railway station and close to the town centre. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant for dinner.

The restaurant and bar were closed on both Sunday and Monday for meals and drinks outside of breakfast.

There should be more staff, there was a queue everytime at the reception. My room was cold so I asked for a heater and got one. The colors of the inner decoration should be updated, red doesn't look good

Very clean. The all night reception and bag storage was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The access from the station in the icey conditions was a bit hard with big luggage.

We had booked a room with a kettle but that request didn't get passed on and they were unable to change. (We were correctly charged for the cheaper room)

Close to the city centre. The room was surprisingly quiet although it was right across the street from the railway station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.
