The hotel was super strategically located and had easy access to everywhere. It was so convenient to reach all the locations I needed. In addition the hotel staff was super Helpful, Hospitable and Amazing. They literally always ready to help you in any occasion - be it from getting the best recommendations, assistance in some administrative matters and also their warmth is comforting. I am thankful to Sinii, Kaisa and many others who made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for all travellers to Tampere, Finland!

I just think the cleaner should clean and tidy room without not feeling guilty to reorganise certain things

Excellent location in the heart of the Tampere, just next to railway station and all key locations. We got views to the railway platforms, but not noise! I was surprised how quiet it was. Area is clean and safe. Rooms are quite normal hotel rooms, nothing special, but nothing you can fault.

It's great to have parking just under the building, but it's quite expensive (23eur/24h). It would also be great, if the curtains wouldn't be attached on the side, but that might be common practice.

The location is very convenient. It's next to train station. We arrived Tampere very late and it was snowing, so it was quite easy for us to get to the hotel. Also close enough to get to tram station to get to downtown or outskirt (2 min walk).

Sauna may not open 24 hours a day, but that's understandable. Gym is located underground by the parking lot. It's a bit humid.

I don’t usually have breakfast, so also this time I didn’t have it included in my room rate. Nevertheless, I had breakfast almost every day of my stay ( I paid for it, of course!), because the selection was SO GOOD! I especially loved the pancakes, the fried eggs and the lingonberry juice. Having a teakettle and teas/coffees in the room was handy, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like on a cloud! The location is very convenient- between the railway station and city centre

Perfect location, bed very comfortable and great soundproofing of the room. Staff very friendly and helpful with any question or request I had. Fairly good selection of warm options for breakfast (including Tampere speciality mustamakkara!), and also a section of gluten free and vegan groceries. The only pity is the lack of real espresso coffee - only americano style available. I also liked the fact that the room got cleaned upon request, and not automatically every single day, protecting thus the environment.

Windows do not open, the temperature regulation is only possible with the air conditioning system, and that one only works with the card key inserted in the central switch (meaning you can only freshen the air while you are in the room). I do not like sleeping with the cold air beating on my neck and shoulders, so I woke up all sweaty every morning.

It is located in the city centre and is right next to the train station. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of everything.The room was clean. Nice selection of pillows.

The sofabed was full of bumps and is meant for the short people. The entrance of the room is not functioning if you have wet or snowy shoes. The staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Location is excellent, very convenient access to the platforms to catch a train. . Sauna facilities are clean and great. Overall, the rooms and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was also fine both from variety of food and the taste perspective. Overall it a great hotel to stay in Tampere. Staff is friendly as well.

You cannot turn off the heater/air conditioning. That means you have to deal with the noise constantly. It was quite cold in the room, even with the never ending heating on. The bathroom had a weird smell.

A nice hotel with a very helpful and polite staff, very close to the train station and city centre - really great location. Tea and instant coffee with water heater are in the room, and you can find something to eat or drink 24 h per day in a hotel. Room was comfy and warm, especially the bathroom. Sauna (there was sauna for males and females separately) was very welcome addition in this cold winter season. There is also gym but I didn't use it. Although I didn't eat a breakfast because it was too early for me, I saw there was a very rich selection of cold and warm dishes.

The window looked directly to the office building, so employees there could look directly into your bed. There were very thick curtains, which helped a lot. Floor under the bed was not cleaned before my arrival. There are a lot of carpet floors in the hotel. Maybe an useful info for people having allergy problems because of dust and mites (I had some allergy problems in this hotel).

The hotel is next to the train station which is very convenient. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The room is comfy, it is not extremely large but large enough for 2 people to stay comfortably with some extra space. The hotel is not in exact town centre but there is a tram station with a 3-5 minutes walk and the town centre just around 10 mins walk. The public sauna is nice as well, large sauna room which is enough for around 6-8 people with 3 showering place. Last but the not the least the breakfast is tasty and have huge variety to choose form. And there is a Ldil just down stair if you want to buy something which is very convenient.

The room furniture is a bit old which feel kind of fragile and unstable. Other than that there is nothing to complain.
