Firstly, the anniversary gift and nite was really kind! Loved the friendliness and helpfulness from staff from day one. Breakfast was great. Nice spread of local cuisines. The view of the train station and part of the city was great. Very modern. I like the decor in the lounge area. We had lots of breaks there or met up with family friends.

We made tea on day one, but the cups were never replaced with new ones during a four-day stay, nor was the tea bags or coffee replenished. Found that a bit strange for a place that has daily turnover for towels. My wife found the minimalistic bedding a bit cold. We had the room heater on the highest, yet she would have preferred a extra duvet. When the hotel gets busy the shower water can get cold/luke warm. Last silly one. The cheese. Not sure if it's a Finnish thing, but the cheese, despite being so generously supplied, tastes extremely bland? Will appreciate our cheese in South Africa alot more when we get back. Nevertheless, an awesome stay and we would be back in future!

Room is very clean, TV has mirroring capabilities from mobile phone (could use youtube), Everything felt very quiet. Even being right next to the train station, we could hear nothing from outside the room or hotel. No experience of breakfast as we were too tired to get up before 11. Excellent choice if you know you'll be exhausted the day after and have to catch the train as you can just cross through the yard and get directly to the train station. Excellent hospitality from staff whether it came to providing extra towels or glasses. You also get ice cold tap water from the sink, which is always great! The room was nice and cool on arrival.

No particular complaints, at most "quality of life" things. Wouldn't mind a small fridge (During summer, getting your vichy/soda cold would be godsent). The bedside table has only one outlet and it's under the desk (for example for a CPAP). The desk is very light to move though. There is two other outlets for both beds in middle, but not ideal as there is no desk there.

Unfortunately last two days there was a toilett facility problem, otherwise our experience is 9 or 10 for this Hotel. Leak under the sink, toilet blockage and cistern not work so flushing wasn't possible. We manage to fix it the first day but not the second during check out. It's reported to reception

The hotel was super strategically located and had easy access to everywhere. It was so convenient to reach all the locations I needed. In addition the hotel staff was super Helpful, Hospitable and Amazing. They literally always ready to help you in any occasion - be it from getting the best recommendations, assistance in some administrative matters and also their warmth is comforting. I am thankful to Sinii, Kaisa and many others who made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for all travellers to Tampere, Finland!

I just think the cleaner should clean and tidy room without not feeling guilty to reorganise certain things

Excellent location in the heart of the Tampere, just next to railway station and all key locations. We got views to the railway platforms, but not noise! I was surprised how quiet it was. Area is clean and safe. Rooms are quite normal hotel rooms, nothing special, but nothing you can fault.

It's great to have parking just under the building, but it's quite expensive (23eur/24h). It would also be great, if the curtains wouldn't be attached on the side, but that might be common practice.

Breakfast was very good. Room was perfect if you want a clean room with just the basic stuff. Very good value for money. The hotel also has a sauna which is open in the morning and evening. Sauna was very nice. Very friendly staff. Parking is easy and located just next to the hotel.

I have nothing bad to say. If I must say something, then there could be a water machine in the sauna room. In the room, the air conditioning made some noise.

The location is very convenient. It's next to train station. We arrived Tampere very late and it was snowing, so it was quite easy for us to get to the hotel. Also close enough to get to tram station to get to downtown or outskirt (2 min walk).

Sauna may not open 24 hours a day, but that's understandable. Gym is located underground by the parking lot. It's a bit humid.

I don’t usually have breakfast, so also this time I didn’t have it included in my room rate. Nevertheless, I had breakfast almost every day of my stay ( I paid for it, of course!), because the selection was SO GOOD! I especially loved the pancakes, the fried eggs and the lingonberry juice. Having a teakettle and teas/coffees in the room was handy, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like on a cloud! The location is very convenient- between the railway station and city centre

Good quality breakfast with lots of different options for many dietary plans. All ages were taken into account when planning the breakfast as well as foreign travelers.

My room thermostat did not make the room any colder or warmer. It had no difference whether I put it to minimum or maximum, which lead me to sleep with 2 blankets and still felt cold on the tip of my nose and cheeks when waking up.

It is located in the city centre and is right next to the train station. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of everything.The room was clean. Nice selection of pillows.

The sofabed was full of bumps and is meant for the short people. The entrance of the room is not functioning if you have wet or snowy shoes. The staff could have been a bit friendlier.
