My room had a view over the Lake which was a bonus as I stayed for four nights. Breakfast was good, but be prepared for it to be very busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Remember to collect the Car Park "voucher" to place in on your Car dashboard when you check in. The number 10 bus goes from right out side the hotel which takes you in to the centre of town, and you can tap in/pay using your bank card (Runs about every 10 to 15 minutes). So, no need to move the car. I ate at the hotel for two nights out of my four, the food was freshly prepared and tasty. I would stay here again.

Beautiful remote lakefront location, with walking trails, bikes available. Breakfast good with gluten/lactose free options. Had some amenities challenges initially, but Mia, Front Desk Manager handled the situation professionally. Must have car to travel to this location. Parking included. 10 minute drive to Tampere center. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. We travelled in the fall, however, there is a beach and tennis courts on the property close by.

Hotel is a little dated. Also 'in suite sauna' did not have a handrail and could be very dangerous.

The lady at reception went way out of her way to help my son locate his carry on which he mistakenly left th the rental car garage at the Helsinki airport. She won the lottery for him as they located his. Bag. Amazing dedication to helping a guest

Only thing was no heat in my room

Breakfast, restaurant food and the staffs are friendly

We can hear from our room the noise from the hallway when kids were running and shouting and also conversations from next room is easily heard from our room. In short, the rooms are probably not soundproof and probably in between walls are thin because we hear them talking or moving a chair

Great location. Very close to the city center. We came to see the NHL Global Games- Go Panthers! To get to the center of the city it’s an easy bus ride or Uber. The room was very very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet.

It’s a bit outdated but in a charming way.

Very clean, lovely lakeside location, absolutely delicious breakfasts. The pool area was lovely and the gym had enough equipment for a reasonable workout.

A little dated and the pool was a bit cold.

There were 3 of us and we had a HUGE family room. There was a separate bedroom for the adults and 2 bathrooms which was a real bonus. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space to spread out and for our son to play. The hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty of walking, swimming and nature options nearby. It was nice to feel like you were in the countryside, but only a short ride to the city centre if you wanted to go out. The sauna and pool area were great, and we used these every day. The staff were friendly and helpful so anytime we had questions or needed help they were great.

The only improvement would be food options at the hotel. Apart from a small shop for snacks there was no options to have lunch there, and the evening meal options were very limited so it meant that you had to go out to eat all the time. We were staying when it had just changed to winter hours, so maybe this was why but it would have been nice to have the option to have a proper lunch at the hotel. This is the only reason for marking down to a 9 instead of a 10.

The breakfast I felt was brilliant, a vast variety of food to offer to start your day on the right path. I came to compete for Great Britain in the World Masters Championships, it was my first time attending, and first time in Finland, I felt very relaxed and safe. The pool looks amazing, I got to try it yesterday. I used the gym on the 2nd day and like the equipment in there, I felt it helped. I never get the chance to use a sauna back home, so I took advantage of using it at the hotel and I loved it. The most calm I've felt in a good while. The beds are really comfy. This is the first trip outside of the UK that I have taken since COVID, and it definitely won't be my last.

The only thing I would say was I ate a Angus burger on my first night from the restaurant, I didn't end up eating it all as I was cauious of it being abit to pink for me, and because I was competing I didn't want to take the risk, so all I would suggest is to maybe ask how the customer would like it cooked.

We had a very good view from the room. Spacious, enough space for two adults and 2 kids. A bath was very much liked by the kids.

The kids room needs a little upgrade
