It was a comfortable stay: large room, quiet, equipped well with furniture. The uncontested highlight was in-suite sauna: spacious, clean, really enjoyable! The hotel staff is friendly and eager to help with any request. Location in Saariselka is central, walking distance from many restaurants, national park, ski resort. Hearty breakfast and dinner buffet. What could be improved is shower stalls; replacing curtains with glass walls. Both showers in our room were too close to the toilet seat, and the curtain doesn't really prevent water splashing, no matter how we tried to avoid that. Not the best arrangement in terms of hygiene.

The rooms are somewhat old but well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was a hearty spread with some vegetarian options. The staff was the best thing about the place and were very helpful. They had sledges for pulling kids along and good advice for where to go for a hike. The sauna was free to use between evening hours and was well maintained. There is a small market within the place and if you don't want to, you don't need to go out in the cold to buy microwavable food, milk, beer, or souvenirs. Perfect place for a snowy vacation.

Need to go to the reception to request room cleaning or for a change of towels. No phone in the room to connect with the 24-hour reception.

Loved the personalized service we received from Reception. He answered all of our many questions! Breakfast was delicious and loved that there was a restaraunt connected to the facility as well. The spa was closed, but was able to book multiple massages that were amazing! Our apartment was lovely! Loved that the bus dropped us off right by our location from the airport in Ivalo.

24H shop was really useful as the airline lost my bag. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Central location.

Spa was closed for summer I guess which was a little disappointing as it lists it on Booking. Curtains are not full blockout which isn’t the best in summer. Rooms are a little far from reception but there’s entrances all around the building which make going out easy.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Car parks which are close to rooms etc.

The only issue is gluten free options in the breakfast and dinner. There should be more options. In fact the other places we stayed there was hardly anything non-gluten free.

This hotel is in a great location! Extremely close to the bus stop. The room was massive and the bed comfy. The sauna was fantastic and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Overall we wish we had longer than one night here.

The shower had great pressure but because there was no proper screen (just a curtain) the whole bathroom was soaked.

Really big hotel, the room was big and comfy! had a really nice sleep, plus there is a sort of dryer in the bathroom, very hand! Reception and boutique opened 24/7, no restaurant but a perfectly serviceable buffet for dinner and breakfast. And, you have Reindeer roaming the premises!!!!

Comfortable room with tv, kettle and hairdryer. Shower was great. Location of hotel very central. Staff on reception excellent.

The receptionist was very patient and friendly! Even when we tried to find a receipt to our booking , she patiently waited for us. All the cleaners are also very friendly! Amazing staff and customer service. Location also looks nice with forest vibes outside our room’s window

Our favorite hotel on the spot. Simple, but you have everything. Nice breakfast, good choice and excellent a la cart dinner! One sauna is opened and it is free of charge.

Swimming pool is still closed. And not clear when opens.
