It's a small room cabin with microwave, tea/coffee kit and a little fridge. Big bed. I needed to change my booking dates and the owner have no problem with that. Thanks!! You can walk around for the forest and next to the frozen river. Close to the bus stop to Rovaniemi/Ivalo/inari. It's a self check in, so there is no reception so if you don't have a car like me, don't arrive early because no place to leave your luggage at least my experience.

Maybe they can turn off some lights outside because the auroras are there actually but you can't see them because the artificial lights. Check the wifi password because is wrong (is without the last 4) You need to pay for the sheets I didn't have cash. You can hear the people next to the other cabin.

Excellent value without serious downsides for a lone outdoors traveller. The best space plan ever saw, even a wfiting table with a lamp in a room that is definitely on the smller side.

Dear I wish for one more addition? A cheap China-made plastic chair outside would have been great this summer, sunny days with daily max temps constantly above 25 centigrade, to sit, sip a dri k or two and watch the sunset (may take a few weeks if you visit in July).

Very convenient location for us, near the road and next to a gas station. Very private as you don't need to meet anyone to get into the cabin, very easy to get in (classic box with a code for the keys inside). We had space to park the car. Big bed and enough space in the bathroom, the room itself it's not big but it had everything we needed and it felt warm and cozy enough. Overall a good one night stay, good price/quality ratio.

It took us some time to find our cabin. It's possible that I didn't understand well the directions but for some reason we couldn't easily spot cabin number 3 from the car when arrived. You have to pay to rent the bed sheets, it's not much but it'd be perfect if they were included (same with towels)

I stayed here for an extended weekend in Ivalo, Finnish Lapland. It is fantastic value for money, and was a lovely, warm and cosy place to stay. The accommodation is basic, no cooking facilities, and consists of a sleeping area and private shower, toilet, there are 4 such units in the main building. It is ideal if you have a car, I didn't but I also did not mind walking the 4 km into Ivalo town. There is a safe and wide footpath and cycle lane that is separated from the main road. It is possible to get a breakfast, or tasty toasted cheese and ham sandwich and coffee in the nearby Ivalo River Camping reception building located about 200m as you head for the main road. The accommodation is mostly suitable for solo travelers and couples.

Local transport consists of taxis and regional buses only. All are comfortable but it is wise to check out bus availability and timetables before your trip because there are limited times available to other regions of interest like Inari or Saariselka. Soundproofing between the accommodation units is minimal but this is not really surprising considering the type of accommodation this chalet is.

Very cute small room with everything you need, a parking spot if you plan to use the car and Tina is very accommodating. The activities organised by the structure are very beautiful and you can feel that it's a family activity.

Location next to the highway, parking near the house. In severe frost it was very warm in the house!

Perhaps someone will not like that the houses are too cramped and there is a lot of audibility from the neighbors.

Room has everything you need for short stay. Location is very good as it’s close to the bus stop and there is also restaurant selling basic needs aprox 200m away.

The sound isolation is very poor. My neighbours had a loud conversation in the middle of the night (2am) and didn’t take others into consideration at all. I could hear every sound.

It is a minimalistic stay, but has wifi, a working desk, washing machine and basically, all you need for short stay. Outdoors there is a table and bench which is nice during good weather. I traveled with a motorcycle and found this to be a good spot to rest and spend the night on a stormy night (for street bikes, keep in mind steep incline and loose gravel to park next to the lodge).

The room is really small. I wish there was a covered sport outdoors in case it rains and still to be outside (as essentially you get a room with bed and table which has little space for anything else). Linen is at extra charge, so this makes good value if you have your sleeping bag.

Very good place to stay! The most necessary are on the spot. We used our own bed linen. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and warm room and shower. Silence and beautiful nature around! Perfect! Recommend!
