The facilities were great Food was delicious Didn't have time to be bored lots a entertainment Staff went above and beyond everyone was very kind and friendly and was willing to assist with your request . I proposed to my gf this weekend and I couldn't do it without the help of the staff they created a memory that would last as lifetime and I'm eternally grateful 🥲

The bathroom in the room needs a toilet brush Sink in the bathroom was filling up quickly run the possibility of over flowing The TV is a bit confusing to use I think Netflix can be a good addition Lighting was good but could be a bit better

The location was very good, the food in the restaurants was excellent just had to be on the ball to book a table.

The staff were efficient and polite but not welcoming and lack warmth, unlike the vibe team. No hot water on two mornings, again staff hid the issue. It was fixed by the evening. Although you paid a lot, felt second class citizen to the diamond class. The premium for a bay view isn't worth it.

The Royalton Antigua is what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The accommodation, restaurants and amenities are well maintained. There are a variety of pools for adults and kids as well as the beach front. The pool bar is a hit. The food is varied in the main buffet hall with something for everyone.

Be aware that there is a fee of US$150 per night should you happen to lose your wrist band (which also acts as your key card for your room). This is within the small print of the admission document you sign but not highlighted. I feel this fee is extortionate for something that is unlikely to cost more than US$5-10. I did share my thoughts re: this with management.

Resort is in a beautiful location, stunning beach with activities such as kayaks and hobie cat available, ample beds on beach and poolside. Very attentive staff serving drinks on the beach etc

Definitely the public toilets were in need of maintenance. Cracked roles, tap not working wtc

Excellent buffet choice but staff weren’t attentive enough in buffet restaurant often stood together chatting rather than coming over for drinks service. Marcus and Charlene when we upgraded to diamond club were excellent

First night room view was just trees “mountain view” so upgraded to swim up room. Pool needs cleaning more often in this and main pool. As part of upgrade should have received complimentary hydrotherapy in spa but when we tried to book told us it wasn’t working. Beach grill restaurant too many flies and used plastic forks. Not what you expect in 5* places.

The property was amazing, the ocean access was wonderful and the pool was good

The organization in the restaurants was very bad and the personal look always upset and it makes an uncomfortable atmosphere

Quite an upgrade compared to the previous resort that was in this area. Good variety in buffet and decent restaurant selection. Generally friendly staff, decent night entertainment, good views.

It rained a lot during our stay and after consistent rain for a few hours, noticeable leaks appeared specifically in the centre of the main food buffet area as well as in front of entrances to other guest service areas. Getting assistance with taking our bags to and from the drop off area could have also been much better. On departure, the golf cart that was requested never arrived, but a staff member who called for the cart took it upon herself to assist instead.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating and for an all-inclusive we truly enjoyed the food and drinks! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antigua!

No real dislikes. Our room was nice however the shower had a bit of water leakage that would leave the floor damp after a shower. Seemed to be a known issue as we saw the sealant in the shower to try and stop it. Other than that no complaints.

The location was great

The check in experience was bad because they could not find my booking for at least 15 minutes even though i showed them my e mail.
