It was small, lovely, comfortable and not "resorty"... I just appreciated not having so many people everywhere. The place was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was different than what I expected (traditional american breakfast) but very nice and very fresh!

We were told to grab a towel in the morning and then go to the beach to get a palapa. I assumed the towels would be ready by 7am when I tried to go over to get a Palapa but they were not ready so I waited - believing that I didn't need to be in a hurry to get a Palapa since I thought they were held for MVC Eagle Beach hotel guests. Ultimately, the towels weren't ready until 8:30 or so and by that time all the palapa's were gone. It did not seem like the palapas were being held for hotel guests. It would have been really nice to get better information from the registration desk on when towels would be available and how to ensure getting a palapa. Kind of minor I guess since there is plenty of shade all around but still it was a minor inconvenience to a really nice stay.

Amazing location right on Eagle Beach. Free chairs and beach towels are included, and if you get out early enough, you can also get a palapa. The breakfast, tho small, is also Included. It is pretty much the same each day with tiny variations. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and fun. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room as well as the rest of the grounds were kept spotless. Daily maid service, which is hard to come by these days. The value seems to be unmatched on the island. We are already considering a return trip this year because we enjoyed it so much

The room is a bit small. The pool is also tiny. I feel like a bigger pool instead of a tennis court would be a great upgrade. There is also no ice machine so you have to go ask for ice when you need it. The bed is extremely hard, which some people love, but i do not. Nothing bad that made me not want to return tho

The breakfast was beautiful and a schedule from 7-30 am to 10-30 am is sufficient for everybody. It was one of the reasons we picked up the hotel. The hotel is in 15 meters from the gate to the Eagle Beach entrance. All the day you can use hotel’s beach chairs and fresh beach towels were always available at the reception. If you come earlier, before 9 am, you have a good chance to have a palapa for the day. The hotel’s yard was calm and nice. The hotel has it’s own tennis court, small pool, a washer and a dryer. The parking lot behind the hotel is huge and has plenty available space. The SuperFood store is in 3 minutes driving. Don’t forget to visit Daily Fish cafe in the same as SuperFoods building.

I would like to have a coffee or tea maker in the cafeteria zone throughout the day. Nothing that I don't like.

I acquired a single room, which was large and included a large bathroom + air conditioning --bed = incredibly comfortable --breakfast was more than adequate and easily was a better value than most hotel breakfasts one experiences --the staff knock themselves out to make sure you are taken care of --the vibe here = joy. Everyone says hello and smiles --Oh, and you walk straight across the street to the beach that stretches miles (Eagle Beach); there are complementary beach chairs and palm umbrellas (get there early) This is not inclusive beach resort of Palm Beach but who cares : I stayed here a week and it was lovely

My only advice would be to rent a car as the better restaurants (dinner wise) are scattered around and not within walking distance. This is not a complaint but be advised

It's a small hotel but perfect to just relax. The staff is very kind and the room is enough. The beach is very close and the option of having chairs on the beach as a courtesy from the hotel is great. The beach is simply beautiful and you can stay there the whole day as there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. Particularly, I would recommend the Chalet Suisse, all the staff and the food were absolutely fantastic.

Proximity to Eagle beach, groceries, walking and restaurants. The cleaning staff were exceptional, the rooms cleaned everyday. Love the drying string in the bathroom. Most importantly Clinton at the front desk was exceptional. Anything he could help us with, he did. He’s got customer service down perfectly. We’ll be back.

Across the street from the beach and the tables and decks out front… with a beautiful view.

The location was perfect - right across from Eagle Beach. The rooms were super clean and all the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There are some very nice places nearby for dinner and drinks. There is a big supermarket not too far from the hotel and you can easily take the bus or a taxi to the Palm Beach area or into town. A special shout out to the beach umbrella guy (I don't remember his name), who always went out of his way to find an umbrella and chairs for us, even when we got the later in the day. Thank you!

There wasn't an iron in the room. Instead, there was a shared laundry room for all the guests with a single iron available to use. It got the job done, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to go there whenever I needed to iron something. The staff told me that having an iron in the room would be a fire hazard. The included breakfast is not a buffet/self-service. You sit down and are served your coffee/tea and an assorted tray of breakfast items. It was an adequate amount for breakfast, but don't expect any bacon. :)

Eagle Beach, which is beautiful, is right across a typically quiet street that is easy and safe to cross. The location is great, as it is along a quiet stretch that extends south to the city and north to the high-rise hotel district. There are a variety of restaurants within a short walk of the property. The room we had is on the small side, but fine for two people to share. The pool is tiny, but with the ocean beach so close, it did not matter. Breakfast was included and was enjoyable and a good start to the day. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

There could be more shelves or drawers in the room, but otherwise everything was great.

Location and European breakfast. The beach across the street has been rated the third best beach in the world. Boutique hotel with only nineteen rooms. Price per location.

Very small pool. For us this was not a big issue as the beach was across the street and palapas were always available. Room was small and property is a bit dated.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was only a few steps from the beach, you can literally see the ocean from your room if your on the top level. MVC was also super quiet and so quaint. The breakfast was perfect! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who goes to Aruba!
