What I like the most is the free breakfast. There are many choices and its not only typical hot continental breakfast. The staff is very attentive and can even serve your breakfast, also their area is very spacious because its a restaurant and lounge.

My main concern is the cleanliness. The toilet bowl wasn’t clean properly especially on the rim area where dirt are obviously stayed on there. Also the fitted sheet on the bed has stained which probably didn’t dare to change because it was on the bottom and can be hidden.

The breakfast selection was good, in a pub style restaurant. Location was in an old outdated area of the city but so close to the number one highway and in such a small city that I couldn’t dock points. The kids had a great time at the pool area and the waterslide was fun. The bathroom in the room had been totally updated and the price was fantastic. The room was clean. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. There was an a&w location right beside the hotel for food alternatives.

Parking is limited close to the hotel gates but did not really hinder our stay, the room wasn’t totally finished from the Reno’s they are doing but at least they are trying to improve a location that was a former popular travelodge that could have run down.

We were very surprised with the Breakfast. It was a very tasty breakfast. A choice of hot breakfast . Nice cut fresh fruit. Cereal. Shame the other hotels have to have self-serve contential . This was value .

Just don't judge a book on it cover. This is an older hotel. Tired on the outside. For the price it was comfortable and clean.. and the cafe priced breakfast . Excellent when travelling.

It was not bad, and there were not many choices, but it was enough for the price, the staff's alertness, and friendliness. It was a good experience and very accommodating.

Door rooms, I could say, need repairs, and due to the age of the building, I could tell they will need painting. This place is promising location-wise, and with affordability and worker quality, I could say it is already a perfect focus on building improvement.

I have stayed here many times over the years… the facilities and rooms have been updated renovated to be very modern nice and classy . Very good job. I will stay again and recommend it.

The parking lot was very icy, I was on crutches due to a hip injury.. they did sand the driving area but not the parking area the second day of my visit but to get from my car to the sidewalk was still very slippery.

Check in was great and the staff were very friendly. I went to the restaurant to get some cream for my coffee in our room and they were very friendly and accomodating.

The sheets on the bed were too short and kept slipping off. The people in the room next door talked until all hours of the night. They tried a couple of times to quiet down when we knocked on the adjoining door.

Not able to comment on the breakfast as I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The room was obviously renovated and renovated well. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and exceeded my expectations. The other hotel facilities, like the water-park, lounge and dining facilities were much better than I have experienced elsewhere.

The free breakfast was 10/10 staff is super accommodating and the water slide/pool was 10/10 for the kids. Maintenance guy was super helpful everytime he noticed us swimming he would turn on the slide. Female cashier was a total sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay, thank you

Weather stripping on doors. A lot of heat loss

The included breakfast was exceptional! Neha and the cypress culinary college served up one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had. The pool area was a great bonus after a long ride. I was sorry I wasn’t staying longer.

The rooms were clean but the decor was aged. The reception area was excellent, remodeled clean and shiny.

We first were put in a room on the 6th floor but the TV didn't work and the room smelled kind of funny kind of moldy smell but I asked for another room and they gave us a room on the main floor with a bigger TV that worked and the room was wonderful

We enjoyed swimming in the pool but noticed that it could be cleaned a lot better there was build up from the filters coming out and the lining of the pool was not great they definitely need to update the lining of the pool and getting in a little better order
