Very friendly staff. They kindly answered each question thoroughly despite I had numerous (such as traffic rules of Alberta) The room was so clean and the bed was very cozy. And the air-conditioning system was easy to control. The location has everything near the hotel. Walmart, Sobey's Liquor, Dollar Tree, cafes and restaurants etc in walking distance. The gym quality was very good. Every equipments were clean and nothing was rusty.

I was very satisfied with the stay, but if I had to pick one.. It would be nicer if there was an equipment for pull-ups(chin-ups) in the fitness room. But not a big problem. It was still good 😀 You can ignore it 😄

The room was clean and the staff were lovely. The elevator had plenty of room and was always fast.

The whole hotel was unpleasantly warm - corridors, lobby, elevator etc. We had to use the aircon in the room, which turned the hot room into a freezing one. The door to the rear parking lot didn’t open with the room key all 3 days. No peanut butter at breakfast for 2 days. The mini fridge was tiny!

This is a new property. Breakfast area was nicely set up for seating. Many choices to accommodate various tastes. Loved the Swimming pool and that parking was near room and available. We came to Medicine Hat to celebrate my husband and my birthdays. The Staff presented us with a beautiful Snack basket. We were so surprised!! Thank you for the thoughtful gift!

The fridge in our first room did not work but we were quickly moved (with the help of staff) to another suitable room.

Great king room with lots of space. Right by the elevator and ice machine but still very quiet - great design! Note - with a few small Renos I bet this room could easily be made fully accessible. As my spouse has a mobility challenge I am increasingly aware of the need for more fully and semi accessible rooms

Pool, slide, hot tub, beds and the gluten free options at breakfast.

The lady at the front desk. Even though she was very pleasant she couldn't find my reservation. It was just a little frustrating. She was very kind and asked for help.

Hotel has great access on main roads, restaurants and grocery stores. Huge parking. Good lobby. Great spacious and clean room. Beds and linens are comfy.

Beds creak,not properly fitted on the frames. Noisy room, you can hear all the noises on other room from side walls to ceiling. Ugh.

Staff was great, room was great and breakfast was great, waterskied and pool area were pretty decent

The pool area was pretty chilly including the water, we did put in a complaint and they said they had quite a few of those and had already told management

The breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. The jacuzzi tub was nice and big.

I wish there were instructions on the jacuzzi. It took forever to figure out how to close the drain. I didn't like the change in what my invoice stated compared to the charge on my credit card. My invoice stated $170 and I was charged $250.

Clean. Big rooms. Good beds.

The front entrance & hallways were an OVEN!!! The thermostat said the temperature at the front desk was 29C !!!!! Put the AC on at front desk & main floor hallway.

The property is in a great location. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff are always awesome.

On weekends it is very noisy with groups coming in for sports events
