Room size, breakfast quality, text alerts prior and post stay.

Was shocked and dismayed to see the QR code regarding tips to housekeeping. Not cool at all. This smacks of tracking tips and I completely disagree with this. I would track down housekeeping in the hall and pass along a tip rather than participating in this trace and track process. VERY discouraging! More towels in room would have been better.

The hotel is located in a quiet location with lots of parking. The breakfast in the hotel was really good, and there's also an on-site Denny's and bar. The pool and waterslide were really good, and the check-in/check-out was really quick. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

The hot tub was out of order during our stay (no big deal). The location is quiet, but there isn't much around the immediate location (there's a car dealership next door, that's about it).

Room size, cleanliness,large bathroom, amenities top all others in Medicine Hat, in my opinion.

Claims 24 hour food service however both dates we stayed, our call for food was ignored 50% of the time. The Busser took the wrong luggage to our room and the shower takes 15+ minutes to get hot.

Excellent breakfast except for the powdered eggs. In fairness there was a chef available to cook up special requests.

The internet service was down for most/all of the evening and it is amazing how inconvenient that is.

They have the "carts" right as you enter so you can wheel all your overnight things to your room rather than carry it all. The included breakfast is awesome and they will even make you an omlette.

Our kids absolutely loved the pool/hot tub and water slide! Staff are so friendly. Breakfast was great. Lovely new building.

It could have been a 10/10 but unfortunately scoring it an 8/10 as we found quite a lot of hairs in the beds and pillows. The pool side could have been much cleaner too. Hairs all over the floors which isn’t pleasant getting in and out of the pool. Apart from that the stay was excellent.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful when I checked in. Breakfast was excellent and included an omelette station.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Newer & clean. Amazing breakfast included.

On 2nd floor, could hear water running from rooms above til past midnight.
