Rooms changed every 2 days but wasn't hoovered. Asked reception to hoover and sent someone to complete. Didn't clean work top areas in room. Didn't take additional rubbish left next to bins. So placed them ourselves in a cleaners bin the next day. Bacon only once a week. Could be twice. No chocolate spread available for pancakes at breakfast No apples available for breakfast Reception staff very polite always said good morning when you came down from rooms. Fantastic bar across the carpark from holiday

Everything was fantastic, from the cookies at the front desk, fresh baked goodies at the continental breakfast, the cute scavenger hunt, the clean pool and functioning waterslide & hot tub, stocked with more than enough towels even during peak hours and busy times. The sometimes "finicky" instant pancake maker was very much made up for with the prompt attention from multiple staff members. Everyone was so happy to help, and provided EXCEPTIONAL hospitality to myself and my family.

The whole experience was great. I was able to do a pre-check in so when we arrived they just handed us our key and filled us in on the facilities and where our room was. The breakfast was one of the best “free” hotel breakfasts we have had. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so amazing I would love to have them at home. The staff were super friendly and you even get a complimentary homemade cookie should you wish to sample a little sweet treat. This hotel has certainly become a repeat for any travel to Medicine Hat.

Very reasonable price . Property and rooms very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and include mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is feee coffee available in the lobby . The breakfast was included and was one of the best of these types of breakfasts that I’ve had .

There is only one elevator and it’s slow. I would prefer individually amenities in the bathroom instead of multi use shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

Good pool for kids and fun waterslide, bed sheets were soft and cozy, soaps were nice smelling and robes soft. The staff was a real highlight, very very accommodating, professional and seemed to genuinely care

The breakfast is pretty limited and not a lot of healthy or not pre-packaged items. Only had apples in pretty rough shape for fruit - even some basic bananas and oranges would have been appreciated! Also not great value for money - it was a good stay for sure but the price was also higher then we usually pay for similar

Great staff, lovely and clean rooms, pool is a great size for our two little ones(5&7). First day breakfast was not great everything was overcooked and coffee was weak. Second day breakfast was fantastic. Overall love the location and space works great for our family.

Breakfast the first day sausage patties, hash browns were over cooked. Eggs had meat and veggies in them which were also overcooked. Second day breakfast was great and cooked perfectly.

The property itself was great. However, Booking.com had the room listed as a “2 bedroom king suite with pull out sofa” when, in fact, it was a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa. The second “room” as listed by booking.com was actually the common living area. This was incredibly misleading for our family and, thankfully, the hotel staff were just as annoyed as I was and bent over backwards to help us as 2 bedroom king suites don’t actually exist at this property.

Easy to find and lots of parking. The staff were fantastic. My daughter enjoyed the scavenger hunt and the prizes. It was great to walk in the room and find we were guest of the day. Loved having the corner room. Loved the natural light from 2 windows.

The elevator sounds were unnerving. They squeaked, made grinding and loud noises. Missing bacon at breakfast. Lol

Good location, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious for our family of 5.

The bed was not the most comfortable but still better than quite a few places we’ve stayed. When we arrived for check in there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait a few minutes before anyone arrived, a few other people were also waiting to check in. It would have been nice to have more seating at the pool.

Rooms were good size for family of four. Nice touch having the two stools in addition to work chair in the room—made it possible to dine in room. Good shower pressure. Lots of lights. Everything worked as it should. Decent selection of teas. Eggs were actually fluffy and not wet! Kids liked the pancakes.

Decaf was available in room but not at breakfast bar. Decaf was instant. Breakfast room was pretty warm.
