Pretty much everything!!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled fresh and clean. The pool was gently heated and clean. The breakfast had a little bit of everything one could want. An easy drive to downtown. There were also a lot of extra services we did not use, but were included like a small workout room with a watercooler, a mini shop to buy snacks, an Indian restaurant on site, and laundry facilities available for guests.

If I HAD to pick, the only one thing is that they were missing a few utensils in the kitchenette in our room... Missing two forks and no pots and pans to use on the flat top. I'm sure if I asked the front desk they would have provided them but I never bothered to ask.

The breakfast had a great variety and selection. Item were cooked throughly sausage wasn't dry eggs weren't rubbery, toast wasn't burnt. Need lids for cups.

Handicap parking not available. Too many vehicles at front entrance that made registration impossible. Parked North edge of lot and walk senior and dog into back door. Excessive company vehicle with trailers parked around back entrance.

Breakfast was as expected given its complimentary. Room was updated and clean, bed was comfortable. Rana at the front desk was great, friendly and personable. Recommended a restaurant and called me after checkout to let me know that I had forgotten my IPad. Not all hotels would have done this. greatly appreciated!!

THe room was really comfortable and clean, with nice wooden furniture. I even used the chest drawer, which I normally do not use, because it was clean and with a good, fresh smell.

Breakfast has limited choice, but there is also cooked food (eggs and potatoes) and the quality of the food is good. However, the room is without windows and somehow "depressing".

Beautiful pool. Very nice Indian restaurant with very reasonable prices. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast and coffee. Very comfortable beds.

We felt a bit rushed to finish up breakfast by 9. Other places keep their breakfast rooms open until 10.

Free washing machines and dryers! You can get small packs of soap at the Shell station across the street if you don't have your own. This would be a terrific place to stay for young families with kids or campers needing a civilization day before heading back into the bush. No reason to complain about the hockey puck they call a "breakfast sandwich" because the hotel rate is so good. With the money you save, go out for Eggs Benedict.

The walls are thin between rooms. But I'm sure the neighbours found my snoring to be soothing. The hotel should stock soap for the washing machines; they only had fabric softener sheets when I stayed there.

Location secure - had a bike in my car desk staff allowed parking within site of my car for security - very appreciated and hotel location for security was why I stayed there on my return trip with my bike. Great breaky! Front desk staff had me in a King room on my return trip even tho I booked a queen - thoughtful - I had mentioned in my comments after my first stay I’d booked a King my first stay but got a double so great they made up for it on my return trip

Not much - I was aware of ongoing Reno’s so no expectations A very economical place in a great location with excellent staff service and good hot breaky included

I asked for a room close to the front for my mom as she cannot walk well and was given second room in at a bit of a upgrade at no cost to me. They were very good at assisting me with everything i needed to make the weekend great and make it easy to care for her needs.

Clean, comfortable, safe

The decor is outdated and it was difficult to find the entrance. Wanted to do laundry but they do not have change at the desk, nor do they have a change machine.

The Breakfast was average. The rooms were exceptionally clean, as well as other areas of the Hotel. The Gentleman behind the Front desk was superb. Very congenial, and extremely helpful. Room was very quiet!! Loved it ! We will stay there again.

The Breakfast room was so full there wasn't a place to sit down to eat. I had to eat in the Foyer.
