Room was great -lots of room to move around. Only thing was you could not pull the curtains shut at night. More than satisfied with it otherwise. It was also very clean which is nice to see and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great as it was not too much. Lots of folks just like a "snack" for breakfast and yours fit the bill. The other thing is that it has easy access to the main highway and was very easy to find.

Room we had was huge. Clean and comfortable. The price was excellent.

Location seemed a bit sketchy but good for restaurants around. Even though the breakfast went until 9 most of the food was gone by 7:45

This hotel is NOT the most modern or best equipped. BUT THE STAFF ARE GREAT! They were so nice and helpful I can't say enough about them. Initially I was given a room with faulty A/C and they got me a big fan, then moved me into a perfect room. They stored stuff in the cafe kitchen freezer for me. They gave me driving directions. Plus the breakfast was healthy and substantial.

Location on the Trans Canada is perfect. The room has a fridge and microwave..

The bathroom was very tight. The shower taps are old and were difficult to set for the shower. Not all the lights work or work properly.

I love my room it is perfect size with a nice kitchenette. The bed is so comfortable.

Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.

My second morning, the hot items were either not what I was interested in or not available (waffle batter had "not been delivered" hence no waffles possible). Also, I found the TV control very difficult to use (could not get "on demand" selections and finding and using Live TV was very challenging).

The friendliness of the staff were very friendly and caring! They have answered questions as best as they can, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were super comfy!! Kudos to the manager for the job that he does, he went above and beyond to reach customers expectations. If we needed something, he was there to help. - The young girl at the front desk, handled a situation with another customer that was ahead of us, very well. She was very calm, patient, and spend her time accordingly trying to help the gentleman in front of us to try and find his room.

The pool/hot tub being closed due to Covid 19. Morning breakfast did not have a lot of selection to choose from - My girlfriend and I were both looking forward to the waffles. The bathroom tap for the shower was loose.

Other than the main entry, the exit and entry doors were different. Most expensive pet fee on our trip, even in the same chain of hotels

Price was really good and the room itself was nice. Breakfast staff was friendly

I had to give it a lower rating because of a few issues, one quite serious: - fire code violations- some fire doors would not close properly, some were blocked open. - safety code violations: a bunch of weird level changes create areas without proper landings and steeply ramped floors that lacked proper railings and were hard to see because they were disguised by the continuous carpet. - bathroom had poorly draining toilet, commercial locking tp holder was open and missing roll, cramped layout - dated decor in hallway

The room was very large.

Slight smell of cigarette smoke, probably from people smoking outside (ground floor).
