WOW is the first word that comes to my mind because it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. The property was immaculate from the grounds around the building to the beautiful rooms. The staff were all so friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The gym and pool top notch. It was also extremely clean. There is also a restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. It is pet friendly as well and the front desk has water out for the dogs and treats too!This is definitely a five star hotel and then some! A quick mention for the Housekeeper Tanya and the front desk lady Tracy. Wonderful people that take pride in their job. Also the hotel manager walks the property perimeter every morning. First class all the way!

There was not one thing I didn’t like.

Check in was a breeze. Bottled water, fruit, cookie----very impressive especially the water!! Elevators working well. Pillows on the bed were excellent. Blinds on the windows clean and worked easily. Air conditioning quiet. Fluffy towels. Easy chair in the room especially lovely for a senior as sitting on a desk chair or on the bed to watch TV is very difficult. Room large. Carpet clean!!

Was shocked and dismayed to see the QR code regarding tips to housekeeping. Not cool at all. This smacks of tracking tips and I completely disagree with this. I would track down housekeeping in the hall and pass along a tip rather than participating in this trace and track process. VERY discouraging! More towels in room would have been better.

The facility was wonderful! Rooms were spacious and clean, pool area was clean and great. We checked in and the hotel was putting on a complimentary supper for all the guests! Pulled pork on a bun, coleslaw, different salads, chili, a few types of desserts, and drinks! It was an awesome surprise and much appreciated! Complimentary water bottles were given throughout our stay as well.

The hotel is located in a quiet location with lots of parking. The breakfast in the hotel was really good, and there's also an on-site Denny's and bar. The pool and waterslide were really good, and the check-in/check-out was really quick. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

The hot tub was out of order during our stay (no big deal). The location is quiet, but there isn't much around the immediate location (there's a car dealership next door, that's about it).

Room size, cleanliness,large bathroom, amenities top all others in Medicine Hat, in my opinion.

Claims 24 hour food service however both dates we stayed, our call for food was ignored 50% of the time. The Busser took the wrong luggage to our room and the shower takes 15+ minutes to get hot.

Great room with two TV's which came in handy for sporting events that were on. Parking lot was well designed with plenty of spaces to park so you were not worried about door dings. Great breakfast and staff.

Great breakfast with many options including fresh made omelets. Comfortable room with lots of space. Didn’t like the bathroom auto lighting. It was very close to where we needed to be. And close to good dining options as well. Tray browns social club.

Absolutely loved the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent beds and finally, a ventilation system that is quiet and efficient.

Minor quibble: bathroom vanities are very low for tall people and the bathroom sink is very small.

Excellent breakfast except for the powdered eggs. In fairness there was a chef available to cook up special requests.

The internet service was down for most/all of the evening and it is amazing how inconvenient that is.
