Staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. checked if any plain yogurt and checked on the oatmeal for Gluten free alternatives meals. I pick up a To Go Breakfast Bag, for my husband.

After tasting the circular eggs, I stopped. Turkey Sausage was okay and Sugary yogurt. No alternatives for individuals with various allergies. It was dull and boring, I was simply disappointed with your breakfast. We drove to Lacombe had a fantastic breakfast! More thought could have gone into the breakfast.

Exceptionally clean, efficient room on the first floor. Great bath products and decent size towels for a change! Wonderful front desk staff! Ease of access to local restaurants.

Breakfast was the typical hotel self-serve stuff. Pancakes were tiny and totally awful in both texture and taste ... and they were cold! The egg choice, whatever it was called, was lumpy, and chewy and also cold. Cranberry juice was out and kitchen staff didn't see to notice or care. Dark roast coffee, also, was empty and I had to get a front desk staff to replenish it. Kitchen people need to make a better effort for their paying customers.

Great spread on the breakfast, and availability of coffee and tea. Size of room was great and clean. Quiet room and comfy bed.

We booked this hotel to use the hot tub and pool. The hot tub looked like it was broken but there was no signage. It was filthy and gross. The pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, there was expired food all over, and so we chose not to use the space. This was disappointing and may not book again.

The room was clean and supplies were good. The bathroom and alley were clean as well. The best part of staying in the hotel was the Great breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were closed as someone polluted the pool. The staff did offer a voucher that could be used at the public rec center as a replacement, but I didn't accept it as it was a hassle for me to go all the way to a public pool with my family. Chilling out in the pool / hot tub is one of the main considerations of the guests especially with kids and family when we book a hotel. Closing the pool all of a sudden is the last thing we want to see. I wish they had some mechanism to clean and reopen it for the convenience of other guests.

The breakfast was great! Bacon was very good, and we loved the topping choices for the waffles. The room was clean, and the staff at the reception desk were very courteous, friendly and welcoming. We liked that the pool was open until midnight. 😊

There were 4 of us, and we only had 3 towels in our room. There was mascara or something black on the shower curtain. The pool was quite cold and the hot tub water looked murky.

Not only was the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful; the breakfast room was large, bright and roomy (not buried and gloomy) but well supplied and attended to. The convenient distance to some nice restaurants and a lovely little park while also not being in a crowded and busy area made it very attractive to us.

Better...just two things...first, the special bathing stool was not in our disability room. Fortunately, we didn't need it but it should be replaced for someone else. Secondly, there should be a second armchair. It was a wonderfully roomy room and there could easily have been space for it. For two people, casual sitting was cramped. The office chair, however nice, does not replace a second armchair.

It was clean and staff friendly. I wouldn't stay here again though as I chose this specific for great reviews and breakfast included. I could off got a bit cheaper hotel still as nice as this one and purchase breakfast separately. Breakfast was very poor. Not even 1 vegetable. Hotel itself is great. Breakfast disappointing.

The guest laundry requires coins which a sign says can be obtained from the front desk. Multiple attempts on different days to break a five dollar bill into change for the machines were unsuccessful, as the staff said they had no change available.

The staff are accommodating and the location is perfect due to my father-in-law living in the long term care facility a block away.

We had hoped to take advantage of the hot tub but it was empty. I would like it if we could have a consistent price every time we stay. Christmas is low time so it is less expensive than other times of the year. Would like it to always be about $130/room every time considering how often we stay there.

Cheque was amazing and is a great ambassador for your hotel! Breakfast was ok, good selection but would like some sugar free options for syrup maybe. Bed was comfy, pillows were a bit too puffy, but I'm picky lol. Love the coffee bar. Overall would definitely stay there again.

I didn't have my credit card and the debit machine wasn't working so that wasn't too convenient to come up with $350.00 cash.
