Location seemed great as far as sketchy drug addicts wandering around goes. There were none. Only 5-10 mins into any place in town you want to go. BPs is in the same parking lot. Gym equipment looked good and upkept and the room was a good size. No complaints about pool or hottub, and it has a nice slide for the kids. Room was well kept too and fairly modernized like the Furnitres and shower. Highly recommend for price. Breakfast area isnt huge and breakfast was pretty standard. Not bad in any way.

The room had a microwave and I liked the shelving behind sliding bathroom mirror as theres never enough counter space in hotel bathrooms. The breakfast was well stocked and great for kids, sufficient for adults. Hot options (eggs, bacon, fresh waffles) as well as the traditional continental. The waterslide was steep and very fast. Too much for my 3 & 4 year old but great for older kids. The pool was 0.9M-1.2M, great for kids, not too cold. Hot tub was great and close to pool.

The hot tub was cleaned on Monday, so it was cold for the day as it was re-filled. The linens were well worn on the bed, a bit balled.

This is my favorite place to stay. We have a dog and they have clean comfortable pet friendly rooms. The staff is always happy to do everything they can to make our stay wonderful. I would have rated everything as excellent, but out of the staffs control when they have tournaments or competition families staying who don't watch their children. Besides that it's wonderful.

Some parents not supervising their young children expecting older children to do it is scary.

Breakfast was really good, the facilities are great (pool, hot tub, computers and printer, parking), the staff was always friendly and helpful, we could even print the plane tickets there.

If I have to say something, you need to drive to get there and also if you want to go to downtown, but in our case we didn't need to go anywhere so it worked perfectly as it is.

The pool was nice for our kids and the breakfast!

I felt the rooms could have been cleaner. I felt the towels and sheets were worn out, wrinkly on the bed and rough so it felt weird to sleep on a bed shared by many other people with old sheets at a hotel. The sheets I have at home are in way better condition.

The staff working at reception were very friendly. The temperature controls in the room worked well and the beds were very comfortable! The fitness centre also had a good variety of machines. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the free coffee and water station that was available outside of breakfast hours.

The floor of my room was a little dirty with chips from a previous guest all around the bed. Breakfast wasn't very sustainable with all disposable plates, cutlery, etc.

The location was excellent. My grandson had his taekwondo tournament at Servus center and the hotel was just few minuted drive. The room was spacious, clean, everything in order. The breakfast was perfect for us especially for small kids. The whole staff was very accommodating and friendly, the pool was clean. Just perfect! Will definitely come back again!

The pool and separate waterslide work great for both of my boys, one being 10 and the other three years old. The staff was also very friendly and helpful for us and got us extra blankets when we needed to make a “fort.” the breakfast was amazing as well and free 

Can’t say anything bad about the property our big window faced a back field, which was great but some people might think that the amenities are too far away yet there’s a Boston Pizza in the same parking lot and the donut mill across the street!

Arrived very late after a road closure for avalanche work on the Hwy The night staffer - Shawn on the desk was brilliant - even changed our room for a place with no neighbours so we could get extra sleep - the morning staff allowed us a late checkout as well even though they were fully booked for the weekend Breakfast had lots of options, and there was constant coffee and water in the foyer throughout the day Nice pool to relax (if there aren’t too many people in there

We’re not fans of single use cheap-o plastic cutlery, we get the convenience factor and all that but it’s sort of trashy to eat like that when your on a trip

Everything was great , beds very comfortable, staff was very helpful

Only issue we had was the hockey team kids , and them throwing a football from hot tub to pool to the slide , kids climbing up the slide the wrong way when other kids were wanting to come down . kids were getting it in the head with the ball, one of the kids at the pool got a nose bleed . my grandson got hit in the head with the ball then got slapped. I did report to the desk and the lady come down right away and spoke with the boys but right after she left they started all over. The ball had hit the window to the gym 3 times , parents from the team were no where to be found and when the did come in they come in with drinks.
