Awesome studio room - nice and clean and spacious which is best I've been to in a long time - amazing room to say the least. I had a concern with my stay, and had shared with the staff at the time of checkout. Unexpectedly, a few days later after I received a phone call from the manager. I was quite impressed with this follow up. It was great that he sincerely listened to my feedback and took everything thing that I mentioned into consideration and promised to address it so that it can be better for future customers. He even went a step beyond and offered a refund on my stay and apologized profusely. This is the first time I've had any establishment reach out to listen to feedback, and genuinely want to make sure that all issues are handled and taken care of. Kudos to the Sandman Hotel management.

Location was great, we were attending an event that was only a 10 minute walk away. Ample parking space, friendly and easy check-in experience. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Had all the amenities we required.

There was no issues with the room, however there are not many outlets for use. The few that are in the room all have lights, TV, A/C, etc. plugged into them. The lamp was very bright which was good, as when we turned on all the light switches, the overhead lights did not turn on. The lamp was good enough so we did not complain about this, but something to note.

Pool. Hut tub. Very comfy bed. Extra pillow and blankets. Lots of towel at the pool, dont have to walk half naked to the office to ask for towels. Staff are super nice. Cleaning lady do an amazing jog

The door was not closin properly. The lock was in the way. The shower head was spilling water out of the shower even with curtains fully close.

The property is maintained well even with all the renovations going on and the room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful as well.

Nothing specific and of course the renovations were an inconvenience, but it's understandable.

They upgraded me from a queen room to a King suite before I got there, so that was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful... The room was way more than I expected it to be.. not in price but in value!

There wasn't much to not like... The only thing that would of been helpful is it the vending machine would have accepted debit as well as cash.

I booked this room for a friend. The day of I went in to pay for the room, I was received by this wonderful and beautiful lady that made the overall experience feel special. The front staff are wonderful. If I could remember what her name was I would give a shout out to her and all the staff at the sandman

Staff during checkin & checkout were excellent. Very friendly & helpful which is a great way to start a visit, as well as having same experience through stay/check-out.

Given the reliance on electronic devices (cell phone, laptop, etc) having more outlets and those being easily accessed to charge the electronics.

There wasn't any breakfast, but a 15% discount for Denny's next door was given. The room was comfortable and spacious. we enjoyed our stay, and the room was good value for the money spent. We would come again.

The location is close to everywhere that we needed to get to; however, the roads around the hotel are a pain to get around. It took a few extra minutes to get anywhere because you had to go one way and then u-turn to get going in the direction you needed to go.

That it was very clean and cozy

That there’s construction at the time we were there and that there was a false fire alarm so it woke us up in the middle of our sleep. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working.

We upgraded to king sized bed. Kitchen and living room . It was an excellent decision in that it allowed us to entertain guests in a more expansive setting . We also like the fact that the hotel adjoins an upscale restaurant
