Super clean, great staff

For 200 plus a night I should get 2 full time beds when I book for 3 people. Also, a keurig coffee system with lots of k cups....not the regular pot with 1 pkg decaf and 1 regular with barely no sugar or cream packs. Those have to be available for those of us who don't want to make a full pot of coffee.. the bathroom is right beside the main bed but our 3rd adult had to basically blind us when they went to use the bathroom. Poor layout and don't sell that as a suite for 3 adults.

The TV in the main part of our suite was not fully hooked - could not use it. The lamp stand in the bedroom was not working, couldn't use it. The phone in the front room on the table was not hooked up. I could not open the hide-a-bed. Had to call front desk to come & pull it fully open. Please note I have a hide-a-bed in my home so I am aware of how it works. Perhaps there is a way to adjust the spring?

Booking.com had a slightly different description of the room we received under the room description. E.g. "Private toilet" so it seemed as though there was a full bathroom and another toilet. Also stated "tumble dryer" under room description which we obviously did not have.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet, great location

There isn’t anything we didn’t like, maybe a few suggestions (maybe some hooks for towels, clothes at pool as the water sits on the decks w little place to put your things when chairs are taken).

I liked the fact you had something for everybody. I was still somewhat fill from dinner the previous night so didn’t have much, unfortunately.

The light flashing in the smoke detector was a little distracting at night but not too bad.

We were visiting family so having the extra space in the king suite was perfect. Also the breakfast was good and I appreciated the Gluten Free options were available.

Clean room, quite area good breakfast! They had social hours from Monday to Wednesday. Great idea.That's was apetasire and drink free! I really like it.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Well appointed and clean room.

Ground level room was not ideal but all they had left, not a big concern.

The hotel was an awesome room it had an awesome staff that booked us in, breakfast was good n plentiful.

Didn't find anything to dislike

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was really good! And we loved that we were given a late check out.
