Great spot , accommodating staff very comfortable in the room only beef was when i tried too book on the link given to me by a relative for a family function, link wouldn’t work and when i called the hotel was told i couldn’t get that price as it was an online offer ( frustrating) also the breakfast was continually out of basic items like fruit , yogart still ok but not having the choice could improve in that area otherwise a good hotel would stay here again

Room was fantastic.

When I came to the desk to check in the front desk attendant, may have been a manager or something because she was instructing, apparently, a new guy in front of me(not acknowledging me until she was done) she was nice enough, but you school the new guy after you’ve checked in a customer. As a former GM of Laquinta that is something you never fail to do. Never keep a customer waiting while your training. it does not teach the new people to do the job right.

Pool and hot tub were great. Continental breakfast was good with a good selection. Free coffee being available all day/night was a bonus. Room was very comfortable.

Heat was set way too high (24 cel). Tried to set it at 18 cel but default kept changing it back to 24 cel.. Took us a couple of days to figure out to turn the heat off at the wall thermostat which brought the temp down to a more comfortable 20 cel.

Excellent breakfast. Breakfast staff did an excellent job keeping the food trays filled and food area exceptionally clean. The staff also quickly cleaned tables in eating area. Coffee pots were kept full and hot. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Very efficient during check in and check out. Responded quickly if asked any questions. If they did not know the answer to a question quickly found someone who could. There was a minor soccer tourney the weekend we stayed in the hotel. Every room booked. Room cleaning was well done. Room’s extremely clean. Breakfast and front desk staff handled high volume of guests extremely well.

I cannot think of anything I could point out. Staff are well trained. Even brand new staff were up to speed quickly. Management deserves recognition for this.

Great location! Modern furnitures,fixtures and amenities. We had a comfortable stay. Room is clean and well kept.

Bed frame is not well built, it creaks. Walls are thin, you can hear noises outside and ceiling from other rooms. Outdated hallway carpets. Looks dirty even after they vacuum it.

The hotel was located very close to the hockey rink where our daughter had goalie school. The dining room was integrated into the lobby and available for use at all times. The breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback was that only one of the elevators was in service for the majority of our stay and the pool was small. So many kids were swimming.

Decorating, cleanliness, and breakfast was great.

Front desk staff was not helpful at checkin. Stated booking was at wrong hotel even though had confirmation number. Had been booked for my elderly parents by myself. They were very upset and thought they didn’t have a room. I needed to call front desk to review confirmation number and booking. The room had been booked.

It was a good overall experience. The food was amazing for breakfast for the family.

The only issue was that the room had a bad oder in the carpet and they could. Not put us in a different room because it was fully booked.

Breakfast was great. I asked for a quiet room but ended up on the parking lot side of hotel. The hotel could not change rooms Room location was poor for me , it was hard to sleep when people start up their trucks and idle them for an hour

It seemed new, clean, well cared for and well appointed. The location was perfect for me. It had a great breakfast.

I liked everything about it. Just wish my stay there could have been longer. Oh I guess there is one thing. I found the lighting rather dim in the bathroom for applying makeup. Some hotels have makeup mirrors attached to the walls also which are very nice.
