Quiet Room, desk clerks were very good. The lady working the breakfast room was happy and friendly.

Unlike so many other hotels which have a USB plug-in on a lamp in the room, this room did not have one available at all, and I had forgotten the plug-in for my lightning cord at home so I was unable to charge my phone and it was very dead. We got in late so I was not able to run and purchase one. There was a stain on the carpet in room 410 and an empty whiskey bottle in the cabinet under the TV. Perhaps the patron before had made the suspicious stain. I’m not sure why housekeeping had missed it and the empty liquor bottle. I reported it to the desk as we left in the morning as we did not want to be blamed for anything.

Great location, clean and quiet. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is better than any other hotel with a continental. We actually ate breakfast all three days.

The bed was uncomfortable and the handle on the toilet was odd, as if it was on the verge of not working. The tub plug also wasn't sealed so it would drain while using it.

We found the staff to be very friendly. Everyone told my daughters how beautiful they looked as they were heading off to their graduation. The free breakfast is always a win when traveling with kids. They were all able to eat before heading off to a busy day of graduation

Breakfast service was great, staff friendly. Traveling with a puppy and everything was convenient.

Was charged an additional $15 per night fee, even though I had reserved for the pet when confirming price with Booking. Com.

Great location to getting around for food, and getting back on road next morning. Very clean! The breakfast was wonderful; real plates, cups, silverware! Large selection of food including omelettes!! Staff was courteous and friendly!

Great spot to get around in Spruce and to Edmonton. Clean rooms and good variety of room choices.

When we arrived there was a mixup and the room but they got it sorted quickly and were very apologetic

We have stayed before for family functions and it is central, always clean and welcoming and the breakfast is excellent.

Nothing ...it is consistently good on all levels ... we were transported to Edmonton for the concert from a venue 5 minutes away ... could not have been better!! 💥

The location worked very well for us as family is close by.

The hot part of the breakfast was not stellar but overall okay. Our key cards expired each day of a three day stay so it was a little inconvenience to have to go back down to have them reactivated.

The pancake station was unique. The staff who looked after the breakfast station where exeptional.

The breakfast was fine but it was the same everyday. Scrambled or fried eggs would have been a nice change instead of omelete or boiled eggs, also baked beans or tomatoes could be added.

It’s our go to hotel every time in SG. Great location. Everything you need within a few blocks. Love the staff. Missed our usual best staff member this time. Cheryl I believe. Awesome the standard she keeps in the breakfast room
