Staff were friendly, professional, accommodating! Facilities were very clean! Lots of extras appreciated- snack & drink offered at check in, bath anti skid mat in each bathroom, Tea and Coffee pods, very comfortable pillow top mattresses and sheets, modern updates, microwave and fridge in each unit, 2 suitcase holders and the breakfast included was the best spread I have seen! 4 hot breakfast entrees with cereals, pastries, breads and fruit!

I could hear the people stepping upstairs late at night 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. I always wear ear plugs but it still came through and late showers.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was very well located just off the trans Canada highway. Very easy to get to. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel in years. Even had an outdoor sitting area where you can eat your breakfast. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was the pool was under maintenance in our building, but that is a minor inconvenience, as there was another pool in the main building

When I booked a room, I asked for room next to the pool and on the first floor. Staff told me they were reserved for pet friendly guests... which was fine. They said I'd still be on the first floor still but in the next building. So we traveled across the parking lot to pool in towel only to find out there was also a 2nd pool in other buildings, haha I just wish staff would have told me when I booked. I would have gone swimming every night then. PS The pool is way bigger than the main building 😀

Slept Super well - a great way to start a trip to the airport. Had an earlier flight and didn't want to drive down in the snow at 5am, and now I don't start the trip home for the holidays tired. Nice place to stay literally 10mins max to Abbotsford airport. There's a Ricky's in the parking lot of the hotel for a good convenient evening meal as well. Breakfast was really good, so with the airlines cheeping out on inflight food I still arrived with a full belly!! Nice friendly staff as well.

It was really good all around - no complaints at all.

The beds are super comfy, I love a plush bed and there were lots of pillows. Decently sound proof room, I am a light sleeper so that is important. Ac worked well. Breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I docked a point for was we were in the second building and the pool there is under construction. My dad is partially paralyzed and had a long walk to figure that out, so would have been nice to either have been told this at check in or there be a sign up.

The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel was well insulated walls as one of our rooms was next door to the breakfast room. Which was concerning when getting to our room but found in the morning we hear nothing from the busy breakfast room. The hotel is right off the main highway but we could not hear the traffic.

Pillows were flat, the "pull out" couch in our room was a small suede futon that was not even a double size, and very low to the floor. Although the walls were insulated well we could hear the upstairs very clearly all night long.

Very conveniently located hotel tor us. Arrived Vancouver airport 7pm, arrived 9pm - over night stop before onward journey on our first Canadian road trip (towards Banff). Hotel much cheaper than for example we stayed in Vancouver. Room very comfortable, spa bath in bedroom (lovely) separate bathroom and shower. Breakfast plentiful, varied filling. Staff very polite and helpful. Small indoor (slash) pool and jacuzzi and a separate fitness room we didn’t use - but the jacuzzi would be fabulous after a long walk etc. Felt uncomfortable only staying the one night, as the hotel was a means to an end for us yet deserved more from us (I know what I mean!!). Planning on a staying again next year August/September - and with some research hope to stay here for more than one night, and not just an over nighter!

Pool was warm, jacuzzi was decently hot, (jets were mediocre) nice change rooms and shower were clean. The breakfast room was very clean, friendly staff, with LOTS of selection, hot food was decent, a little dry but way better than a continental, and the reason I have stayed at this hotel before and why I booked again this time.

I booked online and then wanted to come a day early and they wouldn't match the booking special price but it wasn't too much more so it was okay.

Hotel was easy to access from freeway, close to downtown, visible. Ample parking near the entry area, well lit, clear of snow. Property felt safe to move about, the building was secure at all times.

Having to register in one building than walk across to the actual building where the room was, is difficult as one would pull up to the lobby, step out registar, then park. This property doesn't have a drive around lane and if you have a larger vehicle you are forced to conduct a multi point turn at the rear of the primary building with lobby then park across the lot at the building where you room is. Only one of the rooms of many I have used at this location had some issues with bathtub hot cold identification and there was always running water that could be heard from the room above. (possibly a faulty toilet)

The location was amazing. Right near a main road for access to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a restaurant on the same lot which was nice and easy if you don't want to go far. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and enjoyable.

We were booked a night and requested a last minute extra night which we were then charged almost double the price of the first room. The location of the breakfast room is located in a different building. Staff were mostly lovely but always seemed distracted and on personal cell phones.
