Bed was comfy, I liked the lil fridge and coffee. The cleaners were great, even made my bed the day I forgot

The rooms were not very sound proof so it was quite noisy at times. I could hear the ppl next to me talking, it was annoying Wifi sucked, constantly had to reconnect while in the room. Couldn't get Netflix or streaming apps to work on the TV, or my tablet. It was old, and a little too pricey for what you get. The AC unit was spotty, it turned off a lot

Location was great for everything we needed to do while visiting the lower mainland. Convenient access, easy to locate.

The only issue we had was the Keurig coffee maker had a used pod in it when we went to make coffee on our first morning. We made sure we emptied it on our last morning. Staff needs to check these things. Everything else seemed clean.

I do not like the unreasonably very high hotel prices in Vancouver. Having said that, relatively speaking, the room size and the overall floor plan were good here, but the floor felt a bit sticky. So we had to request the front desk for some mop cleaning; the girl at the front desk was responsive and acted on the room cleaning request.

I loved how the rooms were updated and the front staff was very friendly .. close to everything we needed !! Prime location. The pool and hot tub we got to enjoy all to ourselves!

The bath tubs looks kind of grimy, the black caulking etc. But it’s just older and didn’t change anything about our stay.

Great value! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff! Hotel is a bit older but had all we needed. Room was spacious. Will stay again!

It was a little noisy as our room was by the ice machine and there were workers talking loudly in the parking lot in the morning. Otherwise good!

rooms were spacious and it’s close to all amenities. housekeepers we’re wonderful and always restocked our.room with the Kerug coffees . we loved them . very updated and renovated room we had so that was nice . front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. beds weee clean and spacious . overall a great stay . oh also a Chinese restaurant on site that will do room service if required which is a bonus too .

Resturant on site should offer more Canadian dishes too .

It would be nice if they offered a continental breakfast instead of having to drive for 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant when I stay in a hotel Cotton breakfast is always a must I drive a truck in a trailer very inconvenienced having to drive it and park in a Denny's parking lot just a fact of no breakfast

The floor is could when I have to drive a truck and trailer to go get my breakfast

The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever experienced. I wanted to stay in there for an hour, I didn't, don't worry. Facilities are always clean, and staff was super friendly. This was my second stay at this location.

clean, quiet. all that I asked for.

- the TV was hard to figure out; I couldn't figure out how to navigate to the programs that I wanted to watch. - bathtub was slippery when wet. Needs either a rubber bath mat or the white stick-on strips. - bathtub drain slow to empty.

The location is with easy access and quiet as well

We have to push and pull the bedroom hard to close and open .Couch looks old.
