The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The continental breakfast was a wonderful bonus and even had a staff member there to help make waffles and ensure that when a food item ran low, it was replaced with fresh options. The attention and detail to our stay was almost like we were treated like family. As my family sat and ate breakfast, the owner of hotel went around and greeted all the guests there as well as offered to assist with any additional requests with our stay. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends. The swimming pool was also a great place for the kids to unwind after a long road trip and unlike many other hotels we've stayed at, the pool was stocked with towels so we didn't have to waste time going to the front desk asking for the obvious. No details were missed by this wonderful hotel and it's staff!

the room was good, it was comfortable and relaxing. A/C in the room worked but was noisy and seemed a bit old. The breakfast was alright, there wasn't much there. Just odds and ends. I liked when they had a full breakfast place better.

quieter air conditioning, newer coffee maker, a better shower head since the one in there was on its last legs. A newer tv in the room would of been great since the tv in there was pretty old, but it worked well enough

Very great price for what you get, exceptional value. Comfortable room of a great size. Nice little exercise area to do a little workout, and ideally located: the rooms are quiet but you're just minutes off the highway.

Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from a continental breakfast. So it certainly wasn't disappointing from that point of view. For someone with a gluten allergy, however, there is no substantive options (I didn't expect any, but it could have made the stay exceptional).

Excellent room and value for the money. Highly recommend staying here. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms had carpeting not tile like others. The restaurant that is on the property serves fantastic teriyaki beef & chicken with noodles and soup. Excellent value for your money there, as well.

Great spacious rooms. Good location.Nice swimming pool. And the breakfast was good too.

We are Deaf and the closed captioning on the TV was deactivated. I went to the front desk clerk and explained that all TV's must have CC. He came and finally got it to work. Also the toilet stopped working during the night.

The inside of the common areas and our room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast omelette with cheese was tasty and along with some whole wheat toast and yogurt we were set for the next part of our trip. Every staff member had a smile and the lady in the kitchen was always busy and had a smile for everyone.

Some repairs need to be taken care of. Out room was clean ava nice but door was broken in thT front of gated units so less security. Also ice machine was broken

Breakfast was good, muffins fabulous, breakfast with lots of variety. Staff excellent. Quiet. Hospitable. I really liked the arrangement of buildings, it is different, not like all motels. Colourful and inviting.

Probably the interior could use updating, lighter colours.

Convenience to highway but enough distance to be quiet. Breakfast was good.. The Dove toiletry products are appreciated as they are not so harsh as other commercial products at so many hotels.

The furniture (patched up chair in room) should be replaced .

Excellent value family appt for four adults- good kitchen and seating at a table. Separate double bedroom. Queen and big sofa bed in living room / kitchen area. Separate bathroom with good deep bath and shower over it.

For the price excellent value however it is old and tired. But CLEAN!! Fussier guests will complain but we thought was great. It was quiet and there was ample parking. We didn’t use indoor pool. Or eat breakfast as finished at 9.30am and we needed a lie in after a long drive.
