The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The night tables were great - especially the wireless charging alarm clock. The tv and tv selection was much appreciated. The mini kitchenette was stocked, clean, and operational. The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

The spa jets were not working properly and was not hot enough; it was the temperature of a warm bath. The pool area did not have any sort of locker or cubby arrangement for belongings to be stored. The conference rooms underneath the on-site restaurant seem poorly planned. The music from an event down below had the restaurant floor rattling and made it very difficult to converse. The restaurant food was only fine for the amount they charge. Processed chicken breasts for a $26 meal? Meh.

We were very fortunate to have received a free upgrade to the new section of this lovely hotel. The room was very large and extremely clean, beautiful view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. The ladies working there were very sweet and the selection of food was great... scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, french toast and all of the other usual breakfast items. Very impressed.

Only complaint I have is the chair in the room to sit on was rock hard and very uncomfortable...a room with that much space could have accommodated a small sofa or a more cozy chair. Other than that great room!

Friendly staff, easy parking out front ( but private property), large room, small balcony, writing desk and plenty of power outlets. I found the onsite restaurant reasonable value. Very good small-shops and grocery about 1km away.

Not the property's fault but there had been a banquet / party also at same time and noise in rooms including banging on doors etc. to 3am. Note to ask for a room well away from the Banquet hall side of the building.

The property was easy to find and has a lot of amenities nearby. The pool was clean and not too cold and the hot tub was inviting and not too hot. The room itself was clean and cozy. When I was making my reservation, the staff even advised me of another option to save me money within their hotel. All my requests were answered quickly and politely and completely. The food in the morning was a surprisingly good variety and the kids loved making their own pancakes.

A solid hotel choice with great value for money. The room was clean, and the breakfast was quite good—one of the best I've had at a hotel in Canada. Although I had to drive about an hour to Vancouver, I saved a considerable amount compared to staying at a hotel in the city.

- The room showed some signs of wear, but this was expected given the price. - The breakfast could be improved, as there were no vegetables offered.

Absolutely excellent food was plentiful,fresh good quality and the selection Of food was more than expected. the staff 10 out of 10… tables where kept clean and staff where very efficient with clearing away previous diners. 10 out 10 for everything.

Absolutely no complaints..other than water was not hot enough for showering. Controlled temperatures need to be turned up. Showering was not pleasant as water was Luke warm only.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, there was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the queen room. the breakfast buffet was good with lots to choose from. there were lots of towels and pillows in the room. Everyone from the staff we spoke to were all very nice.

the hot tub wasn't very hot and we couldn't figure out the jets for it. the sauna took a while to heat up.

The breakfast room and the food offered was a nice surprise. Waffles very excellent, better than what Denny's offer. The staff were very friendly and diligent at keeping the food replenished and the room clean. All hotel staff were friendly and right on top of any requests.

Stayed in the old wing. Your toilets need to be upgraded to an adult size. Very low in height and very small in diameter. Not comfortable for tall people. You need to install new ones, and I suggest you get rid of the extended countertop over the back of the toilet and then a higher toilet can be installed.

Beds 🛌 were super comfy! Loved having a fridge and KEURIG coffee maker. Brought my own kcups since I like much stronger 💪 ☕️ coffee! I drink jet fuel ⛽️!!

It worked, room was a good size. Good access to cart park made arrival and departure easy. Swimming pool. Nice breakfast.

Some motor running from time to time overnight, room very badly lit, swimming pool could do with markers, no idea where the end was, some bruises, then off to the leisure center.
