Staff were good, breakfast was great!

As we went to bed we could hear a banging noise, turns out the banging noise was from the bathroom fan ducting. If we ran the bathroom fan the banging noise would stop but the fan itself made a lot of noise as well. since it was 1am we did not want to complain at the front desk and have to pack up our bags to switch rooms. so we toughed it out. BUT in hindsight if this happened again we would ask the front desk staff for a different room. Because our overall sleep was very interupted.

Location was perfect for me ... beside the Shell, an A&W and across the street from Tim Hortons!

It is a "pet friendly" hotel ... so be prepared for that "odour" that goes with the territory. Not unpleasant ... d I got used to it quickly ... but if you are sensitive to such things just be aware. There were no visible signs of the presence of pets and here was nothing "in your face" about being pet friendly.

The man at the front desk was very polite and inviting when my husband and I went in and booked our stay. The room was clean and very bright. Coffee was amazing and so was the breakfast. Pool was open but the hot tub was closed but it’s close to A&W and not far of a drive to the coral centre. Internet worked perfectly and tv had all the channels. Definitely will come back

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were excellent and worked hard. The beds were very comfortable. Issue with TV was dealt with within minutes of our call.

I wasn't too impressed with the two girls in check-in. The night we arrived, we didn't even receive a smile or welcome. The men we met there during our stay were more pleasant. That was our only complaint.

Comfy beds, yummy breakfast, quiet

My son forgot his airport in the room after checkout, and we were hopeful that they would have been turned in after the cleaners were done. Trying to contact the hotel by phone that evening was almost impossible, I kept being put on hold and then it would just hang up. After about 80 minutes of calling, someone finally picked up the phone. Not great front desk service at all.

Hello super 8 I like the area and its away from crowded place but the area of it's is really exceptional perfect and thank you so much and the price for 2 nights were amazingly great. Thanks again

Location and amenities. Staff was very helpful and professional. I would recommend staying to anyone looking for accommodations!

Waffles were tasteless. I tried it and ended up throwing it away, I then opted for toast as my breakfast.

I stayed in the disability room and it was fantastic! The walk-in shower has a bench and several handle bars...loved it! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning and heat worked well.

The carpeting bothered my allergies.

Pool was a nice shallow one for our toddler

Breakfast room wasn't large enough for us to be able to eat there, .was difficult to have breakfast with a toddler without a place to sit. Hot tub was broken so we couldn't enjoy that feature

Rooms were nice and clean, loved the pictures. Vending machines had tonnes of snacks, pool wasn't crowded. The staff were really kind and pleasant.

Proximity to the #1 meant we heard hwy traffic. The room could use a USB port. Rooms were fairly small. Breakfast could be expanded to have more than one hot option (egg).
