The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was a lot better then most hotel with breakfast. The only The eggs were to well done that only thing I would change. Other wise very good and the chef was very nice.

The hallway to rooms are not nice and didn't smell geart ir clean and I thought what the rooms going to be like but to my surprise they were great. Now the ironing board was a horrible but I call downstairs and they brought me a better one. And they did that very fast. And they need new iron also the water spills everytime you move the iron. Needs a cap over the water hole.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean with lots of towels. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options. We were too tired to use the pool by the time we got to the hotel but it looked very nice.

Shower attachment was weird - a bit hard to figure out at first but we managed. Air conditioning was noisy. I don’t know why paper cups were used for beverages in the restaurant when real cups would have been more environmentally friendly. Otherwise all good for our stay

We book under the assumption that there was a functional hottub which I understand now it’s been out for approx 7 months now Very mis leading on your part That was one of the main things we wanted to have But had to use a hot bath not so great in comparison Very misleading on your part Hotel itself and staff great But think we should have a Rebait due to the fact that the hot tub hasn’t been working for 7 months now according to the hotel itself

This hotel looks old and from outside but the rooms were actually very clean, comfortable and updated. We had better sleep than some higher priced hotels. So we were pleasantly surprised. The free breakfast was also good with hot and continental breakfast options.

Halls, lobby and the outdoor appearance looks a bit old but still very functional and great value.

Loved that the rooms were quiet, close to everything.

The hot tub wasn't usable and the pool room was 90° if you sit on the patio to watch the kids in the pool your room key doesn't reopen the door. Next time will be asking for first floor as the ice machine that worked was all the way near the main lobby and pool.

It was a nice clean hotel. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In the morning a staff member in the dinning room noticed I had a large water bottle. She came over to see if I needed it filled which I thought was very nice of her.

Nothing really comes to mind. The bed is soft but that did not have impact my sleep.

The breakfast was delicious, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, and the pool was very spacious. The pool was also open until 10pm.

There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage you will need to make multiple trips.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good, and the staff was helpful. I like Ramada hotels, they are normally more comfortable than the other hotels within their price range. Restaurants and stores are conveniently located around the hotel.

For the price and comfort, can't complain. You get what you pay for, but this is just a bit better. Thank you, will certainly stay again.

Very friendly front desk staff. Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast included and had severAl opti9ns including hot and cold. Close to several restaurants that deliver. Front desk sold bottles of wine.

The website said that there was an on-site restaurant which we found out at arrival has been closed for 4 years. The good news was the amount of pub style restaurants that deliver.

It was VERy clean. Our room was well stocked and I felt comfortable enough to walk in my bare feet! Everything appeared to be recently updated. The staff were wonderful. The front desk checkin lady was lovely and very helpful in accommodating a request for a ground floor room to help my mom out as she walks with a cane. The breakfast was great. Hot and the staff monitored tables and kept the food restocked.

There was very little of anything I didn’t like about the property.
