The room was clean and quiet, with lots of pillows for the king-sized bed, and plenty of fresh towels for showering in the morning. The microwave and fridge were nice to have to store food and heat up coffee....Thanks Country Inn Suites for making our medical trip to the Surgi Center pain free! It is only a 3 minute walk to the hospital. Awesome!!!

The tv didnt work until someone from reception came to fix it ..was only a missing an HDMI cable...

Great Location right near children's hospital with safe, clean along with well lit parking lot. Stayed here to go to concert downtown and it was a affordable Uber ride with many restaurants within walking distance of hotel. It appears the property has been going through renos with new carpet in hallways and floors in rooms. Breakfast was just okay. Standard for a property like this.

Wasn't informed that it was going through a name change which added some confusion as it states on google this location is closed. After phone call was informed of the rebranding. It's expensive for London, Ontario and a one night stay however without many good safe/ clean options close to downtown they have kind of of a monopoly on area.

Although the hotel was near Victoria Hospital with expected traffic, the noise did not penetrate the building's walls. Our room overlooked a small forested area, giving the impression of a natural surrounding. The back yards of nearby houses could be seen, but did not distract me from enjoying the view.

I originally booked a room on the ground level because that is what the Booking.com website offered for the lowest price point. The hotel clerk changed our room to a fourth floor room. If there had not been an elevator, I would have been very disappointed.

The hotel lobby and room both felt very cozy! We were always at ease and comfortable on the premises. Everything was clean and well-maintained, our room was pristine when we first entered, the breakfast was really good and had plenty of options that alternated daily. Quiet area of the city that feels safe. Beds were comfortable and check-in was very smooth for us. Bonus points for free cookies in the lobby!

The hotel's location was a bit far from downtown London as we were there for an event, but a quick taxi ride solves this. No other complaints.

We were there for a funeral. I also had family members stay there. The location was great. I know the floor my brother stayed on along with ours were fully renovated. My cousins floor was not.. They said it was clean but dated. Just a heads up, depending on which floor you get. The breakfast was great both mornings. Would like to give a shout out to the individual who looked after breaky by herself. Everything she did by herself. Great job. I would go back for sure.

We arrived really early, and luckily the room was ready so we were allowed to check in on arrival. The room was tidy and also on the ground floor which was convenient. The hotel was quiet even though it was opposite the large Victoria Hospital. The beds were comfortable and the there were plenty of towels in the room. The large fridge was a bonus.

There wasn't really much not to like for the length of stay. The only thing I would pass a comment on, and this is personal preference, is the pillows were small.

Breakfast- good for one of us but not the other. Would like a separate meal prepared/ set aside because I saw a lady mixing serving tongs up (using bread tongs on eggs) then my spouse couldn’t eat. He has celiac and cannot have wheat/ gluten in food at all— Very happy with staff (friendly, helpful, kind), location (short drive to all we needed), comfort, cleanliness, beautiful view of maple trees from room, fridge and microwave were great to have, coffee/ tea maker and complimentary coffee/tea was nice too, work out room, and laundry room great too. Thank you

Shower diverter difficult to use ( stiff). Bathroom fan not working. Breakfast- couldn’t eat because have celiac and no foods contained separately.

Good variety of food for breakfast It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Twenty minutes away from University Hospital which was a bit too far

The bed was too firm The furniture was uncomfortable old and should be replaced No menu for tv so it was hard to see what was on without scrolling

I was particularly impressed by how clean the hotel is, i also noticed deliberate quality control measures being implemented by staff to keep the hotel clean and smelling fresh. Staff were friendly and very helpful, regrettably, i cant recall any of their names, i would have liked to say special thank you to them through this medium. The location of the hotel was also good for me relative to places i had to visit in London. A few things i wish were abit different are - Breakfast time. I wish it could extend to 10am on weekdays , just like during weekends, the hotel may want to consider universal wall adapters in their rooms to cater for visitors from outside Canada/North America, to enable them power their electronic devices such as laptops and phone chargers. The dryer at the laundry also seems not to working optimally. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and i would recommend Country Inn to my friends and family. I look forward to many more stays at this hotel, as a regular visitor to London.

the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quite, no issues and would stay at location again, when needed. this was the second time staying at the hotel and will book there next time in London.

the breakfast could have been a touch better, the sausages were cooked, but just barely, could have used a few more minutes and they would have been perfect.
