The room was clean, the beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. The curtains need to be replaced and the carpet needs a good cleaning. Also the pool and pool area. The pool was very cloudy and did not look clean. Maybe you could get it checked and cleaned. I do want to praise the staff. All the staff was so friendly and so very helpful. Right from me walking into the hotel the staff was smiling and talkative and so nice. I do want to give extra praise to Rafi. He went above and beyond helpful. He was amazing in helping me locate a lost item. My 11 year old grandson left his remote in the hotel room and 2 days after we left our room is when it was noticed it missing. Rafi located it and returned my frantic call telling me he located it and had put it aside for pick up. Rafi was so friendly and caring on the phone as well and I really appreciate all that he did to help me and to make my grandson happy. Thank you to ALL the staff for all you do. Marie

The Hotel was better than expected, is it a luxury hotel no, is this a honeymoon destination no, is it dated yes, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had hot days while visiting, the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. At the end of a full day of activity, we headed back to the hotel and we had three good nights of sleeps. If we ever go back to London Ontario , this will be my first choice to stay.

It was a very Nice place. very friendly personal, They kept the place clean Free parking and nice pool.

The people who did the room always forget that we were 2 persons, they always leave one towel for both of us. Everyday i had to ask for one more. And one night somebody try to get in our room (from the connected door between the room) while we were sleeping. Mention it to the staff, he came to the room and we explain what happen and all what he did .... he tell us to kept the door lock ?????? Didn't like that answer......

We loved having the pool to ourselves. The hotel is nothing fancy (aside from the pool) but the implementation is fantastic - the staff were nice, the pool was what we wanted, the room was perfectly clean and practical. The location is close to some fast chargers (quite a selection) which is what we wanted and needed on our electric car road trip.

The hotel is somewhat run-down and in need of reparation. I wouldn't eat food off the floor. There was a general smell. But I believe it was clean, just years and years of use built up.

Good place if you have dogs. We stayed there three weeks while waiting for a house closing. We are two adults, two kids and have two registered service dogs so we can stay anywhere but chose Motel 6 for the price and for the dogs. The hotel is older but very clean. Service is on request. There are a few families living there but it's quiet. I would stay there again. If your looking for luxury them it's not for you.

Pool had too much chlorine and hurt the kids. Had a water pipe leaking for three weeks straight into a bucket in the hallway. Not a big deal but it may put some people off.

The property outside is clean and there is a quiet area out back to sit. Many food places close by as well. The staff is exceptional, they make your stay delightful. The customer service is very wonderful, polite and work very hard. The rooms are perfect for the price and clean. The pool I know is tested every two hours as my child and I had a room close and swam a lot and we would see staff ensuring chlorine and all was tested and in check and healthy. This hotel makes a guest experience when you’re away from Home which is nice as well, and strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

the bed mattress was too soft for me and i was cold during the night and there were no extra blankets... i understand this thin setup of linen may be due to covid type of elements but i would have liked to have had more covers... i turned up the heat in the room and that was ok

nothing was that bad so nothing that i could honestly say i disliked- the noisy people on the floor is a side effect of OTHER ROOMERS poor behaviour and it is not a reflection of my suite

The Motel 6 was amazing. Staff are so wonderful catering to your needs and smile at every possibility it’s a very positive and clean environment. Staff are so amazing pool is beautiful and clean, rooms are great size and clean and hotel is quite nice. I want to again say the staff are so clean so polite you will see them cleaning, checking pool chemicals every two hours and ensuring to there best your stay is amazing. I cannot express the way I was impressed especially by the staff just beautiful

the property is definitely taken care of, you see the staff always working trying to upkeep the property inside, the outside is understood based on the cities atmosphere so that doesn’t matter much since i’m aware the inside is taken care of.

there hasn’t been much to see yet other than mentioned before the outside of the building could use some looking after but that is actually not on the property but a few nearby that connect to the parking lot- not much they can do!

For the price, the deluxe king size room is what we always book as it’s a large room, comfortable and affordable.

I stay here very often and unfortunately theirs a couple staff members that are very rude. They are extremely short with you and treat you as if they don’t have the time or patience to assist you with the help you need, almost like I’m burdening them by asking them a simple question. AKA doing their job….
