Susan on check in was really friendly and instantly made us feel welcome. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was really useful.

The soaps available were small given there were 3 people on the booking and the pool facilities could do with some modernisation. The hot tub wasn't working when we were there.

Beds very comfortable

Bathroom sink was clogged. Hot tub in pool area wasn't in working order.

Great hotel and room was comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Good restaurants very close to hotel. We stayed overnight after a late flight. For an airport hotel, it was very good.

I should have booked your shuttle from the airport. Couldn't believe that I was charged $25 for a taxi to bring me from Pearson to the hotel which is less than 2 km - won't make that mistake again! BOOK THE SHUTTLE. No issues with the hotel.

The breakfast was more than ample, the staff in all locations were very friendly, the room was much larger than I expected. I liked the fact the corridors has motion lighting, very nice for energy efficiency.

Not that I did not like it but it would have been nice to switch to wall soap & shampoo dispensing, it would eliminate the need for so many small plastic bottles, lessening the amount of waste. The television was a bit fuzzy, not very sharp or clear. More towels in the pool area would be nice.

Rooms are spacious and stocked with any necessary amenity. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee selection was superior to any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Beds were not the most comfortable but I appreciated the availability of an extra (sofa)bed.

I really likes the breakfast. Many Best Westerns now have cancelled their free breakfast so I was really pleased that it was included. The room was great - nice kitchen area.

We loved our two-night stay at this highway-close hotel. The room and beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, and the breakfast - with hot items rotating daily - was the best we've ever had at a Best Western hotel. Top marks!

I would have like to have had a machine that sold beverages next to the machine that sold snacks.

The very sweet lady working when I checked in April,29th,2023. I was not able to get her name, however she seen I was on the younger side and gave me a very good explanation on how things work while I checking in, she answered my dumb questions in the kindest regard. She herself made that whole visit amazing.

Size and set up of room was great and comfortable.. very welcoming. Very convenient location. Restaraunts, and all other ammenities very close.

Room was fairly clean but could have been clean. Crumbs under furniture and yellowing of grout in shower grout, also shower curtain did not work well water always seeped out to floor. Bathroom sink had hair left in it. Should have been a lot cleaner for cost. Pool edges were very dirty and whole area not clean and welcoming. Some of the Front desk people seemed a little unfriendly but were helpful.
