We came to WIndsor for a family gathering and I was paying for rooms for myself and my children. The hotel was close to the gathering nut I was a little nervous about how the hotel was cheaper then some. I had previously stayed in a cheap hotel in Windsor that used to be reputable but had become a place for homeless people to hang around so I didn't feel safe. This hotel was very nice, no issues at all. The desk clerk was lovely, even when my granddaughter with autism had a meltdown in the lobby. Then the next day when a woman let her dog out in the hallway and it bit my other granddaughter, we immediately went to complain and the desk clerk went to deal with it right away. My only complaint is how tiny the breakfast room was, since there we were there as a large group we ended up taking up most of the area.

Satisfactory place to stay for a simple overnight stay. Nothing fancy/very little extra amenities but it is reflected by the lower price compared with many surrounding hotels.

We opted to arrive a day earlier than originally scheduled. Night clerk would not offer the same discount as what was paid through the web site but came part way. Was also told we would have to switch rooms the following day. On day shift, when the owner was available, indicated the complete opposite and that if we wanted to change rooms, we would have to remove all our baggage from 11am to 3pm (or pay for an extra day if we continued to occupy the first room past 11am).

This property's proximity to the Windsor Detroit border crossing makes it a convenient stop for any family on a road trip. It was suitable for our family of 4. We booked for same day arrival and didn't end up arriving until almost midnight. Our check in experience was smooth and easy, it was appreciated that there were front desk staff all night. The parking lot was nearly full when we arrived, but we did find a spot at the back. There is no elevator, so ensure you can carry what you need up a flight of stairs if your room turns out to be on the second floor. We were pleased by the value for money because the room was comfortable and decent for the price, including a basic breakfast. The breakfast area is in a small room with 3 tables, and it was tight. You could help yourself to toast, bagels, cereal, waffle batter + waffle maker, yogurt, apples, bananas, milk, coffee and juice from a dispensing machine. When we ran out of milk the staff from the front desk quickly brought more upon request. On the whole it was a pleasant 1-night stay.

Location was close enough drive to the Aquatic Centre. The Motel is sorrounded by so many restaurants and gas stations. Its basically next to a big plaza. Even the highway was just next block. Free breakfast and free parking. Last but never the least was the awesome staff. The young man at the desk who checked us in smoothly and the young lady in the morning was very accommodating during breakfast and check out time. Sorry i didnt remember their names. Thank you both of you and stay safe. All in alll it was an okay stay.

Hotel bathroom was dated and towels were old and stained. The carpet in the room smelled awful when we first enter in the room. I doubt it was vacuumed properly. The desk in between beds was full of dust including the alarm clock which rang at around 6 a.m. and ruined our sleep but it wasnt a big deal to me. The single sofa chair close to the window was really dirty we couldnt even sit on it. The motel should be able to clean it with a wet vacuum. Also, the swivel chair at the desk was full of nasty stain and who knows what else was there. So fas this motel is one of the dirtiest motels we have ever been to. I won't be recommend this place to my friends and family.

The breakfast was poor. There could have been more varieties of breakfast items. One morning I was at the breakfast around 9 am but there was no milk. I asked the attendant for milk but he seemed bothered by my asking and I felt embarrassed for bothering him. I was aware that b/fast ended at 9 am but I wasn't asking for an egg sandwich. Thank goodness he reluctantly went and after waiting for a while he returned with the cream.

If he was busy he could have gotten someone else to get the cream so he didn't have to leave his post. Overall though, I would stay at that hotel again.

The location was great, it's a prime, quiet location. Easy access by bus. Lots of food services in the area.

The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about attractions in the area. There was no brochures in lobby to refer to as I was on a tour of the city.

The room as per price was excellent. It was clean and has heater with more functions . The pillow covers were a bit dirty otherwise everything was good. I expected a little more bathroom amenities such as toothpaste.

Less amenities for bathroom could have given bigger soap as there were two person.

The room was really clean, the beds are super comfortable, the washroom was really clean and the hotel lobby worker was really nice

The only complaint I have to be honest I wish the pillows were not Square.

I loved the whirlpool tub in the room. The fridge was a nice size and it had microwave, coffee maker and blow dryer.

The only thing that would have been nice would be to have some body lotion in the room. I forgot mine.

The breakfast was fine. The little breakfast room was very busy the morning I was there so it became quite messy and needed attention to supplies. The room was clean and comfortable.

Someone needed to look after breakfast as garbage was overflowing.
